I did the downtown Baku walk with Emin. First, I was the only participant on them tour and was pleasantly surprised that Emin did not cancel. It felt like a one-on-one personalized tour. Emin’s knowledge of the downtown area is deep and expert. No matter how esoteric or individualistic my questions were, Emin gave expert answers. He allowed plenty of time for photos. You could tell that Emin was very proud of the city. He told stories and delivered little known city facts. He allowed plenty of time for photos. It is hard to find your guides as friendly and intelligent as Emin.

I was met at Baku Airport by my driver Teymur, he went out of his way to help me with currency exchange and then even carried my bag from the arrivals area through to the vehicle. His driving was smooth and very safe and considerate. When we arrived at my hotel there was no parking available so he had to park about 600 meters away and he again carried my bag as we walked to my hotel. A pickup time was arranged for my departure and when the time came he was again patiently waiting for me. He went out of his way to get flight information for me then he guided me to where I could relax for a few hours and where I could have a meal and a coffee in the Airport complex. From the time I started setting up for these Transfers it has been an absolute pleasure doing Business with Baku Airport Transfer Services. Thank you guys, I will definitely be back, a little bit of money well spent.

I gave 2 reviews as the driver, Rustam, as he drove safely and he made sure that I was okay here and there even tho he was super busy with his phone calls. He also treated me for Azerbaijan tea and taught me how locals enjoy it. 1. The tour listed that I will get a tour guide, then the company assigned a tour guide, but the minute I met the guide, he told me that he is actually a driver not a tour guide. Throughout the journey he tried his best to give me information, but that's not the service u expected from paying this much money. He reads the information on the spot or even asked me to read from wikipedia. As comparison, I use other tour agency for a day trip only but I got a lot of information there. Even for Sheki Khans Palace, I have to hire a tour guide even tho I went there with "a tour guide". In a nutshell, the attitude he possesed was a local driver, not a tour guide. 2. The tour listed lunch as excluded, I thought it was only for the bill, but no...the lunch itself was excluded from the itinerary for two days in a row. That shows that the company doesn't really care for the guest as a person. My driver and I were starving. In fact, my driver was being grateful when I asked him to join me for dinner because he already prepared to starve till back to Baku. 3. The company didn't give out the scheduled timeframe to the driver, only a list of places as the driver shown me the text from the company in Whatsapp chat. This causing us fail to visit the Albanian Church at Gabala (replacement for Church of Kish) on time. We arrived there but it's closed. Also, the tour listed 7 tombs and Diri Baba Mausoleum but we didn't visit those 2 places. 4. Usually companies they have business account or at least more specific profile, but the company reached out to me in a personal account without any kind of identification in his profile. He uses Azerbaijan flag as profile picture, and re-write the number for the profile name. Looks suspicious, thankfully the driver is using his own profile picture with his fullname attached on his profile, and nice as a person. 5. Things I mentioned above is aimed for the company, for the thing that can be improved from the driver: please don't forget a customer is a customer, we pay for the tour service. Keep improving yourself👍

Half an hour before our tour was scheduled to start and we were already on our way to a meeting spot, we got a message that the tour is cancelled. No apologies, not even “sorry”. Simply that the guide was waiting for presidential cortège to pass and could not make it to us. Of course we know that they can stop the traffic to let the presidential cortège through, but to my knowledge, those delays are not too long. We would have been happy to wait. Secondly - the underground was working, everybody else made it to work somehow. We engaged services of a different English-speaking guide from the information bureau at the gate to the Old town. There were several guides and tour groups available, all of them happy to help. I would not recommend to get involved with a business that is so unreliable

The tour delves deep into the Baku downtown and shows the most important buildings with their history. The guide was really expert and shared a lot of key information with us. I was expecting the tour to be somewhat boring and short, but on the contrary, I had a lot of fun and learned Baku's history. I recommend everyone to take this tour.

I went for the night walking tour with Emin after I didn't have a good educative experience with the guide we took and I regretted on not tooking the tour earlier .Emin set the right pace for the walk and also has a good sense of humour .I recommend every one to take this tour on their visit to Baku
