I booked this tour very last minute as a solo traveler in December 2024. Maqsood was a great guide and very knowledgeable about the area and was able to show me around and share a local experience. Peshawar was a very interesting and beautiful city.

We had a very full, rich, informative day. We were allowed input to the itinerary throughout the day but directed to make sure that we saw the most important things that Islamabad had to offer. We felt taken care of all day long.

Maqsood is a great guide. He took us to best places of Islamabad and explained its stories to us. Everything was smooth and well organized. However, one day is not enough to go to ten places. In the beginning, have a talk with him and plan the itnerary according to your interest. Overall, I loved his tour.

Although my flight was an hour late, met with a friendly welcome. Besides taking me to my hotel we diverted to a bank so I could get cash. So impressed with the service I have booked an Islamabad/Rawalpindi private tour when I return to Islamabad at the end of my holiday

The tour was very informative and we got to see lots of Peshawar. Our guide was very helpful and answered all of our questions. Seeing the centre of Peshawar was definitely the highlight. I recommend doing this tour if you are based in Islamabad.

So! Much! History! Maqsood is super well connected so what he doesn't already know about Taxila's history, he can find someone to tell you. And it's not just history, it's also chai and chole at a truck stop and stories of everything in between. Also! Maqsood is very good at making sure you look very good in pictures!

Maqsood is a really responsive guide --this being my first time in Pakistan I told him about a couple of things that I wanted to see/do and left the rest to him. I really enjoyed being able to see different faces of Islamabad, and to get some good shopping in to boot! Maqsood also takes photography very seriously so no worries of you're not so good with the camera.
