Erkan, the owner, was very responsive and everything worked like clockwork. Great scheduling and we did not have any issues at all. Our trip covered Istanbul, Capadoccia, Pamukale, Ephesus, Aphrodisias, Kusadasi, 4 day Gullet tour from Fethiye, Antalya, Rize and Mount Kackar in the north. We would definitely recommend Travel Store Turkey to anyone visiting Turkey.

My time in Turkey was incredible, I was worried travelling solo as a woman but this tour made everything seamless from the moment I was collected from the airport. The hotels were in perfect locations and the tour guides were all 10/10. Highly recommend!

The private guided tour was well worth it and more, as a solo traveller and first time to Istanbul I wanted to get a feel for the place and know where things are. We started off at my hotel to the hagia sofia mosque (my favourite place in Istanbul), then the Blue Mosque which is just next door. Aft this was up to me, he showed me where the Grand bazaar was which I wanted todo another day. Took me in the Bailica Cistern, which was amazing cost 500 lire too enter. But having the use did not ned to queue. Not queuing was the thing to all sites as an official guide always kne other guides who where already buying tickets for their tourists, so he got mine. Learnt a lot about history, good places to eat or grab a coffee. Really set me up for a good break in Istanbul.

a truly extraordinary experience using a private guide to enter mosques and museums and several other places because this service really cuts down our queuing time even though the costs are quite expensive, but if you have excess money then my advice is to use a private guide service like this one. will purchase tickets and and the most important thing is to cut the queue which is so long and wastes your time because if you have to queue normally without using a private guide like this it might take 2 hours for you to get into your destination and this woman is very, very kind and knows you well For all our purposes, thank you once again for the private guide services. by Dilek. My wife and I had a wonderful time doing the 6 days tour from Istanbul to Gallipoli, Troy, Ephesus, Pamukkale and ending up in Cappadocia. Although Mr Erkan, owner of Travel Store Turkey, was just the agent and coordinator and didn’t join the tour, he connected us with the various tour operators in the various regions, booked our hotels and flights. Everything was top notch and the tour went smoothly. Mr Erkan was very responsive to our WhatsApp messages and flexible with our itinerary. The money we paid to get someone trustworthy and who knows the best tour operators and hotels was well worth it.

Although we were not able to ultimately book with Travel Store because of other issues, we did find that Erkan at this tour operator (he is the owner) was among the most responsive of any that we have worked with in the past. He had many creative ideas for keeping our transit time low (and low cost), and maximizing the opportunity to see as much as possible of his beautiful country in our limited time. He is a one man operation, which means prices are lower (little overhead) but he will reply to WhatsApp messages seemingly 24 hours a day. You will be very happy with his communication and planning if engage Erkan and his team.

The Tour complies in general terms, however in terms of transportation from Airport - Hotel - Airport very poor with delays and even the lack of transportation service from the Airport to the Hotel without any explanation or remuneration of expenses, I would think about taking a tour again with you.

Erkan from the Travel Store Turkey was wonderful to deal with. He organized everything from start to finish! We spoke clearly and promptly via WhatsApp. The pricing was on point and flexible as required. I would definitely recommend them and I would use them again. They looked after our family of five with the best trip. We even got them to take us to and from a ski field. Great people.

The hotels were wonderful, Hilton and The Hera Caves, the places are amazing, especially Pamukkale, Kusadasi and Cappadicia, the people are very friendly and the guides were very helpful and had an amazing knowledge of History to enlighten our experience. I highly recommend this package and wish I can come back to this amazing country.

Awesome experience! The transfers were always on time, the hotels were great, the places we visited were amazing and the guides were very helpful! Unfortunately, the weather didn't allow us to do the balloon flight in Capadoccia, but now I have more reasons to come back!

This truly was a trip of a lifetime and it did not disappoint. We covered all major cities of Turkey and indulged in history and site seeing. We covered Gallipoli, Pamakule, Capadocia, Antalya and of course Istanbul. We wish to express our thanks to Mr. Erkan Turka of Travel Store Turkey. We traveled for 11 days and Everything was well organised the schedules was well maintained and tailored for our needs. We were very happy with the hotels we stayed in and all arrangements for pick up and drop happened on time. The guide and driver worked very hard to please us every day, choosing nice restaurants for every vegetarian meal, he was flexible with working hours and making changes to our itinerary. We were well cared for and never felt unsafe on the mountain roads. Overall, we would highly recommend Mr. Erkan Turka If you are planning any sort of tour in Turkey.
