Overview
Escape the hustle and bustle of Tel Aviv, and discover the roots of different religions on this inspiring day trip to Jerusalem and Bethlehem.  These ancient Holy Land towns will provide you with a fascinating mix of people, views and stories, making this an unmissable Israel day tour!
Highlights
  • Explore Jerusalem and Bethlehem’s religious sites by coach from Tel Aviv
  • Tour the Armenian, Christian, and Jewish Quarters of Jerusalem's Old City
  • Enter Greek and Catholic churches at Bethlehem’s Manger Square
  • Convenient pickup and drop-off at central Tel Aviv hotels
What to Expect
From Tel Aviv, meet a driver at your hotel or other meeting point in the city, then board a climate-controlled coach for the trip to Jerusalem. Mount of Olives, with its sweeping views across Jerusalem, is the first stop of the day. Continue past the Garden of Gethsemane and enter the Old City to see the Western Wall, also called the Wailing Wall.  Cross into the Christian Quarter on your way to the Via Dolorosa, whose 14 stations of the cross lead to the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, built on the site where Jesus is believed to have been crucified. From there, stroll the Byzantine-era main street and board the coach for the short trip to Bethlehem’s Manger Square. In Bethlehem, see key places from the biblical nativity story, visiting a pair of historic churches before the return trip to Tel Aviv.

I personally prefer private tours, but sometimes take group tours. This was as good a big bus tour ever is. I was hoping that we would go into a mosque, even though it was not mentioned online, but we did not. It is important to understand that most of the big bus tour guides

Greetings, and thanks for this feedback of your tour and of your satisfaction We donot visit the The Temple Mt, as the allocated times are restricted for us , and our local Israeli guides maynot enter.. We cannot fit this into the tour shedule Indeed it is a entirely a biblical historical and archaelogical approach in the commentary by the professional guides . Definitely less spiritual,(understandably so, when most of our visitors are first timers and wish to get general orientation to the City as you say , Church tours may certainly provide more significant spiritual commentary.
