I had an excellent experience with this service. They were incredibly accommodating, offering great flexibility when it came to adjusting the details of my booking. 10/10 service - really easy to find, the staff were waiting and within 5 minutes we were in our extra large vehicle that could handle all our luggage ! Driver was super safe and despite traffic it was a really comfortable ride. 10/10 for communication - will be using this service again!

Unreliable - van didn’t show up! I’ve used this service from the airport to the city before. The vans are filthy dirty. I mean run down and filthy to the extent that I was u comfortable even sitting in one last time. However, they had been reliable since they are at the airport 24/7 so I stuck with them. This time I arranged my return to the airport as well and guess what? The car never showed up. I contacted the dispatcher number and all he texted is the driver isn’t picking up and that he’s very sorry. Thank God I was able to get a cab off the street. AVOID THIS UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNRELIABLE COMPANY. Imagine missing your long-haul flight after being willing to pay premium price for peace of mind and a smooth ride.

Firstly, like restaurant menus, there is a local price and a tourist price. Get into a taxi and you're snared. The journey to the city centre is some distance and the trip can take anything from 40 mins to 2 hours depending on the traffic, so the taxi driver will be able to 'justify' the cost. We paid €55 for each trip by private taxi organised by the hotel. Seemed reasonable. Top tip. As the passport queues, when arriving, are the usual length (v long) , avoid logging on the airport WiFi to update the taxi people until you're through, as the connection only lasts 30 minutes. Phone package was £7 a day if that's an alternative for you. Oh and departing, there's no water fountains anywhere. Nor enough seats

My departure from Istanbul was at 3:00 AM, and the car was waiting for me at the scheduled time. The airport trip was smooth, and the driver helped with my luggage. Upon my return to Istanbul, my flight was delayed by six hours. The support team at VIP Turkey Transfer informed me about the change in pickup time before I even received an email from the airline. They adjusted the pickup time accordingly. When I arrived at the airport, my luggage was delayed, and I asked the driver to wait for me. He waited for over an hour and a half. Excellent service and outstanding support.

I always use this service when I visit Istanbul. Staffs are friendly and return pickup is very accurate. More affordable than taxi ride but much more comfortable and luxurious.

Excellent service throughout 💯 recommended. The customer service is very excellent and they keep you reminded of your pick up time from the airport to hotel and vise verser. The prices are cheap compared to what is advertised at the hotel reception

The worst airport transfer I have ever taken. Found the needed spot with no trouble. Then we were escorted to an elevator and the guy hit a floor number and then stepped out of the elevator. When we got to the floor the guy was no where to be found. So we stood around for about 15 minutes hoping we would find him. We finally spotted him and asked him where the driver is. He said that it will be another 10-15 minutes. Finally when the van pulled it up it didn’t look like the picture on the reservation. We stepped into the van and it smelled like rotting fruit and there were about 10 flies swarming the van inside. The driver closed the door and started driving and there was no where for the flies to go. We finally asked him to open his front passenger windows hoping some of them would fly out, but the 1 hour transfer to the hotel during rush hour was filled with a nasty smell and flies swarming all around us. I would not have taken the return back but seeming that we had already paid for a round trip transfer my husband insisted that the return will hopefully be better. We confirmed our transfer from the hotel back to the airport the night before and to have the driver meet us at 8am. Hoping this time the experience will be better. It was just as bad. The driver was there waiting for us downstairs, I settled the bill with the front desk and the bags were being loaded on the van and I told the driver that my husband is on his way down. I looked at my watch and it said 8:05am. The driver began to yell at me and get mad that he was not there. I told him that he is in the elevator coming down and he started getting rude and saying something in Turkish. I told him that it’s only been 5 minutes and it’s not a big deal. The driver was rude and his behavior was unacceptable and it was apparent he was acting like this because I was a women. As soon as my husband appeared his demeanor changed and said oh it’s okay. The bellman was embarrassed and apologized to me as he knew the driver was being inappropriate. If you are thinking about booking this transfer don’t. I have travelled all over the world and never had an experience like this before. I would have rather paid more and booked a round trip transfer with the hotel.

Fantastic and fast service, the car was beautiful, driver was nice and friendly and arrived on time. I cannot fault them at all.

Little information on arrival is available. One can find nobody to ask about rail connections, much less hotel bookings. The automats for purchasing tickets are difficult to use.
