I was dissatisfied since I was expecting a tour and it was not. It was only skip a line to buy the tickets. You still have to wait in line to get in the Hagia Sophia Mosque and also there was no tour. The title should be change to reflect what we are buying and be clear on the ecxpectations.

Hagia Sophia was great. It is a must. However, I would not use this tour because it was not really a tour or a skip a line tour. It only skip the line to buy the tickets. We got inside Hagia Sophia with no tour guide. He just stays with us in line until it is time to get in the mosque.

Our 1st trip to Istanbul and it was a great one! Our concierge at the Hilton, Tolga who is Awesome made the arrangements including the pickup at our hotel. We met Emrah our Guide which speaks excellent English and spent almost 7 hours hitting all the sites and enjoying a terrific lunch which everything was included. Thanks Emrah!

Loved our visit to Hagia Sophia with Emel. She was a lovely warm guide who had great knowledge and also answered our many questions.

Never met with the tour… ended up doing it myself. No location was given and it was free to the public. Not even sure why they ask for the ticket price.

Dont do this tour. They never gave us a meeting point, No one there at 10am. Tried to ring and phone number is not a valid number. Dont waste your money

Didn’t get the information about meeting place soon enough to go. We cancelled within 24 hours but didn’t get reimbursed as was written in the agreement…so no surprise. They did offer the next day but we were already booked.

Public entry is free of charge. We booked this tickets 2 day before when entering we realized that there is no any ticked needed. This offer is only cheat/imposter !!! I hope TripAdvisor is able to return us the money.

No show and no communication from guide. We booked the day before. We looked for the guide. We called the operator twice. First they told us to meet by the hippodrome and on the second time they told us they didn’t have tickets (even if is free)

The guide didn’t turn up at the meeting point and didn’t reply to WhatsApp messages. TripAdvsior / Viator were of no help - they just said to contact the guide directly. When pushed, they eventually refunded the cost, but that isn’t the point. I didn’t want a refund, I wanted the product that I had paid for. I had travelled the the meeting point, waited for an hour then travelled back to my accommodation and the basic response is “oh well, here’s a refund”.
