We made a tour in Armenia for a short of time, but we could see many sights, because everything was very good organised. Thank you, we hope to visit Armenia again.

On the 25th February 2019, I went Gold Travel Yerevan to purchase a flight from Yerevan to Johannesburg that evening. At the airport the lady informed me that the ticket was booked for the 25th March and not the 25th February 2019. An obvious mistake by the consultant from Gold Travel Yerevan. I had no choice but to purchase a second ticket with Qatar Airlines that very same evening. Upon my arrival back in Johannesburg I informed Gold Travel about their obvious mistake and they cancelled the ticket with Qatar Airlines. The refund was paid by Qatar Airlines to Golden Travel on the 27th February 2019 and I am still waiting for Golden Travel to refund me my money. Its been three months and they have been so unprofessional about this refund and I am the option that I am not going to get my money back. Golden Travel can not be trusted and I discourage any traveler from making use of their services. In plain and simple they are crooks and thieves. Today is the 06/05/2019 and they were refunded the money on the 27th February 2019, which they confirmed via WhatsApp as well as the amount and I am still waiting... For a Country with a zero percent crime rate and Christian values this should raise a red flag about Yerevan Armenia. Worts experience ever!!! Now they tell me delete your reviews or you will not get your money! What a bunch bad people work for this place ?

The experience of booking my flight and trip with their travel consultant was beyond amazing. They were able to cater to my exact needs with a great command of English and quick replies. They were also great assisting me with suggestions especially during the payment process in order to save me a bit of money on the bank transfer fees. They gave me a lot of information and were also flexible in making slight changes to my itinerary in order for me to have an even more fulfilling experience. So if you are looking for a safe and reliable agency, you should definitely check them out!

I wish we can put ten stars out of five. Their kindness and hospitality have been awesome! We had an wonderful experience in Armenia and it was perfectly arranged by Gold Travel. Our itenary was customized according to our preference. The Gold Travel staff was courteous, friendly and extremely professional.We used this company for a 14-day private tour. We had a different tour guide and driver in each region, and everyone was excellent. The guides in particular were all friendly, knowledgeable, and professional and really helped make my trip. Traveling with Gold Travel is an excellent way to learn the whole history of Armenia . Thank you for all!! We will be back again!!

I enjoye my travel time in Armenia. It was unforgetable trip to ancient land. Armenia have all types of climat and it is amazing to hiking high mountains, sweem in the see and just walking in beautiful forest. All the tours provided from tour agency were exellent.

Had a wonderful time on a 4 day tour of Armenia with Gold Travel. My daughter and I came away from the trip with a great appreciation for the sights, history and culture of Armenia. Marina and Lilit were wonderful tour guides, Marina spoke English fluently, was accommodating and attentive to our interests and never made us feel rushed at sites. Lilith is warm, friendly, and down to earth person. Carren was great, he was on time, drove us around and it was our best days in Armenia. Jacob also agreed to our wishes to stop at other places, letting us stay a little overtime at no extra cost. Highly recommended!
