- Most travelers can participate
- Yerevan Card is activated after the card owner or the employee of the museum scans it using the terminal (card reader). After the cards activation the program starts countdown of hours corresponding to the number of hours on the card type. As soon as the limit is reached the card deactivates free entrees, but you can still enjoy discounts and special offers for a whole year. “Card with unlimited time” is valid for 12 months after activation. Free access institutions involved in the card are marked with a special sign in the guide, official web page and in the mobile application.
- Yerevan Card is for individual use only. It is the property of “Global Colibri” LLC. After the activation the card can’t be returned, transferred to other individual or exchanged.
- The free tours with the Yerevan Card you can book online or at the operator's office - 2 Abovyan street.
- The main museums are closed on Mondays.
- Some activities need to be prebooked, so get in touch with support team in advance for the bookings

- KyraLeni0 contributionsGreat experience!!!!!!We visited the office, as soon as we arrived at Yerevan (we had our first contact by email with office and Elen, before our arrival), where we met Elen and her colleagues, who welcomed us with a smile and informed us about Yerevan Card privileges, such as free entry to museums, we received the sim card for our mobile that is included in the Yerevan card which give us and 7 GB of mobile internet, and planned by Elen our visit and free transportation to the Ararat museum. We received all the information we needed to be guided around the city. Any time we needed Elen's help, any time, she was available to serve us! On the last day of our stay in Yerevan we did the Garni tour, a great experience! Our departure flight was early in the morning, and Elen was available to arrange our transfer to the airport, even though it was a time when the office was closed. Unfortunately, I left feeling quite disappointed. Despite the promise of access to several top attractions and discounts, I wasn’t able to use even half of the features included in the package.
The main issue was that the timeframes were not realistic. Many attractions had long wait times or required advance reservations, which weren’t clearly communicated when buying the card. I had to skip several things on my itinerary because they were either fully booked or simply impossible to fit into my schedule. It felt like the card was designed to offer more than one could reasonably use in the time allowed.
Additionally, some of the advertised “exclusive” benefits were either unavailable or no better than what anyone else could access without the card. Overall, I ended up paying for perks I couldn’t take advantage of, which was frustrating and made the purchase feel like a waste. I wouldn’t recommend this unless you have an extremely flexible schedule and don’t mind missing out on many of the benefits.

The card is really worth it! It allows you to visit sightseeings in Yerevan and around it. We took a guided tour to Garni and Gerard, it was perfectly organized, and after that visited a few museums.
The agency is very helpful, special thanks to manager Marina: she was very friendly, patiently answered all my questions and organized a transfer from and to the airport (included in the card). I really recommend this offering!

The card is very advantageous, in fact it offers free taxi service to and from the airport (efficient pier), free ride on the city's panoramic bus, free entry into many museum piers (personally I saw the Matenadaran with the ancient manuscripts, the historical museum, and outside the city Zvartnots). I then took part in the free trip to Garni and benefited from a discount on the hotel and another trip to monasteries. Also included in the card is a SIM card with more than enough free gigabytes for the stay installed on the smartphone directly by the very kind girl in the office. I really appreciated the kindness and professionalism of the people at the tour operator, always available via WhatsApp to solve any problem. The trips were very well organized and the guide conveyed his love for his land and the historical importance of Armenia. Very touching when the guide sang inside the Monastery it stitched together to create an almost mystical atmosphere.

At first I went to the office of Yerevan Card just in order to book the service of hop on hop off. But then they introduced me the product called Yerevan Card and it became the best purchase in Yerevan. I was absolutely happy when I found out that I could have so many services with discounts, lower prices or just free! Surprisingly enjoyable fact.
Thank you guys for such a good job and your support during my stay! Hopefully the new products in the card will increase and the number of tourists that use your services will too.

Booked a trip to Yerevan for 4D3N and decided to purchase Yerevan Card, it was the best decision ever!
With Yerevan Card, your trip will be much more easier and fun.
You'll get one way airport transfer, sim card, city pass card for metro and buses, free entrance up to 40 museums as well as some group tour.
I highly reccommend you to purchase it if you have no idea where to go. I enjoyed my time a lot in Yerevan and Elena, the representative from Yerevan Card was so helpful and took care everything for me.

It was amazing experience for us to use Yerevan Card and especially working with dear Elena and her best customer service. We enjoyed of visit several museums and restaurants and free transfer for airport and we had 2 tours outside of the Yerevan with this card too; which one of them was free and another was with purchase.
However this card is convenient and useful and worth tp pay.

Highly recommended service. Gave me a lot memories about Yerevan and not only. As a big museum lover, I appreciated the variety of museums added in the card, also Garni amazed me a lot. What I liked the most was that they were available all day long, even after their working hour and provided info not only about their services.

The Yerevan card is an absolute priceworthy investment in order to upgrade ones touristic experiences. The tourist office is open even on Sunday, personal is available online 0-24, they are absolutely helpful, we got arranged the airport shuttle deep in the night, and got other useful tips during our stay. Next time will also buy one.
