      A very Special day
We had a very with Meline as it was my husband birthday and she made really special by surprising us with home made dry fruits she prepared by herself. Meline was not only our guide, she helped us choosing the best Restaurants to test the delicious Armenian cuisine and enjoy the Armenian atmosphere as well. Her lovely spirit and hospitality made us feel special.

Amazing trip with a fantastic guide
I had a wonderful time on this one-day tour! The itinerary was well-planned, allowing us to see so much in just one day without feeling rushed. However, the highlight of the trip was definitely our guide, Karen. He had an individual approach to each guest, making everyone feel comfortable and well taken care of. Thanks to him and our driver, Khachik who was also incredibly welcoming, the whole experience felt truly special. Their hospitality and enthusiasm made the trip even more enjoyable. :)

      Amazing day
Our tour with Meline at this beautiful Holy place was nothing short of incredible! Her knowledge was so rich, and the way she shared stories made us feel like we were traveling back in time, completely wrapped up in the magic of history and ancient tales. She didn’t just teach us facts—she brought everything to life with fascinating, colorful stories that kept us hooked the whole time. And let’s not forget Avet, our fantastic driver, who was so kind, cheerful, and always ready to help, making the whole experience even smoother and more fun. Meline and Avet truly made this adventure unforgettable, and we left feeling so inspired and thankful for such a special day!

      Glamorous history
We had an exceptional tour with Meline in a precious Holy place. The amount of knowledge and information Meline shared with made us felt that we are in the middle of the history and took us back to the ancient times. Not only history but also glamorous stories Meline shared in a very interesting way. Our great driver Avet was friendly and helpful.

      Professional tour guide
Thanks for both of the driver and the tour guide Karen, it was a nice trip even though we couldn’t see the mountain of Ararat at first stop due to the foggy weather, however on the way to the second stop we saw the mountain clearly, and they made a special stop on the road side for us to take photo. Good driving skills with the driver, and slow with detailed instructions with tour guide. It was a really nice trip.

      Memorable experience in Yerevan
We recently went on a sightseeing tour that was absolutely amazing, thanks to our wonderful guide, Meline, and our great driver, Avet. Meline was so knowledgeable and passionate about the places we visited. She made history come alive with interesting stories and fun facts, making every stop special. Her energy was contagious, and she was always happy to answer questions and suggest local gems. It was such a memorable experience!

We had a city tour with Meline our tour guide, very sweet lady who is approachable, friendly and knowledgeable. She shared lot lots of information about Armenian history in a very interesting way and took us around the city. In addition to that she is a professional photographer choosing perfect spots for our photos. Our driver Avet was very friendly, polite and accessible all the time. Enjoyed Meline company.

      White February
We were looking forward on this tour as we were about to see snow for the first time. And Hyur Services made it sure this is going to be a memorable experience. The whole ride was smooth (thanks to Arayt(?) our driver). Our eyes were feasting on snowy trails, roads and pine trees. We had a very accommodating guide, Tigran(?). There’s ample time to take pictures and play in the snow. The cablecar ride was wonderful and quite surprised the staffs knew few words of our language. The lunch was sumptuous with a picture perfect view of Lake Sevan. The view at the top was stunning and the old church is a sight to see. Core memories! 🤍

      Utterly Captivated
Exploring a foreign country brings forth a lot of anxiety especially to lady traveler like us and Hyur Services made it sure there’s nothing to be worried about. The stress was replaced with excitement the moment the van started moving. The whole ride was comfortable (excellent driver, Josef?) and very informative. We gained a whole lot of new insights about Armenia (thanks to our tour guide Eduard). The places and things we only see in movies and read in books materialized in this tour. The monasteries, temples and old churches had this magical and mystical feel. Our faces may not show it but believe me we were giddy with so much delight like small children 😄. And the food - delicioso! We were completely charmed and contemplating on returning - probably on another season 😊

      A must do experience
An amazing must do experience. Our tour guide Edward was amazing, with his own way communicating information, and making everything easy to comprehend, and he was always replying to our questions with details. Definitely suggesting this tour to everyone. Also, our bus driver Spartacus was very kind and helpful!! Moreover, everything was super well organized

Short day tour - must do!
We had a great time at this short but sweet tour with Karen. We were the only English speakers in the bus tour but we were very happy with his attention to detail and guidance. We got to know about the historical sites and culture of Armenia.

      Great tour with Edward
I truly enjoyed this day with the guide Edward and the driver Karen. The program was very rich with several places of interest, including historical and cultural explorations. We also had a chance to eat lunch in a traditional Armenian restaurant where I also tasted the delicious Armenian cognac Ararat !

      Wonderful! :)
I booked a half day private tour 2 weeks ago. The hotel where I stayed recommended Hyur services and I made the right decision. My tour guide that day was Mariam. She’s an absolute star 🌟 She’s professional, patient and has deep knowledge about Armenia. I saw beautiful spots.. Yerevan has lot to offer. The best part is, she has a very good eye for pictures and videos. She can be a great photographer as well 😊 Overall, I felt safe, comfortable and I enjoyed my trip with Hyur. I will definitely recommend.

This was a very nice tour - well organised and on time at every stop and stage of the journey. I really liked urban life museum and Harichavank, last monastery / church on the agenda - we had a chance to see a sunset there. We were also given one hour of free time in Gyumri, which allowed everyone to do something that they liked.
Our driver Hayk was very professional and careful, and our guide Karen was engaging and attentive throughout the journey. Thank you for the time well spent.

This is the second tour I booked on my second visit to Armenia. I hesitated to book it at first, since I was not encouraged by most of Armenian friends who said it might not be worth it. I am glad I booked it eventually.
Gyumri is a very special city with history going back a couple thousands of years. It is basically an open air museum with old buildings showcasing the very special Gyumri urban style. This city has been through a lot and you can see it, but it managed to stay standing and preserve its heritage. A must for all history and culture lovers.
Our guide Tigran was amazing as always. It was my second tour with Tigran and he did not disappoint. He is very knowledgeable and is always ready to answer all questions. Very friendly and cool guy. I always love touring with him as guide.
Our driver Mavrig is a real champion. He made the ride to Gyumri very smooth, even when it started suddenly raining. He was navigating those winding roads like a pro. Kudos to him!

(Gyumri & Harichavank) My sister and I were very excited for this tour, as the photos looked very promising. We booked it specifically because the website showed beautiful flowers and greenery. However, when we arrived and explored the area, we found it a bit underwhelming and not quite what we had anticipated. Unlike the other tours we've taken with Hyur (this being my third, 2021, 2022 and 2024 but first in Gyumri) this one fell short of our expectations. It might be helpful to update the photos to reflect seasonal changes, so guests know what to expect. Just to clarify, our guide was wonderful and very helpful (I'm sorry I forgot her name)—the tour itself just wasn’t quite what we envisioned and didn’t fully match the impression we had from the photos.

The Gyumri excursion was the least satisfying of all the ones I did with Hyur Service. The guide Marina seemed to me the least enthusiastic of all those we had... she got on the bus, sat down straight away and introduced herself afterwards... didn't have time to see who she was. Also she didn’t even offer to take the group photo…. She also favored more Russian translation when there were 16 GB and 8 Russians…. I had to tell him in Armenian to put English first because we missed all the translations in front of the monuments in car……

Also the driver Joseph did not drive very carefully unfortunately.
In our opinion, the Gyumri excursion would deserve a night there because the day passes in accelerated mode and that is a great shame…. We had the feeling that the visit to the city itself would deserve more time there….to be able to appreciate it at its true value….
As for lunch, many of us that day found it really tasteless… barely cooked chicken

We were happy to have seen Gyumri but too much of a drive for a short time spent there (4 hours drive back)… it’s a shame

En ce qui concerne guide Marina, elle est l'une des meilleures guides de notre compagnie. De meme, le chauffeur Hovsep est l'un des meilleures parmi nos employés. This was my favourite day trip in Armenia. Gyumri is a breathtaking city, much more beautiful than Yerevan. I would recommend taking a stroll along Abovyan Street and trying one of the city's restaurants and cafes. There was a lot to learn about the city's history. Luckily, our driver Grigor was well informed and spoke English well. I loved the urban life museum, it was very interesting and the staff were very friendly and ready to help with any questions you might have.
Even though the way to Gyumri was two hours long, we didn't feel it because of the beautiful views and comfortable car.

It was a fun trip to Gyumri with a big group that felt like a roadtrip with a bunch of friends. I feel like it's an easy way to see other cities apart from Yerevan and learn about Armenian history. I specifically enjoyed the Urban Life museum, you really understand how life in Gyumri was like in the 19th century.

Thanks to Marina and our driver Joseph for this experience 🌞

    EXCELLENT TRIP TO GYUMRI

    905684119

This day tour was one of the best and most interesting trips I have been on largely due to the excellence of the very knowledgable guide
Karen. He made the trip very special and especially for me being one of the few English speakers in the group, he went totally out of his way to make sure I heard every bit of information that he imparted.

The highlight was, I think for all of us when Karen sang from his heart out at the Monastery of Harichavank making this a special memory I will never forget!

Highly recommended! Ice cold mineral water and an Armenian treat was also provided as well as the added bonus of having WiFi on a comfortable bus.

Very well thought out and timed tour. Thank you to our great driver Khatchador and our priceless, knowledgeable, bilingual and talented singer/tour guide Karen K. His English was very good and he had so many interesting stories about mythology and historical events and characters. I highly recommend this tour. The lunch restaurant Faeton had a delicious and plentiful menu.
I would be happy to book another tour with Karen!

    Great experience, amazing tour guide

This was our first tour in Armenia, and honestly I was a bit doubtful about the services. But it turned out to be one of the best tour I’ve taken.

Me and my wife booked this tour online. Online booking process was very easy and they accept international card payments.

Tour started on time and kept justice to the timings they advertise. We visited 4 amazing places and spent enough time at all of them.

Gyumri central square is very vibrant and active. The museum took us back in time. The guide at the museum has good knowledge on the history and explained everything well.
Old city walk was also a great experience.
Road to Harichavank was very beautiful and serene, with the views of mount Ararat and the lush green valleys. Its a very cold place. Temperature fell to around 14 degree celsius. Its best to have a jacket if you go there.

The best thing about the tour was the guide. Amazing person. Very knowledgable about the history of Armenia and explained each and everything in detail throughout the journey. He was very fluent in English, Russian and Armenian.

Tour price is also very reasonable.

Ive booked 2 more tours with Hyur. Cant wait to go onboard.
