We have just spent the last 4 days with Kosala travelling around the Cultural Triangle, and we genuinely felt very sad to say goodbye to him today when he dropped us at our next destination in Kandy. Not only is Kosala an excellent driver and guide, he is also the nicest, most warm hearted person you will meet! His communication is excellent and speaks with perfect English - he was even helping us learn a few Sri Lankan words as we travelled around. Kosala drove us around the Cultural Triangle, explaining everything as we went. He has great knowledge of all of the area and various sites, but also knows so much about the local wildlife - we were lucky enough to see an assortment of animals whilst driving with him from elephants to pythons due to Kosala’s very good eye! Kosala’s car was very comfortable and always immaculately clean, a pleasure to be driven around in! We really cannot recommend Kosala high enough - do not hesitate to book with him, you will not regret it!

I highly recommend Kosala to anyone interested in exploring Sri Lanka. Kosala was recommended to me by a friend who visited Sri Lanka 4 years ago, and she was also very satisfied. It was the first time I ever traveled with a private driver and it turned out to be the best idea, he was a great driver/ guide and at the same time very friendly, kidly person! He was very reliable and helpful.
Kosala is knowledgeable about the country and recommened us many interesting places to visit. There's so much to see and do, and with Kosala's help the trip would be so much more enjoyable as you don't have to worry about all the logistics. He recommened us markets to visit, restaurants, trips and also places to stay when the hotel was not ok ...

After doing extensive research online, we decided to book Kosala to be our driver for 3 days as part of our visit to Sri Lanka. This turned out to be an excellent decision.
Kosala was highly professional, punctual and drove safely. His car was clean and well looked after. Most of all, Kosala was always very friendly and went above and beyond to help us and make it a memorable trip.

It was great experience to discover Sri Lanka with the help and full support of Kosala. In 4 days he became our friend. My husband and me choused this fascinating island for our honeymoon and after long searching through the Internet for different tours across the Island, we came across to Taxi Habarana profile. We decided the places we want to visit and contacted Kosala. Kosala took us from the airport to our hotel in the Habarana and next four days he accompanied us to the best places of Sri Lanka. We went from Habaran to Sigiriya, Polonnaruwa, Dambulla, Kandy,Nuawara Eliya and Ella. He was always punctual and supportive. One of the best experience was Village tour in Habarana that recommended Kosala, it was amazing, don't miss it if you are there!!!

We had a great experience with Kosala. He is super friendly, reliable, helpful and a great driver. On top of that he offered us very fair prices. I highly recommend choosing his services! You won't regret it :)

Based on my own experience (2 weeks solo travel through the fascinating country of Sri Lanka with Kosala from beginning until the end) I would highly recommend Kosala as a tour guide & driver to everyone who is planning to visit the beautiful country of Sri Lanka.
+ Friendly, helpful, great planning and communication prior to my arrival
+ supportive and considerate of your safety
+ Knowledgable, local insights and able to share knowledge and tips
+ Great communication (very good English) and outstanding values and behaviour
+ Fair price
Kosala always did his best, to make my experience the BEST possible.
Best suggestions for Shirodhara, which is one of the ayurvedic oil treatments (third eye therapy). Very accommodative of special requests. Kosala helped me to buy a ticket for the train. Glad I could meet his lovely family and I was even invited for dinner at their home. If you can, consider to bring along a small gift for kids (toys, pens etc) - for Kosala's kids or other children in Sri Lanka. You will make them very very happy : )
Highly recommend to book Kosala for single traveler, couples and families. Or even to business travelers in Sri Lanka if you have some personal time to explore the country.

Kosala picked us up from the airport in Colombo and drove us to Sirigiya. He was a very careful driver and spoke good English. He gave us background information about the area we were driving to and was very friendly and had full of information. We decided to use his service again the next day to bring us around Sirigiya.
His prices are reasonably and his car clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend Kosala as a driver when in Sri Lanka.

We had a wonderful 10 days family trip with driver name Kosala (Taxi Habarana).
Perfect English, wonderful knowledge of Sri Lanka’s culture and civilization, useful suggestions about our itinerary.
