worse service and scam no one come to the airport even my flight was on time . when i try to contact no one is replying no professional don't recommend it to anyone .

If I could give a “minus” rating I would do without thinking twice. Terrible service. They require you to inform them your arrival in advance and still manage to be 45 minutes late and say no word of apology. And not answering messages

We booked a cab from our hotel to the airport via booking.com during our stay in Istanbul. The driver turned up 25 minutes late and when we called the number provided after waiting for 10 minutes and they said just said ‘coming 2/3 minutes’. The number was for the company and not the driver itself. The company then messaged via WhatsApp the drivers details and number but the number wasn’t on WhatsApp so we couldn’t even contact the driver. The reception at the hotel contacted the driver and said he was very nearby but had us waiting outside for some time. If you do end up booking with this company then please book the time 20-30 minutes earlier to counter in delays. We managed to reach the airport just over an hour before departure. We messaged the company about this and they ignored us hence why we are writing this review.

A seamless and efficient service. Pick up was a few minutes earlier than booked, our driver was friendly and helpful with our bags, and it was good value for money

We booked this on line,but could not use our phones in istanbul,roaming costs horrific,so had notes of information sent to us before flying,so go to exit 14,taxi pick up,mega guys on mobiles,calling taxi to come and collect,very little english spoken,but ask,one man looked at my homemade sign with Talixo on,he phoned them,another man came in 5 minutes,led us to Mercedes people carrier,lovely luxury,one hour journey to Sultanamet,horrendous traffic ques,safely arrive at hotel,they charged us less than half the hotel price quoted,so would definately use them,keep a clear note of your details,as the drivers do not speak English. Water sealed,suppied in car.

This is the second time I’ve booked through booking. The first time I had to wait about 30 for the car, but given the amount of free time, it was not critical, although it did not bring pleasure. On the night of 2023, the car was ordered at 17:35, we left the airport at 18:35. Calling the manager had no effect. I do not recommend using the services of this company

we booked tranfers when we booked trip with I Love Holidays 10/10 The company Talixo were excellent they text me 72 hrs before we arrived and again 24hrs before arriving in instanbul with directions to meeting point with photos of the exit at airport at meeting place we checked in and was taken downstairs to are taxi the driver was so polite and helpful And the same on are return journey texts 24hrs befoe pick up with time and drivers name seriously if you are going to istanbul i can not recommend this company enough we will definitely use this company again 10/10 5 stars

We had a flight delay of 1 hour 10mins into Istanbul new airport (IST) so total delay was 2 hours due to a toilet break and immigration. Therefore we could understand a short waiting time at meet point for the dispatcher to reschedule the rides. There was no named signage, dispatcher just called out names, no probs. Note that the board displaying the PLUS sign (see pic) was just outside Gate 14 exit, whereas it was shown just inside on the Watsapp messages received. Good airport communication helped by the airport wifi. The driver Oguzhan was excellent and navigated some narrow streets to our hotel in Sisli efficiently.

Total garbage company and a scam. They will determine your pick up time based on your flight arrival time instead of your scheduled pick up time input when you place the booking. There is ONLY 45 mins after your flight arrival. If you do NOT show out within 45 mins after your flight arrival, they will just cancel your booking and NO refund regardless of your reason. Even if you have communicated with the driver 1 day before your booking, or right before your flight departure, emphasized again and again about your requested pick up time, it has no use. They will just give 45 mins to you, counting from flight arrival time. If so, what's the point to ask your willingness on the pick up time if this company has such policy? Never ever again.

Arriving from the airport we did not have a great experience. It was a little hard to find the dispatcher. When we did find them, there was a bit of a wait. Once in the van, we were happy to be on our way to the hotel. Unfortunately, the driver was inattentive. He did not ask if we wanted A/C even though it was a hot summer evening. He then turned on some flashing lights inside the van, which was the last thing we needed. Going to the airport from the hotel a few days later, we had a much better experience. The driver did everything the first driver did not. He made sure we were comfortable and made the ride much better.

Punctual service with friendly and helpful driver. Great communication before transfer. Easy and reliable. Muzaffa was excellent.

I had to wait for 45 minutes outside Istanbul international airport waiting for the car to arrive. their representative disappeared to avoid answering my question regarding the delay When the car arrived It was filthy noises coming from the car were so loud couldn’t believe they send a broken car to get a customer from airport . The drive was so bad couldn’t wait for it to end . By all means Avoid this company .
