The tour and our guide were excellent. We also appreciated that operator knows ins and outs of some of the sites, such as the best time to visit them to avoid crowds, good places to eat lunch, etc. Our driver was extremely competent and helpful as well. We enjoyed all of our stops. We loved it.

**TERRIBLE!** Do NOT book with this company! CLICK TOURS cancelled our tour and never contacted us to let us know. We purposely stayed at a hotel that was on their list of pick-up points. At the pick-up time there was plenty of people waiting to be picked up. A van came and did not call our name, so we showed them our tickets and they said that was a different company. The BEIN HARIM TOUR Services picked up their big group on time, but we still sat there just waiting. Funny, I should have known as when I purchased the tour through TripAdvisor I received a very curt (briefly rude) request to complete all the passport information. (NOTE: the website kept dropping the information so it was difficult to know if it went through properly.) When I replied to their request, I also asked a question about what time approximately we could expect to be dropped off at the hotel at the end of the tour. Of course, they never bothered to reply to me. At that point, I should have known something "off" with their customer service. However, still sitting there waiting at 6:30 AM to be picked up for our tour and nobody showed up. No emails were sent. We called their customer service, and nobody answered! So, we just kept calling until we received an answer. They answered after the second or third call and immediately knew who we were even though we never gave them our names. (At that point it was obvious he must not have had enough people signed up to make it worthwhile for him to give the tour.) Conveniently, "he had CoVID, but could reschedule us for tomorrow." Are you kidding me, miraculously I guess he could be healed in less than 24 hours! HORRIBLE! So disappointing as we had one full day in Tel Aviv before leaving on our cruise and we purposely arrived a day early for our tour of Jerusalem and Bethlehem. Do not let this happen to you! **DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!** They could have sent us an email or contacted us through TripAdvisor to advise us, but I think they just wanted to keep our money. We lost our tour, but thankfully booked securely through TripAdvisor we did not loose our money. TripAdvisor should stop doing business with this unreputable company!

The soul of the trip was our guide and driver: Ofir Deshev. He was really good at timing the visit to the Dead Sea Cosmetic Products, Massada with Herodias Fortress, Lunch time and the bath at the Dead Sea. He woul answer any question you would come up with and solve any queremos you may have. Well done Ofir, Congrstulstions, Thank you. You will not be forgotten...super nice trip thanks to your graphic descriptions and stories.

We went on a pilgrimage to-the Holy Land; the experience was emotionally unique. Then took the Unforgettable Tour to Cesaria, Haifa, Acre etc . So much to see and learn!

I was so excited to take this tour on my last day in Isreal. I woke up at 5am to meet the tour bus, got to the pickup location early, and waited for 90 minutes. The bus never came. It was impossible to get any information from Trip Advisor or the local tour company, Click Tours, about what was happening. Finally, I reached someone that told me the driver got Covid and the tour was canceled. I don't believe this excuse (I was told the tour would sell out, so surely they have contingency plans) and further, no one contacted me. I had to call repeatedly to get this information. I'm heartbroken that I missed seeing this region.

The guides were extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the place. It was an amazing experience although the heat was really bad in July. I'd love to explore more of Israel and will definitely go back to Ben Harim Tours for future visits back here. Thanks, Avi and George for your sincerity and your passion throughout the tour.

The Church of the Holy Sepulchre is the holiest site for Christians in the world. The church includes the last four stations of the Cross of the Via Dolorosa, representing the final episodes of the Passion of Jesus.

This tour is highly recommended. I believe that we got lucky & had the best tour guide Aaron! He was so knowledgeable & funny & made this long day of a tour to different sites a wonderful day!

Fun trip--a really well packed day that included stops at several really gorgeous sights in Israel. The Bahai Gardens and Rosh HaNikra in particular were stunning to see. Our guide was very knowledgeable and solid. The stop at Acre is where things weren't as ideal, Lunch was not included and we were brought to a solid, but unexciting Shawarma spot, though you could leave and take the time to yourself if you prefer. And we were brought to a pretty touristy gift shop afterwards. Once that was done we did get to explore the ruins, which was interesting but not as great as the earlier stops. Though it was also just a very long day at that point and I was pretty tired. Overall, it was really great to see so many unique sights in a day. If you're looking for a day trip from Tel Aviv that gets a little off the beaten path in Israel, this one is pretty great.

Interesting and informative tour! It's a long one, 10 hours, but worth it. You'll visit many interesting and unique places, so be ready for a lot of walking under the hot Sun. Wear comfortable shoes, a hat and drink plenty of water! Our tour guide was excellent and the bus driver was a real pro.

Tripsisrael.com-8day Christian Holy Land Tour. Amazing sites. We had the absolute best guide (Hilik), could not have asked for a better person. Far surpassed our expectations. Food was incredible. We will most definitely be back!!! Thank you for an unforgettable experience!!

This church is located in the old city and is very busy. The site is one of Christianity's most holiest sites and thus is very busy. It is shared by the Greek Orthodox Church, Catholic Church and the Armenian Apostolic Church. All three denominations are represented inside. Even if you are not Christian or religious it is a must see. The only down side is there are no signs in English or information.

Although it is one of the Holiest sites in Christendom the Holy Sepulchre is over run and drowning in a tsunami of tourists; while those in charge often appear to have lost site of their visitors humanity. I was bruised by people moving seats and pushing me. Expect to be crushed in metal race ways that are used to corral people who wish to see the tomb. Communication with any one in authority is scarce unless you do something wrong. I saw people shouted at for praying too loudly during others services. People blocked from going to their service because another denomination had their prayer mats out and I heard sticks being whacked on the floor while others were praying. Such a strange place: I wonder what Jesus would say. Personally I'm pleased I went but deeply saddened by what I saw. That is why I am writing this review in the hope that someone can get through to these people that they need to resort this site so that it can be all that is should be: A place were the face of Christ is firstly seen in all those who serve.

It's hard to know where to start with this review. But I will begin by saying what they got right they got very, very right. But, do not expect a well oiled machine once you are turned over to Jordan. The itinerary was somewhat different from what they advertise but that does not mean that it is not as good. It was simply slightly different. The hotels and bedoin camp were fantastic. the transportation was good. The problems: You were never really told who your guide would be the following day so there was no one to contact when there were problems. You always had a different guide each day but did not have a name or contact number for that person. You did not know in advance which hotel you were staying in. There was no written itinerary with contacts and addresses. That said.... When there were problems someone would hop to it and get things back on track. And what they provided to you within the tour could not have been better. My husband and I have traveled extensively so we're not too dismayed when things went a bit array .But if you are not a seasoned traveler ( Or someone who expects things to go exactly as planned) it could be rather distressing. Also, when you pay for the tour "Petra From Israel" with "Tour Israel" DO NOT pre pay for the side trips in Wadi Rum. They had no record of it at the Bedouin camp. You can simply choose and pay for any or all of the side trips once you arrive

I really enjoyed the tour. The tour guide was very very informative and knew more than we could even absorb. I thought they picked good spots to visit. I had been to Israel many times, and yet I learned new things. The bus was comfortable. They made plenty of rest stops. Bring your own water and some snacks as a few people coming off the bus at the same time would overwhelm the shops.
