It was an amazing experience visiting cappadocia. And all credits goes to this company who managed my trip in such a short time infact on the spot. Well organized, and delivered what they promised. Super service on time and everything was planned like on auto mode. From Istanbul till cappadocia and returning home was all well planned. Staff Mr. Kadir very supportive and 24/7 available. Nice guy and really helpful. In a nutshell highly recommended. Just book the package and they will deliver. Arrangements , like hotel in cappadocia was very nice and clean. Cappadocia is an amazing place and the lovely family and team at our hotel Asia Minor were so welcoming. The young gentleman at reception went above and beyond for us and made our stay extremely pleasant. The highlight of our trip was the hot air balloon and visiting the caves and churches whilst on a hike. Thank you to our tour guide Kamil who was very friendly and made the trip very easy by giving us free time and being very patient with us. Thank you!

We had a well planned tour of 13 days with Kadir AY as our trip organiser. We travelled across Turkey seamlessly from one city to another. Kadir AY is a very responsive and warm person. It was horrible, it felt like a borderline scam/stupid waste of money the "Guided Trip" included ONLY transportation to the island and nothing more. There were no guides just some people who ONLY told us how much time we can spend on the island before the ship leaves - and the time/stay on the island was EXTREMELY LIMITED - it was 1.5 hours max. THIS IS NOT A GUIDED TOUR THIS IS JUST 5 TIMES MORE EXPENSIVE WAY TO GET TO ISLAND - THATS IT, no tours, no guides, no nothing.

We booked with Neopolis Travel for 1 Day Cappadocia Tour from Istanbul by flight, Sibel was the one who took the booking and it was smooth trip from boarding flight with Turkish Airlines and drop back Hotel at night. We were told for 4 30 am pickup from our Hotel in Beyazit and it was perfectly on time to reach IST airport and by 9 we were out of the Kayseri Airport to start the tour (flight from IST 7 am), There were other tourists to join for whom we had to wait and the actual tour to Cappadocia started after 10 : 30 an and since our return flight was at 6 30 pm we had to wind up our tour by 4 pm. However Our guide Mr Lookalike Cricketer Sehwag/Sachin Tendulkar (Sorry I forgot his name as not a common name) was quite fast to cover important places . We were also keen to cover the max in our available time so Undergroud city, Goreme,Avanos, Monks Valley ,Pasabag along with Pottery making and a very delicious Lunch we could enjoy and moreover in this trip only 2 couples were there so we made our quick moves from each place and Mr Sachin also shared his maximum knowledge about history (plus some Humour Bytes) of each places before during and post each places . We could enjoy the panoramic view from Top and click many pics in the Fairy Chimney and at each of the stop overs and enjoy the most. The only glitch was 9 to 10 30 am had it been managed better we could have enjoyed more time in sighseeing but however we could njoy to the best in a day's tour. Worth for value and time spent and thankful we could explore such an beautiful place on earth which has millions of years old history. Will recommend Turkey Istanbul Tours(Neopolis Travel) .

This boat tour's starting point was convenient to our hotel in Sultanahmet, and the price seemed reasonable (advertised at 20 Euros/person, but was reduced to 30 Euros for both of us). The start was rather disorganized because we had to wait a lot longer for the boat to arrive, and then there was a crush of people trying to get on the boat at the same time. The boat seats were not very comfortable and it was very crowded, but it was lovely to cruise the Bosphorus from the Golden Horn to the Fatih Sultan Mehmet Bridge along one side and then return along the other side of the strait. The brochure of the tour included a map with pictures, which was useful. However, the map showed that we would sail under the Galata Bridge into the Golden Horn, but we just sailed up to the bridge and turned. I would have like to see the neighborhoods along the Golden Horn from the boat's perspective.

We are a big group of friends and we go to Istanbul almost every year. It's a tradition for us to have a dinner cruise each time we are there. So, we have tried most of the options of a dinner cruise on the Bosphorus. I have to admit that this one was the best of all. Kadir Ay from Turista office near Sultanahmet promised us that we won't regret the choice we've made. He explained the differences between other types of cruises and he also gave us a great price, because we were 20 people. For sure we'll come back to Istanbul next year and we will ask Kadir what other things we should see or do there. Thank you for the best cruise and see you soon!

I booked this becsue it included the Golden Horn. I have previously done a more expensive Bosphorus trip that did not include as much Golder Horn as I wanted. Overall, I was pretty disappointed with this experince. Boat was like a cattle car, very crowded. The price was cheap but they spent a lot time trying to worm more money from you. Would not repeat. Better to spend a bit more and get a more comfortable, persoanl experience.

We had an exceptional tour , the planning by Turista was really good. They took care of everything and the guide provided by them was good. This is the second time we are going with tourista. Kadir is a very patient person. I took a trip to Turkey with my friends in June 2022. I met Kadir for the first time. At that time, we communicated and booked through text messages. Last year, he helped us arrange many activities, including hot Balloons and meals on the night cruise. The trip went well and we were all very happy. I came back to Turkey in April 2023, this time with my husband, we had a total of seven days trip. This time, he helped us arrange the itinerary of the hot air balloon and the red line and the green line. When we returned to Istanbul, we also participated in an evening night boat meal and watched a performance. When we were in Istanbul, we visited him in his office in person. He is a very professional and friendly gentleman. If there is a friend who wants to take a trip to Turkey next time, I will join or introduce this gentleman to my friends.

We booked a tour from Istanbul to the black sea. We were picked up from and dropped to our hotel. The tour turned out to be for locals, so the guide did not speak any English. The tour involved a trip to a zoo on the way, a lake (known as the hidden lake), lunch by the river leading to Agva Merkez, a boat ride in the river, and an hour break at the beach at Agva. Comfortable tour, except for the language issue.
