When i arrived I could not inmagine that this country was so crowdy. The night I stayed at the hotel I started looking for a tour guide. Another guest at the hotel recommended me to contact this company. And I am glad I did . I had a great time in Dhaka. I think if I did this on my own then i didnt see so many places. Javed the tour guide took me to places where I think normally tourist will not come . Aspecially i loved the tour to Historical places ..Also it was great That Javed can speak Bengali, English and Dutch verry well. So it was verry easy to communicate. Bappi was excellent, informative, flexible and brought me around to specific places I asked. He was a great judge of my adventurousness, looked out for my safety and basically did everything right. I was very pleased to take Old Dhaka tour with mr. Biswas from Dhaka Tours. In this 8 hours Tour you expect to see Old Dhaka as it is with all the history and heritage that extends from the Mongol age buildings to the contemporary architecture. You go in the serene Dhaka river in a wooden Boat and run between the huge ferries and witness the fishermen and traders along the two banks of the flowing river . Then you go through the old narrow streets of Dhaka with reckchaw to enjoy the authentic vibes of the local daily life and witness all the aspects of its charm and glamour.
Thanks to my professional Tour guide mr. Biswas who showed great knowledge of the city history and always gave hints and tips to enjoy this Crazy city to the limits. He didn’t spare any effort to make sure that i was satisfied and feeling comfortable. He kept giving me support until i reached the airport at the end of the day.
I recommend this tour to one who want to have genuine experience of this beautiful city.

Booked a day tour of Old Dhaka since it would be more helpful and less hassle with a guide than wandering around alone as a solo female traveler. Bappi is an amazing guide and showed me a lot about the unique experiences of Dhaka and Bangladeshi culture overall. The tour was also reasonably price.

I can't speak highly enough of this tour. Bappi communicated via WhatsApp in advance, picked me up at my hotel and led me all around Old Dhaka! Right away he figured out the types of things I was interested in seeing and adapted the tour as we went. I like old buildings and he took me into a few places that I'm guessing are well off the tourist path and were fantastic. We also hit the highlights and he was incredibly knowledgeable about everywhere we visited, as well as happy to answer all of my questions about Bangladesh more generally (which were many). He also took me for sweets (amazing), biryani and fruit snacks as we went. I didn't go hungry! He was friendly and upbeat, and the tour went on for about seven hours, at which point I said I was ready to go back to the hotel. Overall, I highly recommend this tour and will definitely take another of the tours he offers next time I'm in Bangladesh.

I was in Dhaka for a business trip and decided to take a tour on the weekend to see around Old Dhaka. My tour guide was professional, very nice, generous and at most really cares for the customer. I was able to visit the spot of Old Dhaka that I expected and even had a boat ride!
We rode the Rikisha to visit places and it was a very nice experience.
I think it will be hard for a foreigner to look around Old Dhaka alone. So I recommend you to book a tour with Dhaka Tours for sure.

I had a great tour of Old Dhaka with Bappi. He picked me up at the hotel and took me to many places beyond the described itinerary. I really enjoyed the flexibility as it allowed me to try things I was curious about, including drinks and food as well. It felt more like having a local friend taking you around rather than a tour with a fixed schedule. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and open to answer questions. I highly recommend this tour for anyone who wants to explore the Old Dhaka for a day!

What an amazing day exploring Old Dhaka! I had a fabulous time exploring with and learning from my guide BAPPI. He is knowledgeable and fun to hang out with. He also went way beyond the itinerary to ensure you see what's of interest to you. 10 out of 5 stars.

I was only in Dhaka for 1 full day, but Bappi showed me so much. We saw all the key sites, he informed me about the background of Bangladesh and also of each place we visited. I learnt so much! We were even able to take a small boat journey. Its quite a full day and I think it finished at 420pm after a morning start. I massively enjoyed the whole experience and will never forget it. I really hope to return and defo recommend to any traveller đź‘Ś

I have traveled to more than 100 countries and have taken many tours. My day with Bappi on the old Dhaka tour was one of the best experiences I have ever had He was knowledgeable, patient and protective. His command of English and his friendly manner made this tour one of the most memorable in my lifetime BRAVO!!
