We've booked with the company airport transfers and a day tour "Guba & Shahdag" as well. The staff are so professional and accurate. They reconfirm all the booking details 1 day before and offer payment on arrival which is so flexible and amazing. I would like to thank best baku tours for arranging a good 4 day 5 night (26 Nov to 30 Nov, 2024) land package for us. We stayed at Midway Hotel, just 5 mins away from nizami street by walk. We also stayed at sheki 1 day, that was at Macara Hotel. All hotels were good. Check in and check out process were seamless. The best part of trip was our driver and guide Orkhan. He was excellent. I travvelled with my 73 old mother and teenage son. Travelling with an elderly is stressful. Orkhan was really helpful there. He took good care of my mother just like his own. He made sure she was comfortable throughout the trip. That gave me a great peace of mind. He was also very punctual with pick up each day. It is with a heavy heart that we left azerbaijan, as 5 days were not enough to experience azerbaijan. We hope to be back again one day. Thank you best baku tours!

I actually did an 8 day tour with Best Baku tours. It was the best trip of our lives planned and managed meticously by Best Baku tours. We were put up in the best hotel in the best area of old Baku city. We had a Mercedeez Benz van exclusively for our group of 9 ladies to tour all the long drives out of the city. Our driver Ilkin was the best ever. The rides were smooth. We didn't even realize we were on the go... it was that smooth. Our lady guide and guard Ms Aysu is a real treasure. She was so protective of our group and gave us all the information we needed, bearing with us as patiently . Having both of them with us made our trip more informative and enjoyable. The highlight was the lunch arranged at the Khinaliq village. The village , food , hospitality plus our local friends made this trip really memorable for us. Thank you Mr. Azad for arranging this wonderful and pleasant holiday for us. Worth every penny spent. Will definitely plan Georgia with you for sure

We (my 73 year old mother and I) inquired quite last minute about tours that do both Azerbaijan and Georgia, and we were baked to have a perfectly tailored tour with a private driver for all of it. Our accomodations, locations and historical sites were amazing and we learned so much about both these countries! George, our driver in Tblisi also doubled as a bit of a tour guide, as he is passionate about his country and enjoyed sharing it with us. We were kept busy but enjoyed enough free time to explore/eat dinner on our own. Again, my mom is a senior and had no issues with any of this trip. Highly highly recommend, I know from posting pictures many of my friends now want to come visit!

We booked private tour from 22.09.2024 to 27.09.2024 for four persons. Our driver and tour guide was Rashid he was very cooperative and helpful. Our tour was fantastic and memorable. Suggestion please guide what require to carry ( Umbrella, Jacket, sweater etc.) while visiting hill-station Gabala and shahdag.
