Off2Sri Lanka Tours was recommended to us as an excellent company who cares for their customers. This is absolutely true. From the beginning to the end of our tour including the airport pick up and drop off, we were looked after very well. Every detail and request made by us accommodated. Every change we had to make even at very short notice was handled patiently and with understanding. The van was very comfortable with Air-Conditioning and seat belts. The tour guide drove safely. Our tour guide was a polite, kind and a caring person. He helped my mother who is disabled to get into the van and out. He provided so much of help so that she was able to join us on our tour. Always willing and with a smile. He went the ‘extra mile’ to help us. He was very knowledgeable about the local sites. He organised a safari for all of us which was the high point for our children. When we arrived at the airport after a long flight we were met with garlands. Punctuality was another positive key aspect of this company. Another detail was they provided water bottles in the van which was a caring aspect. Always swift to respond to texts and calls. We will wholeheartedly recommend this company, especially those traveling with families.

From the beginning of our holiday planning Menaka was really great. I'd already booked accomodation and when making enquries some other companies did not seem as interested in providing a car and driver for our own itinerary. Menaka could not have been more helpful. He clearly understood our brief and was forthcoming with suggestions for improving our itinerary. We felt very reassured booking with Off2Sri Lanka tours. Our wonderful driver Hemantha met us in the early hours of the morning due to flight delays. He was caring, helpful, knowledgeable and a good driver for the 9 days of our trip to Sri Lanka. Hemantha also had a wonderful sense of humour, and had great enthusiasm for his job and country. We felt very safe with his driving skills. It was lovely that Menaka also checked in with us regularly to ensure everything was going well.

Our 7-night private guided tour of Sri Lanka was absolutely phenomenal! Hemantha, our guide and driver, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, making the trip unforgettable. We explored Pidurangala Rock at Sigiriya and marveled at the breathtaking views. Yala National Park was a highlight, where we encountered wild elephants, leopards, and a plethora of other incredible wildlife. Each day was packed with exciting activities, and the stunning scenery and top-class hotels made the experience even more special. This journey exceeded all our expectations and left us with memories to cherish forever!

We had been to beautiful Srilanka through off to Srilanka tours. Our trip was so well planned by Maneka. The stay choices were fantastic. Maneka was responsive as through the trip. Our guide Hemantha was knowledgeable and fluent with English. He was eager to share all the information and enthusiastic to drive is around. He was very prompt and punctual. We had senior citizens traveling with us. The itinerary was designed to their convenience. We had everything set up from water to umbrellas. We visited Kandy, newereliya, Ella, Yala and Bentota. It was beautiful. Maneka and Hemantha made it even more memorable. Highly recommended

While I visited Sri Lanka I used Off2Srinka to take my parents on a 5 day trip to Anuradhapura, Jaffna and Trinco. My friend in Sri Lanka coordinate with Menaka and was able to come up with a customized itinerary to suite the needs of mine and my parents. Namal was our driver and he took care of us really well. We had to cut short our trip on the 3rd day due to a medical emergency and Namal was able to understand the urgency and drive us back from Jaffna to Colombo intime. During our journey Menaka used to check upon our well being and he adjusted the final price even without us requesting for any price adjustment. These kinds of acts show the integrity and the honesty of Menaka and how he operates his tour company. I will be utilizing off2srilanka for my future holidays in Sri Lanka and have already started recommending them to my friends over here.

Menaka is fantastic! I had my own idea of an itinerary and some places to stay. I emailed him a lengthy email with specifics of what I required. He came back to me with a comprehensive email responding fully and providing quotes. The communication throughout which followed was smooth. He was available for queries as and when required. The trip itself was smooth from pickup to end. The driver was a helpful guide through the trip as well. We hired a driver for our two week trip, based on a recommendation from a friend, and we weren’t disappointed. The company were professional and accommodating at all times. Our driver, Hemantha, was knowledgeable, friendly, and very safe on the roads. He pointed out all the flora and fauna en route, took us to great local restaurants, and acted as a guide at some of the areas. His English was impeccable. We had a brilliant trip to Sri Lanka, and our driver only added to the experience. Highly recommend.

My 82 year old mum, husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Sri Lanka with Off 2 Sri Lanka Tours. I found this tour company on Trip Advisor, then worked with Menaka from Off2SriLankaTours via email to developed a tailored itinerary 12 day focusing on our interests which were food experiences, architecture, colonial history, spices and fabulous accommodation. At Mum’s request, we made one jewellery store stop (a place our wonderful guide Hemantha described as a place his grandmother would go to buy), visited the fertile highlands where we took the iconic train trip from Ella, had a private tour of a tea factory, awoke to amazing views with passing clouds. Then we hit the coast where we swam in the balmy turquoise Indian Ocean, gazed at stilt fisherman over breakfast, ate at a seafood restaurant where you select live mudcrab and other seafood, released baby turtles (bucket list tick) visited the home and country estate of the acclaimed architect Geoffrey Bawa, had our head blown off at a roadside traditional Sri Lankan eatery (Hemantha did warn us the chilli was extremely HOT. HOT). Walked in the footsteps of Dutch spice traders Galle Fort, then one of Colombo - highly recommend this tour company if you’re wanting a private tailored tour. Hemantha, our fabulous guide and driver offered amusing and insightful support and guidance throughout our trip, we had a relaxed but suitably stimulating trip supported by Menaka and Hemantha.
