- MMTours7770 contributionsNothing special about the place.It is very highly recommended by the people of Azerbaijan so but obvious the expectations were high but when we reached at the location which is said to be the highest concentration of mud volcanoes in the world it was very disappointing. The major reason for the disappointment was the amount of time one gets to spend after taking a 10-12 km bumpy ride on a non existent road with drivers driving like they are doing some dune bashing in some desert Safari, only difference being that the desert Safari is done in a Land Cruiser and the volcano trip is done in a decades old car way past it's value. The driver is also in a hurry and asks you to come back as soon as possible because he wants to get more tourist and make more money.Written September 25, 2022

Visited old city and enjoyed throughly.Our hotel Shah palce ws inside old city so we enjoyed the walk and all the places very much.We explord old area by foot.Besides this planned everything myself and luckily got connected with Mr fareed .He is a local there and he gave me a very good package of Gabala and Sheiki.He drove us there and suggested few places to visit during our rd trip to Gabala.He booked hotels for me way cheaper than agoda and other such sites.After a successful trip with him we hired him for the places we wanted to visit in Baku.Overall a great guy and i can vouch for him.His number is +994553116465 if anyone wants to get connected to him.He will surely make ur trip memorable.

Do not book with this "travel agency"! This listing is a scam. I booked an old city tour, and they never showed up. I waited 40 minutes and wasted my own time for nothing. I messaged them on TripAdvisor, there was no response. I called their agency number, the number doesn't exist!
