About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- 563alessandron0 contributionsBEST TOURS IMAGINABLEWhat an amazing experience! We did a tour of Tashkent, Samarkand, and Bukhara and from start to finish the experience was nothing short of excellent. We were consistently amazed at the attentiveness of each person we worked with. Little things, like Mr. Akbar, who went out of his way to take us to a grocery store just to help us buy basics like milk and orange juice, made all the difference In Bukhara, Mrs. Guljon amazed us with her incredible knowledge of the history of Uzbekistan and Uzbek culture, and it was a pleasure learning about the culture from a local. In Samarkand, Mr. Shokhrukh was more than a tour guide, he became a friend, showing us Samarkand from the lens of a local and making us feel like we belong, going out of his way to show us what tourists wouldn’t normally see, like where the locals eat plov! In Tashkent Mr. Dilmurod not only impressed us with his knowledge of the history of the city, but went out of his way to even help us get refunds from our Uzbekistan airline tickets which had to be changed due to covid restrictions. He spent an hour translating for us at the office, so you can imagine how helpful that was. All in all, it was an unforgettable experience. A lot of tour groups can often feel like they’re rushing you from sight to sight but this was an experience that wound up feeling like local friends who take the time to help you understand their country. We would recommend this company and these particular guides to anyone and everyone who’s considering! Thank you again, Guljon, Shokhrukh, Dilmurod and Akbar!Written May 25, 2021
