          One-of-a-kind experience of Central Mongolia
My son (8yo) and I had a wonderful 7 days in Central Mongolia in late-October. It was our first time to Mongolia so I decided to play it safe and pre-book airport transfer from/to UBN and it turned out to be the right decision. Our driver (the same one who went on the tour with us) was waiting for us inside the terminal and brought us to our hotel. There're no official taxis in UB (at least, you never see them) so make sure you pre-book your airport transfer. I had some ideas on how to structure the tour and did discuss them with Enza (owner) who was transparent and honest with her feedback. We’ve made some adjustments to the standard tour package, esp. around spending less time in UB and more time “on the road” and added one day which was great. Our local guides were really nice and went above and beyond to make the experience as memorable as possible for us. I feel we built a connection with these wonderful people throughout the tour, which really makes me want to come back. I liked being on a private tour as it gave us a greater amount of flexibility. This was especially important to me as I was travelling with a child. We never felt pressured to leave a place and had the flexibility to do lengthy stops when travelling. When booking the tour, I was a bit worried that it would be difficult to follow a vegetarian diet when in Mongolia. And yes, it wasn´t easy. Most places at which we´ve eaten didn´t have a single vegetarian option on the menu and it was our guide who called them in advance to make sure they prep a vegetarian meal for us. I strongly recommend to stock up on fruits and veg in UB, before going to the countryside. We had one night at a nomadic family and although the place was lacking basic facilities like running water and western style toilets, it was the most memorable one. If you book your tour, try settling for a mix of tourist campls, ger camps and nomadic family stays. The latter will give you the raw and authentic Mongolia experience.

          Mongolian Adventure
Absolutely Fabulous!!! Auggie was the best!!! We stopped on the side of the road to ride a camel, hold a vulture and shoot a bow and arrow. It was a very fun stop. We then stopped at a "fast food" yurt. Auggie helped us order. He described everything on the menu. We all taste tested each other's food. We stopped at Turtle Rock and Auggie climbed the rock with us and we found a cave. We then went to ride horses. We were expecting a trail ride. What we got was being led by someone around a mountain. The ride was mediocre, the view was exceptional. We then went to a monastery - it was a lovely climb to the top, with plenty of places to rest. We then went to a "resort." Our yert was wonderful, heated floor, plenty of linens. There is a communal bath/shower and dining room. The food was excellent. On the way home we visited the Chinggas Statue. Incredible. My daughter went to the very top - I just couldn't. We stopped again at "fast food" and ordered Khushuur and had mare's milk. Auggie allowed us to experience Mongolia - in our food and our adventure. Auggie was the best.

          Mongolian Magic
I contacted Enza tours to help me select a tour that matched my timeline (I only had 5 days, 4 nights in country durning the Korean Chuseok holiday). Their general manager Enkhzaya was very responsive and suggested that I do the 3-day Central Mongolia tour, which worked out perfectly. This tour was the perfect balance of doing activities and having downtime to take in the inexpressibly stunning scenery. I was also incredibly lucky to be paired with my guide Anujin, a spunky, fierce, incredibly knowledgable and down to earth guide, and our driver Gana, a soft-spoken lovable grandpa who commanded our van like a skilled equestrian commanding a horse. These two made the trip, so if you can, request them! They work great together! Anujin not only answered my question, but she fed my curiosity with her boundless knowledge of not just Mongolian history, but also modern Mongolian culture and society. The nomadic family was also incredibly kind, the camel riding at their camp will remain one of the highlights of my travel adventures, and I'll always remember seeing the wild horses at Khustai National Park. September was also the perfect time to go. Weather did get chilly (dropped down to about 0-3 degrees Celsius), but what's cozier than a lit fire bundled underneath your sleeping bag in a ger surrounded by the stars? Some helpful tips: first night at the nomadic camp is like camping (no shower, outhouse style bathroom facilities), but the tourist camp for the second night has hot showers (was very clean). Recommend packing a headlamp and any small goodies you can share with your guide and driver (I brought Korean choco pies to give with their tips).

          Best Mongolia Road Trip experience
I had an amazing time road tripping throughout Mongolia with my guide Oogi. This company was very responsive, accommodating and organized. I was able to get a wide variety of experiences and truly live the life of the nomads.

Great guide, experienced driver & a wonderful experience !
First thing first - the guide & driver are absolutely great ! Their attentiveness, professionalism & dedication to their works are exceptional ! This was clearly demonstrated when I accidentally left my wallet in the camp & only realised hours after we’ve left. The guys immediately took out their satellite phone & tried to make contacts in the middle of the desert trying to get someone to fetch the wallet to us. Eventually I got it back within the same day. The level of commitment in serving the guests is commendable ! The itinerary is well-planned too. We particularly like the visit to a Kazakh family & the desert camp selection. Thank you Enza !

Enza Tours and The Dynamic Duo
Booked with Enza Tours. Mongolia is indeed a beautiful country that transports us back to its vast nature and experiencing animals that roamed so freely. It is a country that we would love for the rest of our lives. We would also like to make special mention on our tour guide and driver for bringing the whole positive experience to a new level. Our tour guide, Zaya, is truly amazing. Her sense of care and responsibility goes way beyond expectations. On our first day, she patiently ensured that we are properly checked in to the hotel despite we arriving very late. Throughout the journey, she noted our various requests such as queen size bed, food hunting, etc and endeavored to fulfill all of them with flying colors. One occasion worth mentioning is when we have reached our discussed lunch location. At the last minute, we wanted to have a change of food and Zaya immediately sprung to action. She conscientiously searched through the locality and found what we wanted. Zaya did it with patience and a smile. What truly surpasses the gold standard is her positivity and boundless energy. She is like the sunshine that brings life to all those around her. There are times when the trip can be quite challenging and tiring. However Zaya will infect us with her exuberance and we will feel motivated and joyful again. She is indeed a gem and a top notched tour guide. Gangaa is our driver for this trip. His huge demeanor belies a calm and protective person that makes us feel so safe and at ease. During the grueling trek up the sand dune, Gangaa is there to provide words of encouragement. And when the sand winds starts to increase, he is there to guide us to safety. Gangaa is also able to empathize and wants us to enjoy the trip as much as possible. At Tsagaan Suvarga, I had an old knee injury relapse and can't climb. Gangaa told me to hop on the vehicle and drove me up. I am touched by his sincerity and effort to enable me to enjoy the wondrous view at the top of Tsagaan Suvarga. There is another observation during this trip. We fondly called Zaya and Gangaa The Dynamic Duo. Zaya and Gangaa are already A listers in their own right. And when they work together, there is such great synergy that we are so privileged to enjoy. The fantastic teamwork can be shown when they cook up a storm for our picnics. They are like the left and right arms that effortlessly get things done so smoothly. We are able to enjoy and learn so much from the trip is because the Dynamic Duo makes it so. We came as strangers and departed as friends. Once again, thank you Enza for arranging this itinerary and providing The Dynamic Duo to accompany us. We have only fond memories of this wonderful mongolia adventure.

A Most Aadventurous , Amazing Experience
We signed on the 12 Days Central Mongolia - Gobi and Orkhon Valley Tour. As challenging and adventurous as I have expected. This is not a glamtour so manage your expectations but a most scenically rewarding trip far away from the madding crowd. Loved the opportunity to hike in such a remote area and end each day in a comfortable ger - with wonderful hot meals, fireplace and sheets on the bed. Experienced the extreme- 7° to 35° which challenge the person in you. From famous archaeological sites; to serene monasteries & the fabulous ancient Mongolian city of Kharkhorum, definitely a most memorable trip ; Appreciate the various side trips to nearby peaks, lakes , museums and scenic overlooks. Incredible , love it. Will do the Western trip one day.

Great experience with Enza and awesome tour guide
I had a great day enjoying Naadam thanks to the tour guide Hulan. She not only gave all lots of information but also looked after all day as we went from one game to another and drove for horse riding. It was a action packed day. It rained on the day and Hulan even had a poncho ready for everyone which was very helpful and made us comfortable. She is quiet approachable, helpful and kind. I loved the tour and would recommend the tour and company to everyone. I had no issues booking the tour with Enza and she was very helpful throughout the process. Thank you for a wonderful day and great festival time.

Wonderful, helpful and friendly Tour Agency
Engaged the service of Enza Travel for our 11 days holiday in Mongolia. Am very happy and satisfied with the agency for going out of the way to accomodate our request and doing the small little bits that made the long ride through the desert and grassland enjoyable. Amy our guide was very helpful and despite the sometime nonsenentical things we throw at her, she was calm and relaxed and took it all in her stride. She even remember our wedding anniversary which someone mentioned at the start of the treat and gave us a bottle of wine, a box of choclate and 2 beautiful prayer scarf. The 2 drivers with us were amazing. Its amazing how they know the route through the same flat monotonous desert. They also double up as tour guide and bird guide pointing out the many birds and interesting things along the way when they found out we were nature lovers. They are also good with their hands and able to troublesome and fix the problem when one of the bus developed some problems. They also helped with the luggage, meals and its simply amazing what they have in the vehicle. Highly recommend to use Enza if you are travelling to Mongolia

Travelling as a father and two sons (aged 14 and 10), we had a wonderful experience. Enza was great to work with in planning the holiday, including working out a schedule that well suited our interests and timing. On the tour we had a fantastic guide in Amy, and an excellent driver Ganaa. Central Mongolia is so beautiful and had plenty to interest us all - from the history of the ancient city, to the beauty of the landscape, the joy of meeting the locals and staying in gers, and for kids especially the riding of yaks, horses and camels! A trip that we will always remember so fondly. Thank you Enza, Amy and Ganaa!

          Exploring Mongolia
We had a wonderful time in Mongolia! The nature, the animals, the vastness and the lakes made a great impression on us. Our guide did an excellent job. Not only did she cook delicious food and talk about her country's culture, but she also introduced us to her relatives. In this way we got to know Mongolian history and culture even better. I would also like to thank our driver, who remained calm and friendly throughout the trip. At the end of the tour it felt like we were travelling with two friends. Also a special thanks to Enza who made this tailored tour back in 2020 and who was always approachable and ready to adapt taking into account all our needs. Thank you, Enza Tours, for this wonderful adventure!

Highly to recommend, sehr zu empfehlen
Good service from German speaking tour operator ENZA (lives in Germany) before the tour. Tour program very interesting and colorful - culture, nature, leisure, activities and recreation. The driver and guide spoke English and did his best to make us content. Four overnight stays in 3 different Ger camps with restrooms and showers to share were comfortable for Mongolian conditions. The night in a private family Ger camp was the best. We saw how they live and work. Even there was a modern toilet and an additional pit toilet, but no shower. For one night no problem cause there were huge water barrels to wash. I would do it again with ENZA TOURS

Great Experience in Mongolia with Enza Tour
I booked a tour with Enza and it was an unforgettable experience. The tour was very organized yet very flexible - they were very nice to change the itinerary at a last minute so I can experience a small naadam festival. During the tour they provided a LOT of food so don't worry about getting hungry. Both the driver and the tour guide are a good cook and they went above and beyond to ensure my safety and comfort. The coordinator in Enza was very nice as well in explaining everything clearly even before I arrived in Mongolia. All in all, I highly recommend Enza Tours if you want to explore Mongolia. Make sure to let them know what kind of tour you want to experience.

One day at Khustai is probably not enough as half the time is spend driving from/to UB; go for 2 days if you have the time. But as a taster, this is a good tour. The park is beautiful and I had a good view of wild horses and an eagle. There is also an hour-long horse ride so you can channel your inner nomad. My guide Ichko (Coco) and driver Ganaa were both very good.
