The tour with Bein Harim was enjoyable. But the best part was Avi, our tour guide. His knowledge of the history and cultures made it interesting and his humor kept us lively!

Private tour - Great Experience - Highly recommend Itamar
Best tour guide I’ve ever experienced! Itamar’s passion, knowledge and ability to customise a tour to an audience’s preference made this the most memorable and enjoyable tour I’ve been on - I can’t recommend Itamar enough and after experiencing tours all over the world, I speak with certainty that anyone and everyone would absolutely enjoy being guided by Itamar regardless of their destination or travel goals!

    Day tour with Itamar
We had a day tour to Nazareth, Sea of Galilee and Jordon River. It was a beautiful tour and our tour guide, Itamar, made it even better. Itamar was passionate and knowledgeable on all of our sites. I would highly recommend any of the tours with Itamar as the guide.

    Excellent trip
The trip was good. Our guide, Ziv, was informative and charming. The lunch place was overpriced and substandard but that I suppose is to be expected on such tours.

A lot of history explained and a short underground walk - quite amazing really!
A fascinating underground walk where you walk where 1st century pilgrims walked. Currently it only goes at 2 pm and lasts 1 1/2 hours. Much of the time is above ground or in an archeological site, but you get about a 15-20 minute trip in a skinny, low underground tunnel and you get to see the foundations stones of the retaining wall for the temple mount below street level. You don't walk on the wide stone steps where they are still excavating. Those you can only walk a short distance and then it is blocked. This tour starts about 1/2 way between the Pool of Siloam and the southern wall of the temple mount and then ascends up to the southern wall. You end up coming out in the Davidson archeological park near the south west corner of the temple mount down on street level.

Our guide Yonatan/Jonathan is amazing. Super professional, shares knowledge of the history and place with tourists. Guides them, informs them and clarifies their doubts well. He is kind, polite, cautious, patient, attentive, helpful and charismatic. An incredible person and an excellent professional. I highly recommend your guide services in Israel.

Golan Heights from Tel Aviv with Avishai Levi
This was my first time in Israel, ive always wanted to visit Golan Heights, i booked this tour and I can honestly say our tour guide 'Avishai Levi' was so passionate, amazing, informative and extremely kind and helpful. He took his time to explain things properly, and made the tour super fun. You can really tell that Avishai was extremely knowledgable about this area. I would like to Thankyou Mr Avishai Levi for making this tour super fun and memorable. Being back home now from Israel, I can still remember my Golan Heights tour. Fantastic!
Great tour, our guide Dan was a wonderful person. He showed us several places where Christ was in Galilee he described other biblical and historical events. I have renewed my baptism at our last stop on Baptismal site in the Jordan river, everything was perfect.

    Thank you
Tours organised by your business were really good. Clean busses, everything on time and no nasty surprises. And excellent guides. Particularly Dorit Epstein was exceptional during our trip to Nazareth – she is not only very knowledgeable and friendly, but more importantly, she gives very clear and easy to follow instructions, always considered our needs before we even notice them, and had a very good control over the group which enabled everything to run smoothly. We’d like to thank her again for the great time we had in Israel.

    Thank you, Kareem!
This trip involved a lot of bus time, but it’s absolutely worth it. Our guide Kareem did everything possible to make sure we enjoyed the day. He was witty, and very kind. He gave us some history lessons about Jordan, Petra, and the Wadi Rum as well as information regarding modern life in Jordan. You get to see lots of countryside, rolling hills, mountains, small villages, and even larger towns like Aqaba all from the bus, so I really felt like I paid for a full-day Jordan experience with Petra included. Lunch was delicious. The bus drivers made frequent stops for the bathroom, and grabbing a coffee or snack, even souvenirs. Some free snacks were sprinkled in throughout the day. Overall it was just so nice. Learned so much and can’t wait to return to this beautiful country 🇯🇴

    WORST GUIDE
We had the worst guide - Avishay during our Jericho visit. It was not a pleasant experience. He brought us to this Temptation Restaurant where he told it’s only 50 shekels for a buffet. He was pressuring everybody up until we were about to pay. We ended paying 192€ for that crappy lunch. Then he just spent our time going to shops and he complained a lot for asking to bring us to Tel Aviv even if we already told the tour operator of this ahead. He has said wrong information too about the places we visited, and funny thing is one from our group knows the places better than him. Beinharim is great, we used them for 3 tours but it was a horrible time with the tour guide assigned to us.

    Churches With Amazing Tourguide
First of all, it was an amazing tour, mainly because of the tourguide. But let's start from the beginning. The pick-up was on time and the driving to the first stop was without problems. We were first brought to a parking spot where we then went into our final bus with Michael, our tourguide. Then, while driving to Nazareth, our first stop, he told us many facts about the places we passed and with this gave an introduction to the country. Furthermore, he spoke quite a good English and always named us "Ladies and Gentlemens". I would definitely not mind if someone does not do it, this was just the character of Michael. But he also answered our individual questions pretty well and talked with a lot of enthusiasm. His love for Israel could clearly be seen. Something else I liked quite much was how he presented facts: He always said according to (according to the Bible... according to the Catholics...) With this, he spoke very neutral. Maybe this was a reason why we liked the tour this much. It is not pretty much our taste to visite vaste and holy (catholics or orthodox) Churches, but with the comments of our guide it was presented interestingly. Therefore, I would suggest this tour to you, also because you visit famous places like the city where Jesus was born and the Jordan river. But for sure, it also depends on your taste, whetever you like it or not. For sure, it depends on the tourguide, whetever these churches are presented dry or with emotions.

44 people in group, 90% time could not hear guide sue to number of people in between. Stories 30% of the time didn’t relate to Israel at all
. Learned more about China than Jerusalem. Most stops felt “commercial “ more than holy (and visit was on Sabbath)

Often stories trailed off into nowhere. Wine drinkers in southern Europe, beer drinkers in north because…. The Easter Europeans were orthodox and western pagan gentiles with days of week named after them.

I’m sure this tied somehow to the holy land we were visiting but not only were the facts incoherently put together I have no idea how these related to the places we visited

Most regretful to read that this was the nature of your experience traveling with one of our guides. Unfortunately you have not mentioned the date of your travel so we can follow up and hold our guide accountable for what you mention here. This certainly does not sound like the level or content of commentary that needs to be provided. by any of our guides..

Enjoyed the walking tour of the Old CIty. I recommend going on Friday so you can see Mt Zion instead of the Holocaust Museum. I'd rather spend more time at the museum than a tour would allow anyway and getting to see King David's Tomb and Dormition abbey was nice. Our tour guide Itamar was great, very knowledgeable and full of fun facts and stories.

Thanks for this rave t star review of your tour guided by Itamar. a highly respected and experienced young guide on our team. He desrves such praise for his efforts nad professionalism and pleasant manner Yes on Fridays for those who wish more of Jerusalem in ancient biblical times, this is a great itinerary. Indeed Yad Vashem Holocaust location derseves more than whatone can get in an .1,5 hrs walkthrough as our tour does, if one has the time .. Hope to see you again soon.

Tour guide Lorne was fantastic, as an expert in archaeology and history, he gave in depth history and also legends behind all the sites in this tour, I was particularly impressed by the Church of Holy Sepulture and the Western Wall. The tour was not rushed, and it was just enough length to cover all the important religious and cultural sites of Judaism/Christianity/Islam. I will highly recommend this to the busy travelers who can spend 1 day to explore the old city of Jerusalem.

This tour was conducted by Lorne Newman, and I highly recommend him as a tour guide. He had a lot of insight on the attractions and presented a fact based perspective that I found very helpful. One day is certainly not enough to see everything in Jerusalem, but this tour is a fantastic introduction. Will definitely be trying more tours with Bein Harim on future visits.

We were weary of doing a tour with a large group, but Yuval Bigio, our tour guide, was excellent and made our group of 20 strangers become friends. Yuval has all of the traits of a great tour guide; he is knowledgeable, likeable, funny, and well organized. We packed a lot of sites into our day tour of Jerusalem, Yuval kept us going, and informed along the way. I would definitely do other tours with him!

Hotel pick up about 7.30 - you have to go through the pick ups fist, then a few more in Jerusalem, then a tourist shop which was selling tat. We purchased an English tour but mostly they were Spanish speakers so we had the tour in 2 languages - but when the tour actually began on the Mount of Siani, all was forgiven.
The tour guide Ruben was excellent, so informative and to the pint answering any questions as we went along and the way he swapped languages was admirable.
We witnessed the amazing view over the Jewish cemetery and the old city, then later when parked up a walk to out side the city walls to the church, in to the city to the Walling Wall, through the Market place to the Church of Jesus and back out again.
Jerusalem is beautiful, full of charm and an amazing place to visit.
Although religious and all about the centre of religion, Gods city & the story of Jesus with a little knowledge about politics, history, archaeology and the Muslim faith, it was enjoyable for everyone, even me as an atheist.
The tour then drove to the Holocaust Museum, an amazingly designed museum with a moving, walk round interactive perspective in what was a horrific part of time. But totally incredible to learn so much - it was both moving and incredible. One hour wasn't enough - so much t see and read and you really want to engage.
Then a trip back to Tel Aviv - roughly 1- 1 & 1/2 hours depending on stops and traffic.

If you are looking to travel to Jerusalem for a day I recommend using Ben Harim Tours. Our tour guide was enthusiastic and the hotel pick up/drop off was easy. It usually runs from ~630am to 7pm depending on traffic if you do the old city / holocaust museum tour. They give you time to wander on your own and buy gifts and food.

One day tour with our guide Ami - a guy with never ending information and interesting details he chared with us. Great knowledge of Jerusalem and historical details, but also of the day-to-day life in Israel. The tour was great. Pick up at the hotel was working good, however the "pic up guy/guide" hade lemons for breakfast - he can stay at home next time.

I travelled with a friend to Israel. Due to our limited time, we only had one day for Jerusalem. Therefore, we chose the guided day tour to see the major sights in the Old Town. The whole trip was perfectly organized and our guide, Lorne, did an excellent job throughout the whole day. He gave us so many interesting insights and at the same time had a great sense of humour. We can definitely recommend the company and Lorne as a guide.
