I used twice the services of this travel agency (private tour to Garni and Geghard and group tour - we were only 2 ! - at Khor Virap, Areni and Noravank). Since the very beginning, my father and I received a very professional and pleasant service. People are nice, very receptive to what we want, at all steps of our tours : at the front desk office, online (answering questions about booking on WhatsApp at all hours) and during the tour (both the driver and the guide were awesome). We had the great pleasure to have Karen as a guide for both of our tours. He knows a lot about Armenian history and is a good communicator. He answered with patience and pleasure the millions of questions we asked. And the driver Armen was also very nice and share with us his experience while driving us safely. I strongly recommend Mouzenidis Armenia in Yerevan !
