Cebu pacific air, be careful of their sell, try to sell go easy bundle, when fare double than go basic bundle, the only difference is the selection of seat and 20 kilos of check in luggage, where it’s cheaper to purchase prepaid seat and check in luggage. It’s Riffs off. I make a mistake by having someone to purchase the airfare for me, without explaining the double price of easy go than the basic go.

We used service of this company for transfer from Ho Chi Minh City to Mui Ne (roughly 200 km, 4 hours) and back (to SGN airport). Communication via WhatsApp was in both cases very quick and clear. We chose for the first transfer car with 4 seats (75 USD), but we recognized that it was too small option for us (2 adults with 2 regular suitcases). We decided to select bigger option for way back with 7 seats (85 USD) and it was absolutely perfect and comfortable. Drivers came in both cases in time. We can recommend this company.

We were a group of four, and we decided to go on this trip only hours before it started. We got a quick response and they really organize a great time for us. They changed cars and driver for us during the tour to fit us better. The new driver was really nice and made the tour a better experience. The trip didn’t include a ticket to the Fairy steam, but it was not that expensive per person. The tour takes you to the well known places in Mui Ne, but my favorite was Fairy Stream. It was also great fun to drive the four wheeler on the white sand dunes (be aware: this also cost extra). The sunset on the red sand dunes is also beautiful ending on the tour.

We traveled with Hanh cafe travel agency from Ho Chi Minh to Phan tiep mui ne, we generally purchase with bookaway but this time we used easybookongs. A 4 hour trip each time going and coming took 6 hours with drivers stopping every 5km to pick up new passengers the entire way. Dirty filthy bus with a driver that smokes in the bus. Our worst experience ever and we take the bus every second week.

Took the sunrise package with jeep up white sand dunes. Only wanted to see white sand dune and fairy spring instead of the usual 4 places. Mr Trong was able to customise . Driver didn't seem get the memo but Mr Trong was contactable on the spot to inform driver. Communicated everything via FB messenger.

We went with this company as they offered a Jeep tour of the sand dunes and for a reasonable price. We had to two take buses just to get to their office as they didn't offer pick up from the hotel, which wasnt great but we agreed. The Jeep was awesome! Exactly what we wanted a nice green colour. And the driver was really lovely (hence the 2 stars and not a 1 star). But that's about it. He drove us to the sand dunes, took us to another tour operator offering Jeeps and quadbikes and told us that it would be an extra 600,000 dong. We were stunned! We thought we had already paid 500,000 dong to get a jeep onto the dunes. Apparently not. Grudgingly we had pay this extra on top so we could actually get the photos we wanted and then he drove us back to the office again. This is not a tour! You drove us to and from the sand dunes in a jeep. Not what we asked for and not what you offer. Terrible. I would NOT recommend.

It’s very “accidental” tour i have. Just plan in afternoon and go in the night. Very easy to order this tour to Trong. The driver can not speak english so he use google translate. He leave me to walk alone to the sand dunes. We can not talk mucn because time limit and he really can not speak english. Its very on time and i have little time to explore the Muine. Only 30 -45 minutes for every destination. For me it is a cheap tour compare to other tour. But you dont have time even to have breakfast in the beach.

My boyfriend and I took the sand dunes sunset tour via MuiNeGo. On the day of this tour we were picked up 20 minutes late. We contacted the jeep driver and he told us that he was picking up other people to join us. When he arrived he didn’t greet us and didn’t introduce himself, which is odd because we are paying you for your services and being polite is included in this package :). He told us to get in (via some hand gestures). We were not going to let this ruin our day and jumped into his jeep. The first activity of this tour was the ‘fairy stream’. At arrival, he told us that we need to rush because we were a bit late (and who’s fault is that?!?!). So we rushed through the fairy stream to catch up time and move to the sand dunes. At this point we’re already quite irritated. The next activity was the sand dunes and we’re really excited about this. At arrival we wanted to rent a mini quad to ride to the top of the sand dunes. MuiNeGo promotes on their website that tourists are able to rent mini quad. This is inaccurate because there are no mini quads. There are only big quads and for this you have to pay an additional 850.000VND for 20 minutes to get to the top. To be honest it’s not worth this amount to get to the top. You can als reach this by foot. It will take much longer but gives you the flexibility to go werever you want to go. Also, there is no grumpy vietnamees telling you to hurry up. When we got back from the dunes the tour guide was telling us to hurry and we told that we are 10 minutes early and that he needs to hold his horses (there’s a schedule on the website with the exact times per activity). Finally, the third and final activity, the sunset. At arrival, the tour guide tells us that we’re going to leave at 17:30 o’clock. We told him that the sunset is finished at 18:00 o’clock and that this is also according to the schedule. He told us that he would leave if we didn’t get back on time. We weren’t going to miss the sunset and that’s what we told him. After a long tiring argument he decided to wait. What is the POINT of SUNSET tour WITHOUT SUNSET? Overall, to conclude: nice scenerary, but a horrible tour guide! He even refused to tell his name. -_-

Arranged everything via WhatsApp. Nice car turned up on time, stopped off in a service station along the way where we grabbed some food. Was very professional.

We were only here for 12 hours but still wanted to see the dunes. We messaged them through WhatsApp out of our sleeper bus and the whole booking process went flawless. We could store our luggage too, and the tour was awesome. The guide was very friendly and helpful. We asked him to stop for photos on the way, which was no problem at all. Definitely recommend this place!

Have booked a private (car: 7 Seater- 2 adults and 2Kids) Airport -> Hotel transfer. Booking was very easy via the Homepage. Communication later was by wechat with prompt responses. Car was SUV type clean and comfortable. Experienced/ friendly and save driver. Price / performance ratio - very good I can only recommend

Booking Mui Ne trip from Mr. Trong is highly recommended. We took the sleeper bus from HCM to Mui Ne, arriving at 3AM in the morning. Even at the wee hours of morning, Mr. Trong warmly received us, and even offered us his office to hang out until 4:30 AM of the tour, despite us not booking any accommodation from him. For the trip itself, the fee paid was resonably priced, however, it was more of a drive and drop off at the highlight spots. The driver was very friendly and patient with us, showing great service. He also picked great spots to drop us off, getting us fantastic picture shots. At the white sand dunes, the ATV and jeep ride is not provided by mui ne go, but by some locals. For the ATV ride, it was quite disappointing as you will not get to drive, but sit as a passenger when the staff drives. So we took the jeep instead which was much more reasonable. Viewing of sunrise at white sand dunes is subject to weather conditions. There will be none if it is cloudy or raining. At the end of the trip at 9AM, Mr Trong even allowed us to continue using his accommodation to wash up, and clean ourselves, as well as rest and sleep despite us not booking any from him, a true show of great hospitality. We did not book anything as we had a bus ride scheduled at 12PM to da lat. Overall, really fantastic tour and highly recommended.

We hit the Fairy Stream, the Fishing Market (Lots of boats coming in with fresh seafood) and the Sand Dunes (Both the White and Red ones), by far the funnest thing was the sand dunes, my GF had never been on a Quad, and riding up and down those huge sand dunes was an absolute BLAST!, once you get to the top you can see a beautiful lake as well as breathtaking views of the surrounding area, just an amazing time...highly recommend!

We booked a private Jeep tour for my wife, 16-year-old daughter and I. First off Mr, Trong was very responsive, pre-trip on WhatsApp. The day of, Quay (sorry I am sure the spelling is wrong, but it was pronounced 'Kwa') was our driver and picked us up 15 minutes early! He was courteous, helpful and spoke and understood English very well. As we left he immediately advised this our day, let him know anything we need. The day was great, one of the best highlights of my daughter's 2-month visit with us in Vietnam. We started at the Fairy Stream which was very beautiful. We then went to the old FIshing Village, we had little interest in it so Quay was good with us leaving after just a stop of 1 minute. We then went to White Sand Dunes....what an amazing experience. White sand for as far as the eye could see. We each rented a large ATV (800K Dong each for 20 mins). This was great, we went through the sand, stopped for lots of pictures, the staff who accompanied us each on our ATV were great and allowed us more than 20 minutes. After that, we had a little rest for a drink and a snack and then to Red Sand Dunes. This was also nice and we rented 'magic carpet' style sleds (30K Dong per sled) to go down the dunes. Overall an amazing day and Quay made us feel it was all about us and what we wanted. He was helpful, friendly and overall great. I highly recommend this private tour for anyone. The 4+ hour private tour, going from place to place in a cool old style Jeep was just $30USD (plus we gave Quay a well deserved 200K Dong tip, about $9 USD). So it cost us about $40 USD for our tour, hard to beat that. Thank you Quay and MuiNeGo for making our day special. It was great to see how happy this day made our daughter.
