So! Much! History! Maqsood is super well connected so what he doesn't already know about Taxila's history, he can find someone to tell you. And it's not just history, it's also chai and chole at a truck stop and stories of everything in between. Also! Maqsood is very good at making sure you look very good in pictures!

Maqsood is a really responsive guide --this being my first time in Pakistan I told him about a couple of things that I wanted to see/do and left the rest to him. I really enjoyed being able to see different faces of Islamabad, and to get some good shopping in to boot! Maqsood also takes photography very seriously so no worries of you're not so good with the camera.

I had a great tour! Ghulam was very accommodating to my needs. I had a delayed flight reaching Islamabad and had been traveling with no rest for 30 hours. I didn't want to miss viewing Islamabad as I only had one day now due to the delay. He was amazing at working with my pick up time from the hotel, he kept in contact with me and even offered airport pick up. I learned so much viewing the friendship garden, visiting surrounding towns and the buddist caves. I felt welcomed and safe in all areas and would highly recommend if your a solo traveler or a group to take the tour.

We had an amazing one day visit to Jaulian and Bhamian with Mr Murtaza and another wonderful archeologist lady tour guide. Both of them created lovely friendly ambiance and gave us a very professional insight into history and modernity of the Buddhist stupas sites. Wonderful and very refreshing experience

Excellent visit to Rohtas Fort - an unmissable stop when visiting Islamabad. I had Ghulam as my guide for a second day and again he took great care of me. We even had a really nice lunch on the way back from Rohtas, along with some of the best chai I have had on this trip.

Ghulam is an excellent guide and I had a great time checking out all the sights around Islamabad. As a solo female traveller, I was well taken care of and felt very safe all the time.

The complex is stunning with intricately carved temples and a serene sacred pond. The atmosphere is peaceful and spiritual, perfect for introspection and connection with nature. The architecture is a masterpiece, showcasing the skill of ancient craftsmen. The temples history and legends only add to their allure.
