We chose the direction of travel but Mahesh, our guide and driver, put flesh on the bones, places of interest and activities., Heritage, Culture and local retail were nicely mixed. We visited Temples, Tea Plantations and Gem mines and wood carvers. Enjoyed 3 safaris (one river). Along the way we stopped at nicely placed small restaurants for lunch (food so very inexpensive). 9 nights too short a visit. I wish we had made it 14 as some of our hotels were worth a longer stay. From Colombo, to Dambulla, Kandy,Nuwara Eliya,Yalla and Galle Fort, Mahesh kept us well informed and his sense of humour was great. His driving was good too! I hope we meet again.

Mahesh, our driver and guide made our experience one of a kind, he went above and beyond to accomplish our needs and he has a vast knowledge of the country. The tours were well guided on each place, and I felt safe and in good hands always with Mahesh, highly recommended.

It was an excellent experience with my guide Mahesh as he was very knowledgable about the sites and was very patient to catering to my schedule. Within less than a week Ive managed to go to Sigiriya for a hike, Yala for the safari, Mirissa for the whale watching and Nuwara Eiliya to the mountains and many in between spaces which he as an experienced guide slid in for me to be able to maximise my time. Would recommend!

Earlier this year, we spent 2 weeks in Sri Lanka, covering a number of fantastic locations. Our tour operator arranged for us to be collected at the airport and appointed Mahesh as our guide for the entire duration. Mahesh was incredibly polite, knowledgeable and entertaining throughout.
