was easy to find the company outside gate 14 which is important because in other countries it was close to impossible to locate. driver and another person were very polite. driving was great and the mini van was clean. definitely recommend

I called this company after 9pm to get a car for the next morning. Sinan, the manager, answered the phone, spoke perfect English and was able to get a nice Mercedes minivan to us right on time the next morning at 10am. The car was clean, the driver helpful and polite. And I was able to pay by credit card on a secure link straight away! I would totally use them again and recommend them 100%! Great service and for a VERY reasonable price!

Nice and reliable service for istambul very on schedulle ive booked directly on site. Because my hotel was on the business district they took me to the blue mosque and back very on time. Really nice and confortable.

I don't normally write reviews unless it's a very good or very bad experience. For Fat Taxi I feel obliged. I usually use Fat Taxi to get to my house from either of the Istanbul airports. Greeting is always with a huge smile and welcome. Great guys, amazing vans, outstanding experience overall. Prices are perfect as well. The hotel booked the transport. The day before my arrival the representative contacted my via Whatsapp and gave me all the details where and how to meet the driver. Finding the spot on the airport was easy but finding the driver was a bit chaotic but that's the airport system, I am afraid, as I gathered. I had the same driver both ways, Burat who is very polite and a very safe driver which is a big plus in Istanbul and the highways around. I had a bottle of water and free wifi, and a safe drive. It was very considerate to give me the same driver for the departure as well. I was pleased with the service and I can recommend it.

They were not inside terminal as advised took an hour to find them with help of kind man at information center who phoned them. They were outside but with a different companies name on plaque. Driver messaging on phone all the trip, with van swerving as he drove. Van was nice newish mercedes’.
