I actually did an 8 day tour with Best Baku tours. It was the best trip of our lives planned and managed meticously by Best Baku tours. We were put up in the best hotel in the best area of old Baku city. We had a Mercedeez Benz van exclusively for our group of 9 ladies to tour all the long drives out of the city. Our driver Ilkin was the best ever. The rides were smooth. We didn't even realize we were on the go... it was that smooth. Our lady guide and guard Ms Aysu is a real treasure. She was so protective of our group and gave us all the information we needed, bearing with us as patiently . Having both of them with us made our trip more informative and enjoyable. The highlight was the lunch arranged at the Khinaliq village. The village , food , hospitality plus our local friends made this trip really memorable for us. Thank you Mr. Azad for arranging this wonderful and pleasant holiday for us. Worth every penny spent. Will definitely plan Georgia with you for sure

We (my 73 year old mother and I) inquired quite last minute about tours that do both Azerbaijan and Georgia, and we were baked to have a perfectly tailored tour with a private driver for all of it. Our accomodations, locations and historical sites were amazing and we learned so much about both these countries! George, our driver in Tblisi also doubled as a bit of a tour guide, as he is passionate about his country and enjoyed sharing it with us. We were kept busy but enjoyed enough free time to explore/eat dinner on our own. Again, my mom is a senior and had no issues with any of this trip. Highly highly recommend, I know from posting pictures many of my friends now want to come visit!

We booked private tour from 22.09.2024 to 27.09.2024 for four persons. Our driver and tour guide was Rashid he was very cooperative and helpful. Our tour was fantastic and memorable. Suggestion please guide what require to carry ( Umbrella, Jacket, sweater etc.) while visiting hill-station Gabala and shahdag.

We had connected with Azar on whatsapp and he was very accommodating in building the custom itinerary guiding us on what tours works best in azerbaijan. He was very responsive to all our requests and changes. On arrival in Baku was greeted by very calm composed and smiling driver Mahir. He was very flexible with the routes and was helpful as we were travelling with our 6 month old. Overall we did Baku city tour, Gabala and samakhi tour, Shahdag trip and Absheron & Gobustan tours. 3 Adults and 4 Children. We booked a tailored trip visiting Baku Absheron, Gabala, Sheki, Ganja and Göygöl. Pricing was reasonable. Good hotels overall (maybe the last hotel a bit less). Very friendly, flexible, and helpful guide (Abdulla). Would highly recommend!

Was a wonderful trip with the guide Samir from My Tour company Baku. It was to Guba & then Khinalig the high & remote village. There was a stop in candy mountains, which is a good place to visit. The lunch was in a restaurant in the forest. Samir the guide is an easy going one and a multilingual person who can speak Azer, English, Arabic, Urdo, Turkish, etc. many thanks to Samir for making this tour beautiful .

We had good trip, chosen bestbakutours from online and Mr Azad organised all well. Quickly responding and acodmodative. Mr.Reshad who taken us to various places was also nice person.

The planning of our 2 tours with Azad was excellent, he was amenable to changes and helpful, but the execution of the second one was hopeless! Our first tour from Baku was to visit the Pink Lake and Candy Cane Mountains. Unfortunately, the tide was out when we arrived at the Lake and as a result it wasn’t pink!! I should have checked the tide times and perhaps it would have been better to visit here on our way back to Baku. Candy Cane Mountain was very good but much smaller than we imagined. Our driver Rashad was excellent at taking photos and he kindly sent some to us that he took on his camera…..thanks for that 😊 However, our overnight tour to Sheki was memorable for all the wrong reasons. We spent 4 ½ weeks travelling around this part of the world and this was the only experience we had that was SO DISAPPOINTING and it was the place that we were MOST looking forward to visiting. Our driver Rauf (couldn’t describe him as a guide, as he barely spoke English) had no idea where to take us in Sheki! If I didn’t have my map of the sites, we wouldn’t have seen any of them!! ☹ He kept grabbing my map to see if he could work out where to take us!! On the second day, we were supposed to see all of the sights in The Palace of Sheki Khans Complex and then return to Baku, listed as 10-11 hrs, Rauf returned us to our hotel @ 3.30pm, after seeing only the Summer Palace (but not the Winter Palace or the Museum or The Art Gallery, or Craftsman’s House etc). We did visit one of the Caravanserai’s and the Albanian Church of Kish (which was very good). Be warned that the Summer Palace no longer allows photos inside, same as the Winter Palace that we didn’t get to see, even from the outside! :( In hindsight, we should have used google translate, but we were told Rauf spoke English….perhaps a little more than our Azerbaijani! Guessing it would have been a completely different experience if Rashad was our driver/guide.

Had a long layover in Baku and booked a private tour to see the most in the time I had. Very friendly and professional team, sorted the itinerary for me, met me at the airport and dropped back after the tour. Azar was super friendly and knowledgable. I found the tour was very interesting and I feel I saw a lot during my 11hrs in Baku. I would highly recommend Best Baku tours and would visit Baku again. Thanks again so much!
