Good experience for an affordable price. The service was good, everything as arranged. The car and the jeep were comfortable enough. The only disadvantage was the fact that the driver who picked us up from the hotel spoke little English, so it was sometimes difficult to communicate.

It was very crowded and so challenging since it was weekend and school holiday. But the view is amazing. I would do it again and again. Just in crowded days, I would start like 12 p.m or even earlier in order to catch the sun rise on the top. There are ques on the way and sometimes you have to wait more than an hour.

Suranga picked us up right on the time and the car was very clean and comfortable. First stop was the temple. The sculptures and the colours were really amazing, so ornate. Next was the salt factory tour. It was interesting to see the salt production process from drying, collecting, processing to packaging. Suranga was a great guide and very pleasant.

They arrange for me a 7 days tour in Sri Lanka visiting Pinnwala, Sigiriya, Kandy, Nuwara Eliya, Ella, Yala and Colombo. All was perfect, tour, price, meals and hotels. My guide Dissa was a very nice person that take care for me from the beginning and did his job excellent. Sri Lanka is a very beautiful country, safe and with very nice people

To enjoy Sri Lanka to its fullest you need a very reliable car + driver service. We were very lucky with Ceylon Travels, our driver cum guide Kasun was very polite, punctual, humble and knew the roads extremely well. The car was also very comfortable. He came on time as per our itinerary and made sure we reached on time for all our excursions. Also he was very spoken and a lovely guide to have for the entire trip.

1.Prior to the trip, no information was provided of the insurance,ETA,Air suvidha,etc, documents that were required to be taken. 2.Agent will not answer your phone,however times you call.He will only talk to guide and guide has to act as a mediator.Only time agent calls is to inform to put money in account. 3.Agent does not provide any pretravel or destination support.You will have to manage things on your own all the time. 4.In the initial itineary sent, it was specified that only 3 star hotels to be booked,But agent sent quote with no star hotels and villas.In the end, had to ask him to change full itineary. 5.One day night was supposed to be at Colombo, but to adjust cost,he booked hotel at negombo and that too a 1 star hotel. 6.There was power crisis going on and for safety,i had asked agent to enquire with hotels if generator was there.He had assured that there was working generator.When we reached Kandy,I was the only guest in a hotel with no electricity.I had to then walk out in the night and find another hotel to stay. 7.Agent says that his trip is budget and low cost,but if services provided are cheap, then what is the point of a tour itineary.He made me pay extra money offering that negombo had nice places to see and the itinaery was to fish market for USD 20. 8.The only saving grace if you are lucky is Guide Janak (his english is very poor) but the person has a good heart.Very helpful and caring.If you want to book the trip,make sure its only for him, otherwise many other agents are definitely available in Srilanka who offer better services.

I had come to Sri Lanka to attend my best friend's wedding for three days, when you're in another country and had just landed from Germany had just 5 days to figure if I can do my Solo backpacking around Sri Lanka. Well backpacking takes some research and fell short of time to figure things out. That's when I was researching and came across Ceylon Travel Dream that came to my help. I was on a limited budget and a list of places which I wanted to cover in Sri Lanka, these guys organized an itenary well with constant conversations over the phone he created three itenaries and was sharing them with me. I got to choose with the one I was satisfied with. They arranged really good accomodations every night. The traveling part was perfect I had got my a very good chauffeur-guide (English speaking) Mr.Aruna who was available 24*7 and abiding my requests to what exactly to finish off each day. I was given an own well maintained car where I was travelling around everywhere in Sri Lanka. I would definitely recommend these guys because they cut out the work for you and you can take or leave it.
