If you're new in Armenia or a tourist go to their office first before you do anything. Mary and Nelly are very knowldegable and welcoming, they give good suggestions and you will enjoy your trip better.

The transfer was excellent with only 2 sightseeing ; old district and lake sevan peninsula-time was limited.How ever the transfer service provided by Jan Armenia was excellent and special thanks to Tigran for the wonderful journey and guidance given till hotel check in

Due to time constraints no group tour was suitable. So I hired Jan. Driver only for a half day tour. They were 100% reliable. Arrived on time. Good car. Clean car. Lovely driver who was accommodating and friendly. I got exactly what I wanted with no hassle at all

We went from Yerevan to Tbilisi with two stops in lake Sevan and Dilijan with Arthur, who was extremely kind and attentive.

Excellent! the staff are so friendly. they explain every single thing in the trip that you need to know. the driver and the car are perfect. good prices!

We spent a very good day but the price was very high. We paid a lot only for the driver, the ropeway and the food weren't included. There wasn't even a bottle of water or food during the whole day, we waited for the evening to eat....It's a theft for tourits. We were expecting much more for the day. Anyway thanks to the driver, but I advice you to take the tour in another agency for a better price and many more services.

I simply fell in love with Armenia. A very lively place. You can hear music everywhere and people are so elegant and friendly. The FOOD was just AMAZING. Many warm thanks to Lilith who was super helpful and went out of her way to surprise me with a celebration for my birthday. I will definitely repeat this visit soon.

I went with 6 of my family members to Armenia after visiting Georgia & we had Jan Armenia team take care of all our sight seeing and hotel arrangements. We had a good vehicle and a nice guide Mary , who did her best to show us around in the limited time of two days. The meals which were included in the package were like icing on the cake. Mary took us to local restaurants , literally hidden gems , where we enjoyed great food. Thank you Jan Armenia. I will definitely recommend your company to friends and family.

JAN Armenia, the nicest Tour Company in Armenia! We went for several tours organised by them & professional - Armenia is BEAUTIFUL (great food/drink/people way nicer than Georgia).
