Great insights and visuals of this amazing site.
The lecturer in this 3 hour video is very knowledgeable and insightful. While focusing on Gobekli Tepi she weaves in fascinating background info from cultures around the world. Also great close up slides of individual stelae and statues that would be hard to see from the walkway at the site. Absolutely worth the price. in English.

Learning Turkish Cuisine from a Charming Chef
During the trip to Turkey, coming to this restaurant to learn how to cook is a very vivid and significant part of the journey. The chef who teaches cooking is extremely handsome and humorous. He is not only highly professional but also incredibly nice. As soon as he stepped into the kitchen, his confident demeanor and warm smile immediately put everyone at ease. He patiently demonstrated each cooking step, from carefully chopping the fresh ingredients to skillfully seasoning the dishes, explaining the cooking principles and local culinary secrets with witty remarks that had us all laughing out loud. Whether answering our most basic questions or offering in - depth insights into Turkish cuisine, he did so with great enthusiasm, making this cooking class not just a learning experience but also an extremely enjoyable and unforgettable memory.

      Amazin Tour with Fantastc Guide
We joined the Istanbul Highlights Half-Day Morning, and it was such a great experience. The places we visited were absolutely beautiful, especially Hagia sophia and the Blue Mosque. Our guide, Mehmet, was fantasti. He was super friendly, funny, and knew so much about the history of Istanbul. He answered all our questions with patience and made the whole tour really enjoyable. It felt like exploring the city with a very knowledgeable friend :)

Asian Side of Istanbul: Uskidar and Kadidoy Full Day Tour
This tour is way overpriced for it’s simply a walking tour. Transport by minivan only covers hotel pick & drop off. 95% of time you are on your own by foot, rain or shine.

This tour is way overpriced for it’s simply a walking tour. The description “transport by minivan” is misleading because it only covers hotel pick & drop off. 95% of time you are on your own by foot, rain or shine.

Comprehensive visit to the Asian side of Istanbul and enthusiastic tour guide!
This tour was a fantastic introduction to the Asian side of Istanbul. As tourists, navigating an unfamiliar environment can be overwhelming, but this experience completely took the stress out of exploring. I loved that we didn’t have to worry about directions or logistics—everything was seamlessly taken care of. Tuncer picked us up directly from our hotel, and his communication throughout the entire process was excellent. Tuncer was incredibly kind and patient, offering insightful explanations on topics we weren’t as familiar with. My boyfriend and I are Armenian and Jewish, and Tuncer not only showed genuine interest in our backgrounds but went above and beyond by personalizing the tour to incorporate aspects of both our cultures. This thoughtful touch made us feel truly seen, valued, and acknowledged. His easygoing, relatable nature made the entire experience so much fun. He was funny, open-minded, full of energy, and always made sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. On top of that, he eagerly offered to be our personal photographer whenever there was a chance for a great shot, which made the tour even more memorable. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide and would highly recommend Tuncer to anyone looking for a meaningful and personalized experience in Istanbul!

      Worth a visit
Although the tickets are q bit expensive, we found the aquarium interesting and a good way to spend a few hours. The 3D helicopter flip was interesting if you are new to Istanbul, but made us all feel a little queasy. The Mirror maze is very amateurish and not worth paying extra for. There are a large variety of fish and sea mammals, and younger kids will love it.

Good but a bit tough on a hot and humid day.
Tuncer is energetic, knowledgeable, and articulate. This was a trip that would have been difficult logistically for us to pull off on our own. The only drawback was that it was a walking tour on a hot and humid day, and we should have taken more breaks to pace ourselves. One of us was worn out and we ended up cutting short the trip by more than an hour.

      Unforgettable journey
My guide on the Asian side of Istanbul: Uskudar and Kadikoy full day tour was a very nice man called Tuncer. It was an unforgettable journey through historic times to the present day. The guide has a wealth of historical knowledge and is able to convey it well and get the other person interested. You can see that he puts his heart and soul into his work and enjoys it. This makes it an unforgettable experience for the tourists who travel with him. And I must add that I was very lucky to have the guide all to myself, as I was the only one who had booked a tour for that day. Another company might have cancelled or tried to move me to another day, but not Istanbul Walks and not my guide. And I am very grateful for that. It was a very unforgettable day indeed.

Great place for every member of the family
Its impressive! Interesting place for everyone. I liked that its very well maintained. Aquariums are big and animals look like they are living well. The penguins were great, but I don`t think they belong there. They should have more space.

A Day of Bosphorus Beauty and Cultural Delights
Set on this full-day adventure in Istanbul was truly breathtaking! The boat ride along the Bosphorus Strait offered stunning views of majestic bridges, palaces, and mosques. The guided tour of Dolmabahçe Palace was fascinating, and exploring the Spice Bazaar was a sensory delight with its vibrant colors and enticing scents. The highlight was undoubtedly the delicious 3-course meal enjoyed by the beautiful shoreline. This tour is a must-do for anyone visiting Istanbul, offering a perfect blend of sightseeing and cultural experiences.

Part of the fabric of Istanbul
If you want to escape the hussle and bustle of the city for an hour, and have a ringside seat to a spiritual ceremony, then this is the place to go. It's not for everyone, but it we found it very relaxing and intriguing.

      Bad
Staff are rude and not welcoming, most of the screens with explanations were not working, part of the aquarium was under maintenence without pre notification, aquarium glass were not clean from inside. It was foggy in some areas, tickets were given to us at the entrance so we were not able to access the Egyptian museum which was paid already until we spoke to the customer services. Did not like the experience in general.

This tour is not rushed. The content is fully consistent with the description. This tour combines great impressions of the places visited, a walk along the Bosphorus, and interesting facts and stories from a tour guide.
Furkan (our guide) is an interesting and educated storyteller with deep knowledge of the history of the country and the city, culture. His story was interesting and not boring.
    5 stars!
    Thank you Furkan!

My family had a lovely day visiting the Dolmabahce palace with its amazing architecture and beautiful surroundings/gardens. We were provided with an audio device which gives you detailed history on this lovely ottoman building and its rooms. Pictures are not allowed inside.
