Aysegul was an excellent tour guide. We sampled Boreck, Durum, Cay, Lahcuram, pickles, Turkish coffee, Turkish delight and Baklava - all from specialist shops. Aysegul had wonderful knowledge about the city and made our tour hugely enjoyable.
