We had such an informative and interesting day with Ali. He is a very friendly and knowledgeable guy. He answered all of our questions and made the tour of the sites much more interesting and fulfilling. We really enjoyed it.

I have choosen Ada Travel Agency based on their good reviews and they were located close to my hotel next to Osmanbey station and i was never disappointed! I reserved a hotel in bodrum for me and my friend and Mine was so friendly with us and helped us to get our reservation the way we wanted it (room type and room view) and she made sure everything is the way we wanted it to be. I highly recommend them as they are now my go-to travel agency in Istanbul.

My husband and I had a private tour with Sophia, in Istambul today, it was a wonderful time. Sophia was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and took her time to explain the intracies of Istambul's sites and culture as they changed through the years. What a wonderful experience it was to be in Ephesus! To trace our Christian roots was very meaningful for us. To stand where Apostle Paul stood!! Our pleasant guide, Nesrin, shared so much interesting information which brought an understanding of the world back then. Her knowledge shared with us was so enlightening. It was notable that the people back then were smart to make a city and their economy work so well. That they had a public library was impressive so all could read made us smile, The Terrace of Houses was an extra which made our tour amazing. We agreed that we all could easily have enjoyed living in this valley. :) Added to this, the Carpet Coop. we visited where we saw local women at work weaving, made us gasp at the colour Heaven ( as Nesrin so rightly put it) The skill involved and finished products were a feast for the eyes. Having a Turkish pancake in a high spot of a Village, while looking down on a picturesque valley, added an authentic touch to the tour. All the arrangements were slick and the ride was comfortable. Thumbs up to our private guide and the Phoenicia Travel team.

We had an amazing time with this company, they took care of everything. Our guide was amazing and very patient. We always felt safe. They are very reliable always on time and very caring. I would definitely recommend 100% . We were able to experience the best of Istanbul, Cappadocia, and Pamukkale without feeling exhausted and overwhelmed. Great trip. Tour guide was awesome. Underground city was amazing. Delicious lunch at a cave restaurant. Hotel was nice and the breakfast was good.

Our private tour of Istanbul exceeded our expectations. Hakan Kutlu showed up promptly and took us to everything we wanted to see during our limited time in Istanbul. His knowledge of this amazing city was incredible. He was well educated, and he explained the history of the places we visited while incorporating stories and little known facts to give us a deeper understanding. We were very fortunate to have Hakan guide us. We loved our time in Istanbul because of him!

The WORST travel agency. Put up in a dump called it 5 star accommodations. Rude and inconsiderate . Absolutely no care for customer service. Ruined my holiday . I would caution everyone against using them for any service

It was the most amazing 5 hours around Istanbul by an awesome tour guide, Nazan Pir. Your adaptability to our short schedule was most impressive. Every single request and box was ticketed. Hippodrome at Sultanahmet Square, Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace Museum, Kapalicarsi Grand bazaar. It you want to do Turkish coffee, Turkish tapestry, and Turkish delight in 30 minutes, then finish it off with the best tasting street side shawarwe, Nazan Pir is the tour guide for you. They went out of the way to pick us up (on time) at Radisson Park Inn Odayeri and dropped us off with time to spare. Thank you for sharing your beautiful city and history with us. See you next time
