We booked in 2023 just before the war. They took $1800 USD deposit for 4 people. We attempted to cancel Jan 24 and they stopped communication and kept our money after promising refund. If you notice there are virtually no reviews other than negative from 2024 because they either had no tours or kept everyone's money illegally. How can the unsuspecting public protect themselves from this fraudulent type of thievery.

      Buyer beware
Don't bother booking with this company they take your money send you a confirmation the night before but nobody picks you up nor do they answer the phone and they say you will be reimbursed just to shut you up 2 weeks later I'm still trying to get my money and I've returned home. Very bad business and I'm not the only person with this experience with this company also had it happen with another company in Israel. Third time I actually contacted another company to confirm before I booked and it was half price from this company. This company should be put out of business.

Would not book with them again
Tourist Israel Tel Aviv Avoid Tour Israel. They will cancel with short notice and not refund payment. 985672839 Avoid this tour provider. While in Israel, I booked three separate day tours through Tour Israel for a total of over $400. They cancelled all three when they failed to get the minimum number of participants. In one case they booked a tour at 11:30 the day before it was scheduled and canceled it at 3:30 that afternoon. In each case they promised to refund the payment to my credit card “within 7-14 business days “. they did not process the refund until after I had been home for over a month, complained on their website and posted a negative review. I could not help but notice how this differed from my experience in Egypt and Jordon where 2 overcharges by separate vendors were refunded to my credit card immediately. In one case, within 5 minutes.

      90 minutes at Petra
22 hours of travel, including 90 minutes at Petra. This is a very late review, and I don’t know if anything may have changed — it was better than nothing, but this is absolutely not how I’d recommend someone see Petra. First of all, the people who are initially on your bus aren’t the people you’ll be with the entire day. Which is fine in itself, but comes into play later. Some people are on the one day tour. Some are on the two day tour. Some aren’t going to Petra at all, but are using the bus as a shuttle to another city. Again, this is all fine. The problems began to arise at the border. Multiple other buses showed up at the same exact time, all full of tourists using the same company. This created a massive line of people trying to get into Jordan. We spent *hours* waiting to cross. That’s not an exaggeration. I understand that some things are out of the company’s control, but this isn’t one of them. Once you cross, you get on another bus and meet the guide. This all makes sense, as it’s logical to have a Jordan-based guide/driver/bus. We made a stop at a gift shop on the way. A very, very long stop. We were there for over an hour. I’m sure the guide got a very nice commission, as lots of people were buying souvenirs. Of course when you arrive at Petra, the very same souvenirs are available all over the place…for about a third of the price. I have no problem with a guide getting a commission, but I couldn’t help but feel a little misled. I’m sure the guide knew the prices were massively inflated at the gift shop. And I’m sure he also knew he was eating into our time at the site. Between the border wait and the gift shop wait, I was left with about an hour and a half at Petra. I had to leave the group behind, in an attempt to actually see more than just the Treasury. Everyone met back up at a designated restaurant afterwards — again, I’m sure there was a nice commission to be had. Yes, the description of the tour says they can’t guarantee a certain amount of time at Petra. I fully understand that. But some things are absolutely within their control…they just choose not to prioritize the experience of their customers.

Avoid and save yourself the unpleasantness and disappointment
Gifted this tour and was incredibly disappointed. Late start. No answer at the number listed for emergencies... Did not include the promised itinerary; Bethlehem had no Christmas decorations at all; no room for tourists in the churches visited--they were already full to capacity. The celebratory meal was fine and the hotel booked by the agency was fine. But the main attractions-NIL. And I did call in advance and ask if Bethlehem would be safe and functioning and was reassured it would be.

Excellent, safe, and fun tour of Galilee
Max did great as a guide and our driver was safe/professional. The guide, Max was sensitive to my wife's disabilities. Max was multilingual too, knowing both Spanish and Russian, as do I. This was helpful, as I didn't need to translate to Spanish for my wife. He could speak directly with her. The tour was great also because I preferred to relax and let someone else drive for a day. We felt safe and cared for as well, given the current conflict situation. The tour was timely, fun, and educational. It was a pleasure to experience what Israel's northern Galilee region had to offer. We came to Israel to volunteer, as well as for sightseeing. We came to stand with Israel in this difficult time, and felt safe and fulfilled in doing so.

High Energy Fun. Amazing Guide. Highly Recommend!
ATV Desert Buggies in the Negev was amazing! The machines were fabulous and our guide - Daniel - was amazing. We had SO much fun. We went for 2 hours, but next time we will take a longer trek. He took us on an amazing ride around the crater - served the best homemade cold tea ever and explained how the crater was formed with greater clarity than I've ever heard. Was absolutely very high energy and fun - but completely safe. Kids had an amazing time! We will absolutely be back and highly recommend!

Transfer from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem
Taxi ride was a good guy, but he accidentally deleted my pick up so he was an hour plus late. I had to call him to find out where he was. He got there within the half hour after I made the phone call, which was great. He said that a pick up was canceled, but he deleted the wrong one accidentally. We all make mistakes.

Great tour if your time locally is short and you want to see the beauty of the desert/float in the Dead Sea. This tour was made even better by our tour guide, Noya, who was knowledgeable, funny and successfully reined in a large group for multiple stops. Thanks Noya!

Masada,Ein Gedi, and The Dead Sea in one was healing, spiritual, educative, and refreshing. Tourist Israel along with our energetic and optimistic guide Merona brought me to the real experience. No BS with the ticket prices as you pay it yourself at the counter, and tips in buying cheaper quality items. All in all, Israel makes you wanna come back for more.

This was an amazing overview of all three places. If you’ve never been, it’s great to see them all in one day. I would go back again and spend a whole day at each place, or hike Masada at sunrise and spend the day at the Dead Sea.

Our bus had a flat tire which led to a more than 1 hour lead time for the begin of our tour in Jerusalem. Obviously our guide Morena was advice to end the tour at the originally scheduled time in Jerusalem which caused an enormous time pressure at the different stations of the tour. Morena did her best to visit all three stations, but in my opinion a flat tire is not the fault of the guide and the guests and it should be possible to prolong the the time schedule so that all three stations can be visited with the originally planned time frame. Our guide Morena was excellent and gave us a deep insight into the history and moreover information about the places we visited. Although she was under pressure she kept her good mood and kindness which was admirable.

This was an incredible tour, there was enough time to climb Masada, we did that in a good pace and spirit in less than 30 minutes.

Next, we enjoyed spectacular sunrise view from the history woven hilltop of Masada. Ein Gedi was very refreshing and Death see an interesting experience. We have returned to Jerusalem at about 13.00, and felt energized and ready to some more action. In a half day we experienced more than normally we do in 2 - 3 days of regular vacation.

An exhilarating and visually stunning day coupled with excellent and insightful historical context from our guide, Ben. We were there for my brother's 50th birthday and this was without a doubt one of the great highlights of our entire trip. We caught the most amazing sunrise, learned much about Masada, Ibexes and salt water sink holes! Strongly recommend for those looking to connect with nature and/or a bit of adventure on the trip. Nothing beats catching a Masada sunrise ! Many thanks!

Despite the beauty of the sites and the good combination of spots , I would not recommend this company. I paid in order to be able to see the sunrise on Massada and was very disappointed when our driver told us the road was close . The company didn't even notified us when we bought the tickets, that it could have been a possibility due to the weather condition. We then lost 2 hours in the middle of the road at 4am waiting for the road to open. Those 2 hours that we couldn’t get back and made us rush on every site we have to visit.
I tried to call the company to have explanations and at least a gesture or a refund but the only answer was that they are not responsible for any of this and that it was not their fault. Totally uncommercial of them ! Without even having a notification of those possibilities ! Very disappointing ! Go ELSEWHERE !

Hi Lavibu, thanks for your feedback. We are sorry to hear about the situation with your tour. We know it is frustrating when something out of anyone's control, like the weather, has an effect on the tours. This normally does not happen, but we cannot predict the weather and are unable to notify anyone in advance of road closures or site closures. On this day, Masada was closed in the morning to weather conditions which we were not made aware of until the last moment. We wanted our customers to still be able to experience these amazing sites, and since everyone had already arrived for the tour we went to Masada as soon as it opened back up for the day. This is the same situation that would happen with any tour or tour company with such last minute closures.

An absolute mesmerizing tour I will never forget! The pick up is quite early, but getting to watch the sunrise over the desert was incredible and so worth it. Everything went to plan and we were very happy with the quality of service. We got to the top of Masada exactly on time to watch the sunrise. We also had enough time to walk around and take photos. The visit at Ein Gedi was very interesting and I'm glad it is included in the tour, as I wouldn't have thought of visiting it otherwise. Getting to float in the Dead Sea at the end was the perfect finish to the trip.
    Highly recommend Tourist Israel!

Great tour. Our guide did not show up for whatever reason but our bus driver said he would take us anyway. He was fantastic, with great info about the sites we were visiting and also things along the way. He made sure we made it to all the spots before other tours so we were always the first ones there. My only complaint is that there wasn't enough time at Ein Gedi, but it was nice to see it briefly on this quick tour. I was especially pleased that I could start this tour in Jerusalem and finish the tour in Tel Aviv, saving me the hassle and time associated with sorting transport out myself. The view from Masada is breathtaking and it was a difficult and hot climb even though we were climbing as the sun was rising. I did not envy the people that were coming up as I was heading back down!

The bus was late more than 2 hours, so I had to wait outside the hotel in the cold night and I finally didn't see the sunrise. Masada was amazing, but we had not enough time to enjoy it fully. Ein Gedi Nature Reserve was ok. We visited the northern part of the Dead Sea, with the muddy ground. The beach was a little dingy, sunbeds was cracked. For the price, the trip was average.

Hi AnnaB4529, thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that the bus was so late. We have looked into it and see that it was delayed because it broke down. Unfortunately, this is not something we have control over and we did our best to get the bus running and ready to pick up the group as soon as possible. We hope you still enjoyed the tour!
