20 November 2024- Karachi international Airport didn’t even provide toilet paper. Surely this is a basic service. On another issue, the gentleman making announcements about boarding Fly Dubai appeared agitated and was speaking so fast when calling out the row numbers in Urdu for boarding that his words were indiscernible. He also repeatedly told passengers off for lining up to board when the row numbers didn’t match his call-out numbers. He also provided ongoing commentary to his fellow work colleagues about how stupid the people (ie Fly Dubai customers!) were for not knowing how to read the numbers. I asked him to call out the numbers in English as we couldn’t understand him and he said he already had but did not repeat it in English for our benefit. Although my husband and I were with several other people who spoke English, none had heard the English version of his call-out and we were left in confusion until we pushed our way through to get on the plane. Very poor Customer service.
