- mandeepyl00Feel nomad is superb !The whole arrangements, people, safety and experience was amazing. Something in it for everyone. Strongly recommend Feel nomad.
- 792camilom00Best time everI had the best time ever. We did 5 canyons all differents and beautiful on their own way. And the cherry on the top was spending the night on a Yourt at Issyk Kul lake. One of the best experience of my life.
- Explore58882300Feel Nomad Delivers! My teenage daughter wanted to visit Kyrgyzstan to celebrate a milestone life event. Feel Nomad made our experience seamless. We came in and out through Kazakhstan and they handled the border transfers perfectly. Our safe and thoughtful driver/guide, Rafael, got us through rocky mountain roads and muddy pathways to see marmots, yaks, mountain goats and the summer herding when nomadic Kyrgyz bring sheep, goats and horses to the mountains. The Feel Nomad camp at Lake Song-Kul is beautiful and peaceful--no Internet, just the mountains, the lake and wonderful hospitality. The eagle show was amazing! We also loved our stay in Jyrgalan village--the guesthouse was built with support from USAID and had one of the best showers I've ever had! Highly recommend Feel Nomad.
- Shona279200Excellent trip and fantastic tour organisersWe had an amazing trip with Feel Nomad. They tailored our trip so that we could do a day of mountain biking around Bishkek. We then stayed at Yurt camps at Son Kul and Issyk Kul lake. The views and landscape were incredible. Food was also delicious! A big shout out to Max for the bike tour and Evgenni for driving us all across the bumpy mountain roads.
- Jfarner0000Excellent Introduction to KyrgyzstanI went on a four day tour around Kyrgyzstan. Max was immensely helpful and communicative in organising everything, and Rafael was a joy to spend time with as we drove through Kyrgyzstan. A very professional outfit and I would certainly book again with them!
- P3955PAandreag00Very good!I’m a travel agent; I choose this destination because I wanted to expand my knowledge on middle Asia and find new partners. I found Max, who runs this company, and my driver, Jenia, who was very kind and nice and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay there, I suggest this company a lot.
- d240i00great and positive experience from start to endour group of 11 people had a 7 day customized tour with Feel Nomad, which included burana tower. yurt stays at song kul and issyk kul, horseback riding, skazka canyon (fairytale canyon), karakol, Dungan family cooking class, kayaking, etc. the overall experience was overwhelmingly positive, despite some upset stomaches (which was expected). max and tatiana were truly wonderful as they made sure that we were comfortable as much as possible (although we would like to believe that we were an easy going group with no high expectations). they truly showed their culture and pride - their homeland of kyrgyzstan! would we recommend Feel Nomad? most definitely yes!
- M7308CUantoniom00kirghiz tourWith Feel Nomad Travel I went on a five-day trip visiting Bishkek, the burana tower, kegety gorge waterfall, Konorchek Canyon, Ak Sai Canyon, salt lake, fairy tale canyon, the city of karakol and Ala Archa national park. I slept in the Feel Nomad yurt camp on the shore of Issyk Kul lake. Perfect organization, punctual and professional. Max and Rafael were prudent trained guides and attentive to my every need.
- vermontfelter00Wonderful experienceEverything was fabulous. The communication via email in advance of my trip was great and while there, the guides Aibek and Katerina were both wonderful. The country is gorgeous and the people amazing. Everything was very professional and well done. I'd highly recommend them.
- 489katjab00Day Trip from Bishkek in 2 Canyons (Konorchek and Kokmoinok)We took a day trip from Bishkek to 2 canyons, Konorchek and Kokmoinok. The canyons were beautiful and it was not too hard of a hike either. Our guide was extremely professional, he knew what he was doing, prepared us for what was to come, answered all of my questions, spoke fantastic English and was overall one of the best tour guides I have ever had in any corner of the world. Highly recommend!
- Nomiiiii00Great experienceFeel Nomad is a great, professional, well-run company with reliable cars and english speaking guides who love to hike and explore as much as you do. I did the Canyons trip, along with extra days at Karakol and Ala Archa and it was all great. They were flexible with the itinerary based on my interests and mood, had great local knowledge, were able to setup yurt stays and guesthouse stays which typically would be harder for non Russian speakers to arrange, easy to talk to during the long drives, and best of all they were great at all the intense hiking Overall highly recommended specially if you want a nature/hiking/adventure focused tour when in Kyrgyzstan
- yrish00Highly recommended for Kyrgyzstan TravelWe had a wonderful and unforgettable 4 days winter experience touring around Kyrgyzstan with the assistance of Feel Nomad. Max was very accommodating and customized an itinerary for us. Everything was well organized and he is also very responsive which made it easier to plan and communicate for the trip. He ensured that we are able to cover maximum experience, places and sites for 4 days. Rafael is our amazing guide and he has good knowledge on the sites and places. He was very patient with me (as I am the worst hiker 😂) He took us to delectable restaurants and we are able to try the delicious local cuisines. He is a great photographer as well. Kyrgyzstan is an amazing country with rich culture and more to explore. Hoping to go back and experience the wonders in a different season. I would totally recommend Feel Nomad for all your travel requirements to Kyrgyzstan!
- bourbon_guy0700Wonderful JourneyHad an amazing traveling experience in Kyrgyzstan with Feel Nomad. Max was always supportive online to arrange our customized tour with reasonable rates. Transportation, airport pick up/drop offs, accommodation and meals were well arranged throughout the trip. Best part was Rafael, who was our driver, tour guide, photographer and all rounder. His recommendations helped a lot to explore the culture, places and new foods during the journey. Thank you very much Max and Rafael for all the unforgettable memories we collected in Kyrgyzstan.
- Surfacing1982004-day tour of Kyrgyzstan in NovemberOur tour guide Max picked us up from the airport at 4am. Because it was so early I was a bit anxious about whether he would really show up, but he was there waiting for us with our names written on a board. We started driving straight towards Kol-Tor lake. It took a few hours by car from the airport to reach the beginning of the hiking trail. We stopped at a supermarket to load on water and snacks. The warm samsas (Kyrgyz pastries) were exactly what we needed to power the hike. We reached the base well after sunrise and were ready to start the climb. The terrain was relatively easy. I thought we would have to cross rivers, and I was afraid I’d soak my shoes in deep water, but none of that happened. There were a few shallow streams that were easy to cross by hopping on rocks. So all you really need is good hiking shoes. The altitude gain was challenging.. in a good way. Max was generous with his time. He let us catch our breath whenever we needed to take a break. We reached the lake a little after 11am and spent a few hours around. We were lucky with the weather; the sky was cloudless which made the lake pristine. We spent a few hours by the lake, with no one else around. I have to say, this was my favorite part of the trip. Going down the trail was much faster, and we were back at the car by 4-4:30pm. We stayed the night at a family-owned guesthouse which was closer to the canyons. The guesthouse was cozy and clean. There was hot water in the shower, and for dinner we had the first Kyrgyz plov.. Yeee! After breakfast we started heading towards Konorcheck Canyons. The weather this day happened to be gloomy, the clouds hung over us all day, but thankfully it didn’t pour on us during the walk around the canyons. The walk to the canyons is pretty level, there are only a few narrow obstacles that you have to climb over. I can imagine this being difficult for older people. We were also told that during heavy rains the path might get flooded, so the place is not accessible in certain weather conditions. We started heading towards Issyk Kul Lake after lunch. There was also a spectacular canyon scenery right by the lake. We got a few good pictures right before sunset. We stayed the night at a family-owned yurt camp by the lake. It was a fun experience to sleep the night in a yurt. There were electric heaters which were switched on in the yurt. It got too hot so I switched them off for the night. The toilet stalls were outside, and there were shower rooms too. The family was nice enough to offer their indoor shower to anyone who needed to use it. There were enough electric sockets in the yurt for charging gadgets. The next morning after breakfast we started heading towards the Fairy Tale Canyon. Two hours is plenty of time to explore these canyons. It was another cloudy day, but we waited for some sun rays to slit the clouds every now and then to admire the colors of the canyon. The splashes of color are truly amazing. It’s like walking on hills coated with turmeric and saffron. After the midday sun we started heading back towards Bishkek. The drive to Bishkek took the rest of the day. We stopped along the way a few times. I bought some local honey as a souvenir. The white honey is especially good. I would have to pay 8 times the price for this same quality at home. We slept the night in Bishkek, and hiked Ala Archa National Park the next morning. The mountains are really beautiful there. Anyone visiting Bishkek has to make time to walk these trails. The nature in Kyrgyzstan is a treasure. I hope it'll stay that way. We would like to thank Feel Nomad, and especially our tour guide Max for arranging everything so flawlessly. We will definitely book him again for any future trip to Kyrgyzstan.
- Ole Kristian T00One of the best tour experience ever.I have been to almost 80 countries, and have done a lot of tours. This was one of the best. The sights, our guide Max, the people we met, food. Everything was top quality. Would love to go back to Kyrgyzstan❤️
