Never chose this company They left me stranded at the airport I was forced to organize the 3 hours trip at the airport So frustrating

I stayed at Mt Berjaya Hotel Srilanka, I would like to mention specially about Mr. Livera who was very helpful and made our stay very pleasant one.

A very good hotel, enjoyed ferry ride to the Hotel. We got a sea view room with a nice view of the Ocean. A huge pool, staff are very polite, helpful. Many thanks to the cute girl Chamodhi who looked after our interests.and the helper Anil. The rooms were very specious and comfy but the floor seemed to be damp all the time which we brought to notice of the staff, maybe because of the Sea Breeze and the rainy weather. the buffet Dinner & the breakfast was incredible with so much choices. It was just a one night stay and wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend to anyone who's looking forward to a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. It was an Amazing staying for two nights. The surroundings were calm and ideal for a relaxing stay. Friendly staff, good food. Personally ''Shehan'' from the front department was providing a fabulous service without hesitation. As a repeat guess, I would say you should enjoy a stay at Black Pool Hotel for sure. Cheerz..!!

Had a lovely time at this small hotel in Bentota, the service in particular was exceptional. Excellent food too.

We travel tomorrow we booked through on the beach. We are flying with Ryan Air but they are saying our ref is not right. Spoken to 3 different agents all saying different. One says on the beach fault. One saying the ref wrong and one saying they can't help cause we have not completed the online check in? We have tried everything. Please help

It was our wedding anniversary and the staff were very helpful.It is to be commented that Chef Noyel and Chef Sugath made a special cake for our Anniversary. They made our day special and a memorable one.

Courteous and friendly service. Driver Chatura was also driving safely throughout. Felt safe with this service.

Everything went smoothly, they waited patiently to pick us up in a vehicle suitable for our large group. Communication with the driver and company works very well.

I don't ask for a C class Mercedes. At least have a car with seat belts and a review mirror and a driver that knows where he is going. Bad enough on the highway the drive was going 40km/h I could run and I get faster at the hotel. Then we find out they charged double from what they should of have. Safe to say my way back to the airport booked someone half the money with a much better car.

Despite the delay of our flight, the driver was waiting with a sign with my name at the exit of the terminal

Took a ride from Airport to Negombo. Booked it several weeks in advance and was happy to see the driver waiting for me with my name on a sign. The driver was very friendly, polite and helpful. Only issue was that he could't find the hotel at the first go despite the time of preparation. Took him 15 additional minutes of driving around. But I can definitely recommend this service.

Neat and clean. Officers are polite . Stone N string is there also with good prices of Jewelery .. Helpful staffs working there. Clean and comfortable washrooms. For Muslims Ablution there is separate washroom..
