- Yerevan Card is activated after the card owner or the employee of the museum scans it using the terminal (card reader). After the cards activation the program starts countdown of hours corresponding to the number of hours on the card type. As soon as the limit is reached the card deactivates free entrees, but you can still enjoy discounts and special offers for a whole year. “Card with unlimited time” is valid for 12 months after activation. Free access institutions involved in the card are marked with a special sign in the guide, official web page and in the mobile application.
- Yerevan Card is for individual use only. It is the property of “Global Colibri” LLC. After the activation the card can’t be returned, transferred to other individual or exchanged.
- The free tours with the Yerevan Card you can book online or at the operator's office - 2 Abovyan street.
- The main museums are closed on Mondays.

At first I went to the office of Yerevan Card just in order to book the service of hop on hop off. But then they introduced me the product called Yerevan Card and it became the best purchase in Yerevan. I was absolutely happy when I found out that I could have so many services with discounts, lower prices or just free! Surprisingly enjoyable fact.
Thank you guys for such a good job and your support during my stay! Hopefully the new products in the card will increase and the number of tourists that use your services will too.

I come from Austria and I havent ever used a city pass before but I have always thought that it is not something helpful, but once I have bought one in Yerevan, I understood that it is worth it. It allows to use free transportation and free visits to the museums and some tours, Thank you also for support teams service.

Highly recommended service. Gave me a lot memories about Yerevan and not only. As a big museum lover, I appreciated the variety of museums added in the card, also Garni amazed me a lot. What I liked the most was that they were available all day long, even after their working hour and provided info not only about their services.

The card is really worth it! It allows you to visit sightseeings in Yerevan and around it. We took a guided tour to Garni and Gerard, it was perfectly organized, and after that visited a few museums.
The agency is very helpful, special thanks to manager Marina: she was very friendly, patiently answered all my questions and organized a transfer from and to the airport (included in the card). I really recommend this offering!

Great service, great idea!
Took a 5 days card, visited 5 museums, went to Garni temple, also the brandy factory.
And what I admired the most, everything was organized so fast and comfortable and actually a lot cheaper!

Took a 3 days Yerevan Card. The office was available 24/7 and we organized 4 tours for free. They reserved for me several tours inside Yerevan and out and all if them for free. Didn't even know that there was such kind of service in Armenia. Also I visited 7 museums in one day. Really appreciate them for advising to take the card. Also they provided a sim card with internet, which was really a great deal.

Yerevan card is great value for money, especially for first time travellers to Yerevan. It provides you with a map of the city, free entry to various museums, discounts in various shops and restaurants amongst others. The most important thing though, was that they provide you with a Sim Card with data, which I believe is the most useful part of the package. They also arrange taxis and are available from 6 am till late night on the phone or whatsapp.
One thing I would recommend is to book your taxi time correctly. Our flight got delayed and we got further delayed at the airport with the checking out. We had 2 cards, enabling us 2 free taxi rides - one to the city and one to the airport. Unfortunately, the delay cost us one free ride, and while we got the ride to the city for free, we had to pay for the return ride. Clarifying this beforehand would've made us aware of it. Still, a small hiccup in an otherwise excellent experience.

Yerevan Card is a must for visitors to Armenia, They provide whatever needs for a visitor from airport pick up (no cost), provide sim with the internet, free public transportation, free entry to all the museums, and arrange group tours with Yerevan travels without paying any additional amount (Garni day tour, Ararat wine tour provided for me). The staff is polite and very helpful, especially Juliet, I highly recommend the Yerevan card to anyone who visits Armenia.
