I had a wonderful custom made trip of 6 days in Srilanka . Thanks to Roshan for organising it so well as per my requirements. I was welcomed by Roshan at the airport on time and was accompanied by Kelum for the next six days. I have no words to thank him for the way he took care of everything. We could explore all the attractions as planned despite having rain (sometimes) . He even helped me to get train ticket at the last moment. Sightseeing, trekking, swinging right at the sight of the famous 7 arch bridge , tasting local delicacies, jeep ride to Moon's Plain and much more! Wonderful journey with them, covering all the amazing places in Sri Lanka. They took the extra miles to pick us up from the airport 2am in the morning, no extra charges even though our journey with them only starts from the next day. What matters more is the small details, they always ensure the car interior is always clean everyday. Tipping the locals for a quicker/better activities experience, at their own expense. Aro and his father are extremely disciplined and professional. They have well maintained four wheelers and ensure that the drive around the country is comfortable. Not just this they have reasonable prices and they know the best places to eat, shop, party, and roam. We visited the Sigriya rock, village tours, yala national park, nuwareliya, mirissa beach and other top tourism places through them. They are well connected and know everyone around and help with almost everything as travelers often feel lost in a new country. The trip was so much fun, thanks to them. By the end of the trip we were good friends who discussed about our countries, families and friends. I highly recommend choosing them to travel the beautiful country, Sri Lanka to make your visit worth it.

It was the most amazing travel experience of my life, choosing Kingsbury is the best decision. I contacted Roshan first, he gave me great insides of planning the tour and super reliable with timing and schedule. Arosh accompanied and guided us the whole trip. He has super professional and comfortable driving style, no matter how complicated is the traffic, he can always manage great and you feel so safe with him. We had such a great time on the way, I enjoyed a lot... I experienced everything I can expected and even much much more. Roshan picked us up from our hotel in Mirissa in his beautifully clean car, spacious with great air conditioning given it was so hot. Stopping at what we liked along the way, Roshan showed us the sites between Mirissa and Galle, through to Colombo. Having the opportunity to see some of Welegama, the famous stick fisherman, Galle Fort, the home of Jayasuriya and then Colombo was amazing. We ended up staying in with Roshan in Colombo, taking us all over town for great street food, Galle face, the lotus tower, markets and then to our hotel to clean up and then off to the airport for a midnight flight. Roshan was great company, taking us to key places for shopping and food, enjoying a big and affordable meal at the Galle Face Green with the sun going down. Enjoy a meal like we did at Nanas Chef (see my review) and then enjoy an ice cream and walk along the face with Roshan showing you key points. The only company to do your tour of Sri Lanka with. We spent 10 days with Arosh, who helped us plan a route which was realistic in the time we had and then was a very well informed guide. We visited many interesting places along the way and he stopped in spots to show us some amazing views which we wouldn’t have otherwise seen. Aside from being a great tour guide, Arosh was great company who joined us for a drink one night. A week after the tour and when we returned to Colombo, Arosh welcomed into his home and we had lunch with his family. Overall couldn’t have asked for a better experience, we have been travelling for 6 months and this was by far our highlight. Thanks Arosh and family and we will see you again one day!!

An epic and unforgettable trip! So glad we chose Kingsbury Tours, where do I start? First things first, Roshan our tour guide, driver and now friend is a true professional both behind the wheel and in his knowledge and passion for his country Sri Lanka, its history and its heritage. My wife and I found Kingsbury through Facebook and we were able to speak with Roshan on a video call before booking, it's that personal touch that sets Kingsbury apart from your average tour guide. It was my first time in Asia and I am a less than adventurous traveller but Roshan put my anxiety at ease. We originally booked the 8 day tour but ended up doing an extra 4 days. With Roshan on call throughout when we needed him, we felt safe and cared for, particularly when elephants were on the road!!! If you're going to visit Sri Lanka, you need look nowhere else, in the words of Tina Turner, Simply The Best!
