You need competent drivers. We waited 45 minutes just to find out he was parked outside the whole time, never going into the hotel to see who he was taking on the tour. Further, his driving skills were awful…stepped on the gas to just to stop within a few seconds. When we were driving he stopped for a cigarette break while we watched him from the car. On several occasions he lit up a cigarette while driving. My wife was worried on his getting sleepy and make a loud noise to wake him, he wasn’t asleep but head filling forward as sleep wasn’t far off. You need to provide water for the passengers as well as the driver, there was none on board. Again, in one place he stopped to get a drink of water in a village water bubbler. Come on, as a tour group your operation can do better.

Skyline provided us with the best tours in Armenia during our visit, Tigran one of our drivers, was knowledgeable about all the places we visited, he acted as a tour guide for us, dropping us to the location and walking with us explaining the historical facts of every location we visited, Tigran was very friendly and approachable, he was also very nice by providing us hot spot from his own personal mobile phone so we can use internet while commuting. Tigran was our guide during the last day of our visit to Armenia, and for sure he left a great impression and we would recommend all travelers going to Armenia to ask for his services

My flight’s arrival was 12:35 so I booked for a 13:30 pick up as I thought I would have to do some things before going to the hotel. To my surprise, the driver was already waiting for me when I got out at around 13:00. He was very patient and waited for me while I had to do some currency exchange. He even guided me to the money changing office. Upon arrival, he also contacted the hostess of my hotel to make sure we arrive In the correct location as there was a tiny bit of problem with the hotel’s facade. Overall, excellent service and very professional.

Im a solo traveller here in Armenia and for the third time i came here to celebrate new year 2020 and most of all to see a snow. Felt quite frustrated as there is none in the city of Yerevan. But my hope was fulfilled through my private guide/driver Tigran. Thank God he accepted to work today even if its supposed to be his holiday. He's professional and kind enough to stop wherever whenever I request just to take photos of me! 😊 Thanks to you and for all the nice pics specially in the snowy part! I love it! Was so nice and wonderful trip. Dream come true!

With Tigran, our very kind and wonderful guide, who is very knowledgeable and speaks great english we had a beautiful trip and learned alot! Tigran is an excellent driver and we were very happy to take the tour.

My wife and I were picked up at the airport by Vartan and requested him for two tours. We were on our Christmas Vacation and took our time through Yerevan by ourselves, but also wanted to see the countryside. One day we went to Garni Temple, Geggard Monastery, and Lake Sevan; the next we went to Khor Virap. The tours were reasonably priced and we liked that we were not rushed. Vartan was a perfect gentleman and made us feel safe while he drove. We would definitely recommend the tours and Vartan as a driver.

Today in went to Tsaghkadzor in armenia the driver was vardan he is a good and a nice guy and was a great driver also he knows to speak english finally the company give us a great driver
