About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- Compass027212999870 contributionsGreat tourIt was very intresting, we learnt a lot. And the 2nd part was so tasty and full of flavours , I recommend to book the tour with Daniel.Written January 31, 2025
- NadavY120 contributionsHighly recommended for anyone looking to explore the rich culinary diversity of Haifa! We made a culinary tour with Daniel in Wadi Nisnas, which was absolutely fantastic! Daniel shared a wealth of interesting details and stories about the food and the history of the area and the food was G-R-E-A-T. Highly recommended for anyone looking to explore the rich culinary diversity of Haifa!Written January 18, 2025
- Curiosity100627580060 contributionsA perfect desert tour in Wadi Nisnas with Daniel the Yellow HatDaniel is a talented, interesting, funny, and knowledgeable guide. He organized a birthday trip for us in Wadi Nisnas in Haifa, it was perfect. Highly recommended.Written January 11, 2025

- izhakb20140 contributionsPerfect guide, perfect tour, tasty foodWhat a positive and wonderful surprise! We are a group of some 30 people, socializing once a month to hear interesting lectures and often combine it with an enriching tour. Daniel (the tour guide) proposed to visit the nearby Druze village of Isfya, to learn about their history, and religion and taste their unique cooking. Daniel is knowledgeable and well-prepared, and his close interaction and relationships with the local community are amazing. The tour was well-balanced, we heard a short lecture presented by a local, emancipated, Druze lady, and continued to see the local village and its 1000 years of history, including an old mosaic of an ancient synagogue, enjoyed the view and the people, and concluded in an amazing house/restaurant of Rima and her husband who are wonderful people and exquisite cook. I am sure we will use Daniel as a guide soon.Written June 15, 2024
- losspro0 contributionsGreat tour during tough timesHired Israel with Fun for a private tour of the Old Jerusalem and was very pleased. Communication while booking was excellent using Whatsapp. Guide met us at our hotel and then we walked the entire route which was perfect. Unfortunately the conflict has affected tourism and it was obvious in sites being randomly unstaffed but we got to see everything we wanted to. It was nice to have some of the usually busy sites to ourselves but we felt for the locals that are struggling to feed their families.Written June 11, 2024
- HAndrei5460 contributionsTasty and enlighteningA 3-hour tour of the German colony and Wadi Nisnas in Haifa. It was indeed amazing even for us who knew the area. Daniel, a good story-teller, is both funny and informative without being didactical.Written December 28, 2023
- Dikureiki0 contributionsDruzlandWe were in a tour in Usafia We learned about the culture of the Druze community It was very interesting and informative We heard a lot of fascinating stories. We drank delicious coffee and finished the tour with a local lunch .Written December 25, 2023
- Carolroad0 contributionsWonderful and Honorable GuideWe had the pleasure of going on Daniel's Nazareth and Sea of Galilee tour in Sept 2023. Daniel was a wonderful guide and we highly recommend his tours. In addition, we booked a cruise in April/May of 2024, with a day in Ashdod and Haifa and then we were to disembark the ship very early on the third day. We liked his tour so much that we booked tours for this 2024 cruise. We also emailed possible options for transportation from the Haifa port to Tel Aviv airport. He helped us with several options. All this planning took many emails and he was very patient and helpful throughout the process of selecting and booking these tours and transportation. Unfortunately, the war started in Israel and we cancelled our cruise and plus these and many other private tours. Even though Daniel was the only tour operator in a war zone, he refunded our deposits faster than any other company. He's not only a great tour guide but a VERY honourable man.Written October 31, 2023
- IHGSH0 contributionsFantastic tour, perfect in every way!We had an incredible day with Daniel! He picked us up at the port in Haifa. So educational, we toured Nazareth and the Sea of Galilee. Simply outstanding. It was hot and he had chilled water bottles available throughout the day. I learned so much, it was really incredible. He’s easy to find and keep track of in his crazy hat too! Lunch was amazing. Highly recommend, he’ll customize the tour to be exactly what you want it to be. Praying for peace in Israel so we can go back for another tour with Daniel.Written October 10, 2023

- Sharon Y0 contributionsAmazing day, amazing guide! Unforgettable!Tal was an amazing guide! It was a fun day, a beautiful drive in the desert which will be forever etched in my memory. It was magnificent! Masada was amazing and Tal’s knowledge of ancient history was incredible. It was quite warm and my husband and I were so grateful that we had our own knowledgeable guide so we weren’t with lingering crowds taking more time than needed. One of the groups heard one of his explanations to us and the group leader asked Tal to repeat to his group. He’s an amazing historian ! The Dead Sea itself was incredible… the view unforgettable and Tal’s patience with us while we experienced floating in the Dead Sea was appreciated. We had an awesome lunch nearby beforehand with a variety of foods unlike our meals in the states! Spending the day with Tal was a blessing! Best day ever!Written September 24, 2023
- donnier0 contributionsThe Old City and The Dead SeaAhab greeted us as we exited the port and we loaded up to drive to Jerusalem. He made sure we had water and gave us some little bags of snacks prepared by his wife. A very kind surprise indeed. He shared info about the area we were driving through along the way. A stop at the Mt of Olives where he pointed out the major landmarks then on to the Jaffa Gate. A nice walk through the quarters of the Old City with a stop at the Western Wall and the Church of the Holy Sepulcher. He took to a little lunch spot in an alley off the Via Dolorosa which was great. Then off to the Dead Sea where we floated and embraced the mud. A great day all around with Ahab.Written September 2, 2023
- Y7505OGnicolel0 contributionsunforgettable cruse excursion by a private tourWe had a beyond wonderful time in the Holy Land with Daniel's handpicked expert guide, Zahi. I chose this private tour for two reasons. Jerusalem is very special, so it deserves a customized deep tour first, and the second reason is that my 78-year-old mom can't understand English; a Chinese guide is needed. I am so thankful that Daniel handpicked expert Zahi as our small group guild. He brought us to watch a 3D movie (Chinese language optional), walk through the underground tunnel belonging to the excavation site, let us read the Gospel of John to understand the scene of the Last Supper, climb to the secret rooftop to look out over the Western Wall, and walk along 15 stations of the Via Dolores, the holiest road in the world, the whole pass where Jesus was led to death. a very special 12-hour trip, including 5 hours of driving between Haifa and Jerusalem, but full of Jerusalem's historical significance, spiritual symbolism, and visual splendor. These secrets only a private tour can reveal. I really appreciate Zahi's hard work and professionalism.Written September 2, 2023

Excellent tour with Elad www.Israeli tour guide.com. He was professional, personable, knowledgeable and well spoken. His English was excellent. He took extra time to show the six of us other points of interest that were not part of the regular tour since we are Catholic such as St. Joseph’s Church. The sites included in the tour were fantastic. The weather was hot and Elad’s vehicle was very comfortable with excellent air conditioning and a cooler with cold water. I would highly recommend this tour and Elad Lichtenberg.

Daniel was the consummate professional, but with the personality that matches his passionate knowledge of his country, its history, and its culture. He is informative, without being overbearing, and opinionated in a way that, while scrupulously diplomatic, nevertheless allows guests to understand much more than most of our commonly held perceptions. Spending the day with Daniel was both educational and entertaining, so count us among the many travelers who offer our enthusiastic recommendation of his services.

Daniel is an exceptional tour guide! His vast knowledge and insight of the culture, religions, geography, and complicated history is unmatched. I had never been to Israel and Daniel provided a remarkable perspective with intriguing dialogue, maps, foot tours, and vehicle tours. He was trustworthy, and excellent at listening, discussing, and personalizing the time spent. His appreciation of the country was contagious. Highly recommended!!

Daniel was great! He shared about his home with a lot of enthusiasm. He shared so much info about the history of Israel. In Nazareth he took us to a little bakery and ordered a local dessert for us that was amazing. Then we stopped for a traditional Israeli lunch. Again - amazing. The views around the Sea of Galilee that we visited brought so much context to the New Testament stories about Jesus. We had a great day with Daniel touring.

Amazing tour and phenomenal guide! Fun, informative and will make you fall in love with his country!
The tour was amazing. Tal, our tour guide was patient, knowledgeable and overall awesome. Sea of Galilee and Nazareth were beautiful and Tal’s knowledge of history and facts was incredible. He is an amazing teacher. On the ride to the Sea of Galilee and Nazareth he taught us about Israel living, housing, etc. and was capable of answering any questions we had. He was fun and honestly made this a most memorable experience! We couldn’t have chosen a better guide or tour..it was our first time in Israel. My husband and I were very pleased! Highly recommend!!!

We chose Israel with fun as the reviews were outstanding and having Daniel (with crazy yellow hat) as our tour guide was a real bonus.
Nothing too much trouble, very knowledgeable, chilled water always available, superb lunch stop too! He even changed our itinerary at the last minute so we could fit in the River Jordan. We would recommend Daniel and his company to all visitors.

Daniel’s fun Israel tours are excellent!! We were on a cruise in Israel and the bus tours through the line were full. Through the internet we found Daniel and did 2 days of his tours both Jerusalem and Nazareth. We did and saw so much and when we compared this to the cruise , Daniel’s tours were by far much better. He is very intelligent, professional ,and knowledgeable. He knows all the sites and complex history of the region and religions. The small things were fun and something you do not get on the big tours…We Stopped at a wonderful Arab pastry shop, Enjoyed a pomegranate fresh squeezed drink in Jerusalem, and had a fabulous
lunch over looking Jerusalem. We did the private tour which probably is more expensive than the ship’s tours but well worth it. One day we shared with another couple making for a reasonable cost. Enjoy.

Evelyn our tour guide, was excellent. She provided us with historical background of each site visited. Had booklet and maps to enhance our understanding of the sites. Our tour was private, only for our party. She encourage us to ask questions. All of the sites indicated in the tour were visited.
