About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- H100AUgregm0 contributionsUnforgettable tourOur tour coordinator was Meltem. She is very good. Tireless worker. She coordinated our tour. checked on us and kept in contact. We were picked up at the airport on time and dropped us off on time as well. Very reliable tour company. I will easily without any hesitation recommend this tour company to anyone. Good choice hotel accommodation in Istanbul walking distance to most attractions like the Blue Mosque etc. Our Cappadocia trip was the most memorable . High-end hotel and the balloon ride is unforgettable. Our day trip and the bhosperous dinner cruise is another high light. They booked us in an Grade A dinner cruise. It was more than we expected. Our Kusadasi tour was very educational we enjoyed it very much. The your guide was great. She made sure that we were taken at a comfortable pace. Did not overdo or place too much pressure. all in all we had a great time. Thanks Meltem and Neapolis travel for arranging an unforgettable trip GregWritten October 31, 2024
- finbarrs20210 contributionsWonderful experience on a one-day private tour that catered for all our needs. Excellent value and very professional. We booked a private one-day tour with Neopolis Travel from Kusadasi port. Their service level and attention to detail was excellent. Seline, our guide was excellent, so friendly, knowledgeable and she catered to all our requests and got us into the sites we choose quickly and ensured the tour bus was always nearby to reduce any walking from the site entrance to the bus. The air-conditioned Mercedes bus was very comfortable and a cool haven after walking around the sites in the heat. We learned so much from Seline about Turkish culture, history, food, lifestyle and so much more. A wonderful experience all round.Written October 15, 2024
- SharonT2830 contributions4 Days 3 Nights: Pamukkale-Ephesus-Cappadocia Private TourOur primary contact to organize the itinerary was Meltem and she is both responsive and highly organized. She adapted a standard itinerary to meet our requirements and was available via WhatsApp throughout the four days. There were a couple of challenges here and there (eg a driver didn't show to take us to the airport), but even at 5.30am Meltem calmly suggested a solution and all was well. Upon reflection, the only real disappointment of our tour was Pamukkale, because much of the water feeding the calcium terraces has been diverted to the local hotels so there wasn't much water and hence too many tourists wading in 6 terrace pools. Nevertheless, the look around Hierapolis with our guide was interesting. Ephesus was also interesting and even though we have seen similar ruins in Greece, our guide for the day, Nafia, was exceptionally well informed and has a great personality. Lastly, and the highlight of our four days, was Cappadocia. It has been on our bucket list for many years and did not disappoint. Our guide, Ilyas, was not only a fount of knowledge, he was also very amusing and affable so we enjoyed his company for two days. All up a great experience but we could have skipped Pamukkale.Written September 19, 2024
- E4204TAteresas0 contributionsGreat tour in TurkeyWe really enjoyed our tour with this company and will book again with them when we return to Turkey. The tour guide was great and we had an amazing experience. She was very knowledgeable about Ephesus but did not go on too long. She took us to a cute village to shop and we enjoyed a Turkish lunch after. The whole experience was great, they even contacted me after we returned to the ship to let me know I had accidentally over paid (2 bills were stuck together) and went out of their way to meet us outside the cruise port to return the money. Very impressed with the whole experience.Written July 3, 2024
- Loriflefar0 contributionsIncredible day at EphesusThe attention was superb. Our personal guide (Rabia) took the time to place us back in to the times of Alexander the Great. Then she has such an ease narrating everything related to the bible and Virgin Mary in such a detail that adults and children were captivated by her narrative. Education ruled through the trip form our guide and our driver. We are going to recommend tour service for sure. Thank you. P.D.: Her choice in where to eat was incredible, all the food was delicious.Written July 3, 2024
- barbararY7136ER0 contributionsBeach ParadiseThe beach is perfect for sunbathing, swimming, and taking leisurely walks along the shore. With plenty of beachside cafes and restaurants, you can also indulge in delicious meals and refreshing drinks while soaking up the sun. The atmosphere is lively and vibrant, with music playing and people laughing and enjoying themselves. Overall, Kusadasi's beaches are a must-visit destination for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable beach experience.Written June 17, 2024
- evelynmX6045JE0 contributionsA Serene Sunset StrollThe sound of the waves crashing against the shore was soothing, creating a sense of tranquility and calmness in the air. The sun was setting in the distance, casting a warm golden glow over the beach and painting the sky in shades of pink and orange. As the family walked along the sandy shore, they couldn't help but feel at peace in the presence of such breathtaking beauty. The gentle breeze played with their hair, and the soft sand beneath their feet added to the overall feeling of relaxation. It was a moment of pure bliss, and they were grateful to be able to experience such a wonderful evening by the ocean.Written June 17, 2024
- evaoS1143SO0 contributionsDiscovering Ephesus' Mysterious Ancient RuinsThe ancient ruins of Ephesus were truly awe-inspiring, with each column and structure telling a story of a bygone era. Nafia's passion for the history of the site was evident in her detailed explanations and enthusiastic storytelling. As we walked through the ancient streets, it felt as though we had been transported back in time. The driver's friendly demeanor and smooth driving made the experience even more enjoyable. I couldn't wait to share this incredible experience with my friends and family, knowing they would be just as amazed as I was.Written June 11, 2024
- Tour930960 contributionsAwesome Tour with Neopolis TravelIn April we did a 8 Days 7 Nights -Istanbul - Cappadocia - Ephesus - Pamukkale PRIVATE Tour organized by Neopolis Travels. We visited with Family and Friends. On our first Day in Istanbul, our Guide took us to Blue Mosque and the Hagia Sophia followed by Topkapi Palace, Hippodrome, the Obelisks and the Basilica Cistern. The Journey continued on the Second Day with Bosphorous Tour over the Bosphorous river covering the Golden Horn, Rumeli Hisari and ending with Dolmabahce Palace. Our Guide also took us to the wall while driving across it. We can see the beauty of the Byzantine Empire. One Day-3 and 4 we spent in Cappadocia tour starting with Devrent Valley with its eye catching, unique chimneys, Pasabag (Monk’s Valley), fascinating Avanos, the beauteous valley of Goreme and Open Air museum where the remains of churches and early Christian dwellings, hewn from the soft rocks and stones, dating back thousands of years, are still standing. Red and Rose Valley where the colour of rocks changing throughout the day and little hiking through the Gulludere Valley. In old Greek Cavusin Village we visited the houses and churches of the Cristian clergymen such as Saint John the Baptist and Nicophoras Phocas. Afterwards, we went to a city rich in historical culture and natural beauties,Kaymakli (or Ozkonak),and visit the underground city where the early Christians sought refuge. Our last destination is a natural castle at Ortahisar then Uçhisar Castle, the highest point of the Cappadocia. We had a great panoramic view of Cappadocia and the fairy chimneys. Pigeon Valley offers a nice view over Uchisar Castle and it has pigeons still living in pigeon houses. The last visit to Three Beauties Valley. Our Balloon ride got Cancelled due to Bad whether and that is only set back we had in the trip. On day 5, we drove to Izmir and the full day was spent visiting Ephesus - The Temple of Artemis - The House of Virgin Mary. After Ephesus we travelled to Kusadasi for overnight stay. On Day 6, we drove to Pamukkale to visit the Calcium spring terraces, Hierapolis museum, Hierapolis Theatre, Roman Bath, and Temple of Apollo, Cleopatra hot spring thermal pool. - 791salemm0 contributionsGreat travel planner for TurkeyNeopolisTravel and agent Sybil Alyena Dimer were absolutely the best.! We were coming back from Safari in Botswana and decided on a 5 day stopover in Istanbul. We did some basic research and looked on-line for a personalized tour to be put together. Sibel was extraordinary. After our on line inquiry she contacted us in California immediately. We communicated for 3 days and she put out options leading to a fabulous trip . She arranged every pick up ,hotel, guides. planes, and balloon tide. It was all seamlessly perfect. Sibel communicated daily to be sure that everything was working. All we did was enjoy an amazing brief trip to Istanbul and Coppadocia. It could not have been better. We will be back for a longer trip with Sibel’s help! And a special shout out to the wonderful Gitz Bosphorus Hotel on Taskim SquareWritten March 29, 2024

- paul t0 contributionsIncredible GuidesCeylal and Serhat were MORE than amazing guides! They were friends and TRUE friends at that. They took their work seriously and although Ceylal was the lead, Serhat wasn't very far behind. They took us to show us their country and introduced us to Turkish culture. They were kind and funny and serious. The most amazing part of it all is that they took the time to be present for our needs and wants. We shared a table and broke bread together. My wife laughed and enjoyed her birthday like nobody has. Ceylal and Serhat were not only well versed in cultural and historic facts, they were also very kind and welcoming to us. The perfect hosts and guides for this kind of adventure. We consider them friends. They made our trip absolutely amazing. Ceylal and Serhat are amazing people!Written February 8, 2024
- 561shahanam0 contributionsTurkey During ThanksgivingMeltem from Neopolis organized my entire Turkey experience. I didn’t select a specific tour because she customized it based on my interests and the number of days we had. We visited Istanbul, Cappadocia, and Ephesus. She provided the itinerary which included domestic flights and transfers from hotels to airports and vice versa. Everything went smoothly and Meltem contacted me throughout, informing me about the pickup times and so on. Almost all of the rides, except Cappadocia, were in private comfortable vans. Only Cappadocia was a small group tour. The Istanbul and Ephesus tours were private. Istanbul was a walking tour which makes sense because all the sights are around the city center. Our hotel was walking distance from Hagia Sophia mosque and there are restaurants all around. All the tour guides were knowledgeable and friendly. Breakfast and lunch were included. All in all it was a great experience and very well organized. Turkey is a beautiful country and the people are very friendly and welcoming. We had a great time! Thank you Meltem for organizing this amazing experience!Written November 28, 2023
