We toured Isarel back in March, using the guide from this company. The service was horrible, we were promised with 4star hotel, with hotel names. But when we arrived we only stayed in 2 star hotel

Each time we have had extremely knowledgeable guides and amazing bus drivers. The accommodations and food we experienced have been wonderful. Whenever we have had any unforseen issues with travel delays, lost luggage, or medical needs, Erez has been immediately there to provide help for the situation. Yes yes yes you need to book this! We weren't quite sure if this VIP airport hustle would be worth the money and boy are we glad we booked! We were whisked off immediately after we landed and got straight through all of the lines and checkpoints seamlessly. Our escort stayed with us until we got into our taxi and was a wonderful person to boot. If you are on the fence about using this service - DO IT - I promise you will be glad you did. We saved hours.

Worth every penny after a 14 hour trip. Was met as we stepped off the flight, ushered through customs passed the long lines. Was assisted to baggage and then guided to our car and driver who delivered us to the our hotel. We had an early departure back home and used the same service in reverse. Sooooo NICE!

We have visited Israel many times before however, as my wife is pregnant, we didn’t want to spend a couple of hours waiting in the queue for the security interview. (No criticism of the security procedures though.) The service was easy to arrange and they called on the day to check details. We called as we were passing through perimeter security at the airport and were met as we arrived in our taxi. Staff were friendly and helpful and had as through all security and check-in procedures in 20 minutes.
