About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- Cee_tee9990 contributionsAmazing Trip and Tour with SergeyThe trip and tour were amazing, Sergey is one of the most amazing guides and drivers we ever met, he is very helpful, kind, polite and friendly. Aside from that, he speaks English very well so there will be no misunderstanding when it comes to explaining to him what we want and where we want to go. The moment we sat down at his car he already informed us that we had cold water to drink in case we felt thirsty, and free Wi-Fi onboard in case you did not have any data. He explained to us the places we are visiting, he is very knowledgeable. He also brought us to a place that was breathtaking, with no extra cost. If I am going to come back again to Armenia or if any of my friends want to travel to Armenia I would definitely going to recommend him.Written September 20, 2024

He took the time to understand our interests and preferences, and the result was a meticulously curated itinerary that exceeded our expectations. His knowledge of Armenia was impressive, and he shared fascinating insights and stories throughout the tour. His passion for the destination was contagious, and it made each stop along the way even more enjoyable. The trip was fantastic!Written April 26, 2024
- rezillahg0 contributionsAmazing trip in ArmeniaWe had so much fun during our winter holidays in Armenia. Sergey and Garnik are incredible tour guides. They are so hospitable, always on time, fun to be with, and made us all enjoy the whole tour. They took us to many beautiful places in Armenia, immersed us with perfect recommendations and shared with us interesting historical information. And the best part is that they ensure that we are safe all throughout the trip. Thank you Sergey and Garnik! Indeed, we highly recommend them!Written February 13, 2024
- Helenjen0 contributionsGreat way to see the sites and get from Yerevan to Tbilisi safely! Our driver/guide Gor picked us up from our hotel in Yerevan on time and he looked after us well all the way to Tbilisi. We made interesting stops along the way to the monasteries of Sevanavank and Haghartsin, both were interesting and definitely a fantastic way to break up the journey and give Gor a rest too! He was very helpful @ the border crossing and we were appreciative of his good English and assistance even with changing money :) He was a safe driver and coped well with the madness of the traffic in Tbilisi and got us to accommodation @ a good time. Would we do a transfer like this again rather than the hassle and wasted time of airports/security etc....yes definitely! Thank you Gor.Written February 9, 2024

- Journey179179468030 contributionsTransfer from Yerevan to Tbilisi with sightseeingWe went to Armenia and planned to transfer to Tbilisi however, we did not confirm how we would get there. Thanks to Hyur we were able to book this trip the day before our departure. We got a comfortable car with a careful driver. (forgot his name) He was very kind and caring. though not able to speak much English, it was not a challenge as he still helped us along the way. We selected a transfer with sightseeing and activities and we were not disappointed. We had a great time at Tzaghkador ropeway. Our driver helped us with taking pictures and giving stops when we asked. He managed the time well and we got to Tblilisi before night fall. Great experience.Written December 26, 2023
- Jasmin_22T0 contributionsThe most trustworthy tour guide in Armenia and GeorgiaArmenia and Georgia are the places I always go to during winter breaks. From 2017 until now, I always go to Sergey to arrange all the tours for me and my friends. Sergey is now a brother to me and to all my friends who have been to Armenia and Georgia. Sergey is a kind-hearted and good-natured person. He is a fun tour guide and honest with his work. He will make sure that your trip will be enjoyable and memorable. There is no one I trust with tour aside from Sergey.Written December 23, 2023

- Andre S0 contributionsTransfer from Yerevan to Tbilisi with beautiful visitsWe booked the private tour from Yerevan to Tbilisi. Sergey was our driver and offered us 2 additional places to visit in Armenia, as he could bring another passenger on our trip. So we visited Sevanavank Monastery, Haghartsin Monastery, Sanahin Monastery and finally Haghpat Monastery. That was a great pleasure, because all were very beautiful. During the trip Sergey informed us about history and culture, which was very instructive. He also dropped us at a very nice restaurant for the lunch. So we had a very nice trip, visited many beautiful places. And Sergey was a very professional and friendly driver. Thanks SergeyWritten December 18, 2023
- mayaPerth0 contributionsAmazing trip - dont let the duration turn you offAn utterly amazing trip and well worth the money. We started early in the fog which lasted most of the trip! We missed Shaki (the waterfall) because of the fog, But we did see Mount Ararat (various views on the way out and the way back), we did go on the cablecar ride (still in fog!) and we did love the monasteries and all the history. Our last stop at Noravank was outstanding. So much history! The roads on this trip were great so dont let the long hours turn you off what was our best trip in Armenia. Remember that the driver is only that, not a guide. So read up on the places you will stop and check with the driver that you are at a certain place. We had a bad experience with our first driver smelling of smoke and no English language so we enquired about this before the trip and were ensured we would okay. Our driver was a beautiful man, great driver and very approachable. I'm sorry that I cannot remember his name. Perhaps a tip for this company would be to have the name of the driver in the car so passengers could see it and use the correct spelling in reviews.Written October 17, 2023
- mayaPerth0 contributionsSmoker and no English. Crap tripWe did the reverse - Tbilisi to Yerevan and were assured the driver would arrive at a certain time and would know that we were doing Tbilisi to Yerevan. Promises! The previous day a frantic telephone call to the hotel to reach us (we were on another tour that day) to ask about our transfer being from Tbilisi and the time of pick up. A driver did arrive at the correct time but spoke no English and was smoking while putting our luggage in his car. We asked the hotel staff to talk to him about the smoking because I get asthma from cigarette smoke. He listened but he had obviously been smoking all the way from Yerevan to pick us up. The smell was incredible and we travelled all the way with windows down and within 20 minutes I had bad asthma. Because he did not speak English we had no idea what was happening at the border or the "tours" we were supposed to visit. Compounded with the stink in the vehicle and around the driver and my asthma we all decided just to get to Yerevan as soon as we could. Definitely not the journey were were led to believe we would have from all the wonderful reviews. Fortunately he was a safe driver apart from his constant telephone calls.Written October 17, 2023

Very nice and polite guide with a comfortable and reliable car. Good information and knowledge about the visited site in perfect English. I was lucky to go there with good weather so I got some incredible views of Mt. Ararat. Totally worth it.

That is amazing place, located on the very edge of the Armenian-Turkish border (at least 200 meters and there is Turkey) - old Monastery with its legends and history, placed on the slope of the hills located in the huge Ararat Valley. Main fantastic view around is the Ararat Mountain. Fantastic and always with plenty of ice on the top. Looks very very beautiful. Many photos even cannot reflect the reality. Inside the monastery is nice and old, placed on top of ancient caves where St. Grigor was sitiing for many years. Mineral water spring is located there with warm slightly sparking water. Interesting. YOu will enjoy every minute there.
For travellers there is a big parking at the bottom of the hill, some shops and souvenirs. Trully recommend.
