Fabulous original authentic hamam setting. Mesmerizing Sufi performance with live music and traditional instruments. The energy & atmosphere incredible. No photos or videos allowed - a rare occurrence were audience sat in silence to experience ancient tradition and culture. Wonderful!

When I bought it I thought I could use it whenever I wanted. No. You are given a schedule (starting at 10 in summer, plus when those places really get crowded) and have to meet the group at a definite departure point, that was really inconvenient because since our hotel was closer to some attractions that the meeting point they chose. They are not clear, they are expensive and when you write nobody cares. Plus don't forget the mosques are free and the transportation they offer is very cheap.

Travels up the Bosphorus up to the 2nd bridge, doesn't go south or near the golden horn. Had a stop over for pick up at Bestika. The audio app was a bit hit and miss.

This is the worse. Do not purchase. Wish I read the reviews before I bought a ticket. I wanted to prepurchase a ticket for the sole purpose of avoiding a line. Part of the problem is that they are not allowed to do this by the palace basically. They try to get around it buy gathering people who've purchased an online e confirmation ticket up and giving them "vouchers". They don't really give you a full explanation of anything anywhere. As soon as someone registers they need to say. "I'm giving you a voucher only, this is NOT a ticket. You have to wait for a tour guide and follow them into the palace and the tour guide then gets all the tickets for you and then you have to wait again to get in with the ticket the tourguide gives you." The skip-the-line part of this is misrepresentation. You do not skip the line, you actually have to wait in a longer line, with a guide (who gives no tour), and go in as a group. NOT explaining this ANYWHERE, written or verbally, means this is a horrible company. It is also false advertisement to say you skip a line. The line was small and I would have been able to have purchased a ticket quickly and gotten in on my own. BUYER BEWARE!

The trip itself was fine, but the service on the boat. They are too insisting in giving you something without price and the charge you as if you bought a second ticket. So don't take anything on the boat from service guys.

Do not trust the cancelation policy. I purchased a Bosporus cruise but our plans changed and wanted to cancel but there is nowhere on the site to cancel and no one answers calls. You can try to call the number before paying for it and see if anyone answers a call. We ended up losing the $200 since we could not use the cruise.

There is a guy that comes on and sells peelers, constantly screaming “pardon” (means “excuse me”) and “oh, mashalla”. Couldn’t read two lines of the book I brought onboard with me. Every time I go to the islands, this guy is the worst part of my trip.

Please do not use this service because of the above. There are a lot of unclear things regarding the Premium Card, which are not clarified in the website nor in the mail. Additionally, what is in the mail is conflicting with in their envelope. I hope this helps: 1. Hagia Sophia is free. You are paying entrance only for the Basilica Cistern and Topkapi [guided tours lasted not as long as was indicated during purchase of the card + all what the 'Istanbul guide' says, is also indicate on panels or can easily be found online + Istanbul guide was begging for extra tips]. 2. You may visit those sites only as part of the scheduled tours. There are around 3 times a day when the tours start. So if you cant make it exactly at one of those times you cannot enter. 3. The tours unfortunately are overbooked + guide sometimes does not care (tour end prematurely or people are left behind).

I confirm Istanbul Welcome Card can seem as a scam. The guide was not helpful when a situation appeared at Haga Sophia.

Very reasonable price and the gentleman who in the ticket window is really nice and kind! The view is great and amazing! Very good!

The worst organisation and “tour”. Information provided was more of a high level overview of each place and what you can go and see, providing minimal history and added value. The meeting points for option two weren’t communicated or displayed well. The skip the line feature was a mess and didn’t get skip the line fast tracking. The tour groups were too large, so you could hardly spend any time with the guide to hear the minimal information that was shared. Hot tip- Hagia Sofia is free, so go on your own and if you want a guide there are allot around offering their services. The palace and cistern is easy enough to explore yourself or via the FREE audio guides

Booked for May 20. Received a message that trip was cancelled. Booked again May 24. Arrived to be asked by a guy to pay another $12.50 as their was a problem with the boat that trip advisor had arranged. Told to contact trip advisor for a refund. We were charged also for the first booking of May 20 that they cancelled.

This was a great tour. The guide efficiently gets you inside and then you have options to stay with him, use the audio guide app, or strike out on your own. Most stayed with the guide and he was great. Very informative and well paced. After the tour you can stay and wander as you like. It’s a fascinating structure!

First, you sold us an audio guide with no instructions on how to access it. Then you used the clunkiest imaginable app for getting to it. You promised a skip-the-line entry, which was refused at the site. We were sent to a separate tour guide group that linked us to a tour guide we did not want. We were not allowed entry without him. The whole process took almost an hour, much more than the standard entry. The audio guide never worked; thank goodness we had a guidebook with us. And for all this, you over-charged us; we paid much more than the standard rate! I will never use Trip Advisor for tickets again.
