About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- beckyjQ1914VN0 contributionsA jam-packed day of awesome activities!I got so much out of this tour! There were extra stops included and I got to see so much of the area, including tje world's tallest buddha statue, where there were no tourists!Written October 8, 2024
- Ewa1750 contributionsFun street food tour on a motorbikeWe enjoyed the street food and to see Nha Trang’s less touristy areas. I was first a bit worried going on a motorbike but it was fine. Overall a nice tour but it was overpriced.Written September 20, 2024
- Bdunn120 contributionsGreat for the family! The guys were so friendly and accommodating to us and our two small children. They knew how to make the trip safe and fun so that we all could enjoy it.Written September 5, 2024
- Inspire607229219880 contributionsAmazingHad an absolute blast going though the country side on the back of a bike. Was a much needed break from the busy streets of Nhà Trang. The tour guides made us feel very welcome and safe and they would provide free water, lunch and beer. They were also vary caring and looked after me as I was sunburnt and had a bad stomach. They rubbed aloe Vera in my sunburn and picked fresh fruit to help with my stomach. This is a once in a lifetime experience to explore the outskirts and I would recommend it to everyone. Started around 8:30 and finished around 4:30.Written August 16, 2024
- janvM8535RL0 contributionsPerfect closing of my Nha Trang stay! He even was able to catch my good sides on camera 😁Big shout-out to Monkey Boy. Answering all my questions I could probably have googled too 😅 Driving so comfortably that you can enjoy all the scenics and film some moments from the back of the bike. The stops are very nice and he gives you some pointers to let you explore on your own. I did the tour by myself with him as my guide, driver and very good cook. I will come back to VN and probably book a longer trip with these guys! Maybe even bring some friends to share the beautiful sights, people and moments.Written July 27, 2024
- rayanb4100 contributionsI recommendIt was a pleasant moment with Kevin and Lucky monkey. There is no better way to discover Na Thrang town than with 2 guides who know the best spotsWritten July 22, 2024
- travelbluetongue50 contributionsFabulous experience, amazing food - great tour! This was an amazing tour! Our guides were really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable on Nha Trang, Vietnam and Vietnamese food. There was plenty of different foods to try which were all fresh, delicious and unique. Loved the opportunity of being on a scooter and seeing the city.Written July 12, 2024
- MurrayF_130 contributionsOutstanding!Super day out with our guide Benny who picked us up from the hotel and dropped us home. In between we saw some of the common tourist destinations but also some local off the track cultural places as well which was terrific. Benny kept the day upbeat and fed us a fantastic lunch of fresh rice paper rolls towards the back end. The trip to the waterfall cooled things down nicely. Worth the money. Enjoy.Written July 3, 2024
- P7146BAkristenh0 contributionsGreat to get out in the countryside! We saw a lot in this tour. It was great to go out to the countryside and through the smaller villages. The guides were knowledgeable and the bikes were comfortable.Written July 1, 2024

- sheldonw2190 contributionsA memorable day in VietnamI can’t recommend this trip & True Friends Easy Rider Nha Trang enough, and especially my guide Monkey Boy! From the minute that he collected me to the moment of him dropping me off after the days adventures, it was filled with moments that I will treasure. Everything from the kindness of my guide, his knowledge of the area, private spots and stops that introduced me to the by e local area, history, culture and some of the loveliest people. Through to his expert riding skills and cookery by a beautiful river. Thank you True Friends Easy Rider and Monkey Boy!Written June 5, 2024
- lily n0 contributionsCountryside Tour + waterfall swimming of Nha Trang - immersive experienceOur guided were Monkeyboy and Kevin and they took us by bike around the Nha Trang countryside. We visited the Long Son Pagoda, a home that handmade mats with natural straw, crossed a bridge that overlooked a beautiful river, visited a ricefield, visited a home that made banh trang from scratch, another Buddah temple, ate lunch at a local restaurant, had sugarcane juice and then finally walked in Ba Ho until we got to the waterfall where we go to swim, cliff jump, and go under the waterfall. The entire experience was really great, we had a good balance of riding with really scenic and beautiful views, and walking around and self exploring. The entire time Monkeyboy was really explanatory about every place we went to and he explained in detail a lot about Nha Trang and the history of the places we went. The guides treated us great and took a lot of photos for us at every location which we really appreciated and they knew a lot about Nha Trang since they talked a lot to the locals, and knew different routes around which showed the best view. When we drove back from stops they took us along a different route so that we could enjoy a beautiful coastal view. I would recommend this genuinely for anyone visiting Nha Trang as the countryside is beautiful, immersive, and theres a lot to see. Its also a lot different from the typical tourist-y main city area, and its simply beautiful in its own regard. Thank you a lot to our tour guides!! We had a really great time.Written May 13, 2024
- Khalid M0 contributionsWaterfall TripBenny was really kind as he waited for us even though the arrival of the cruise was late 2 hrs. We went to see the waterfall and enjoyed our time. Highly recommended, and will definitely go back againWritten April 22, 2024
- Freedom465494406870 contributionsSunset river cruise with BBQ dinnerThis river tour with a BBQ dinner cooked by Monkey Boy was an unexpected highlight. It was a last minute arrangement and Monkey Boy took an hour to get everything ready for this trip and came back to pick us up by car. We were amazed at how little he brought with him (a chilly bin and a bag) yet hidden inside were the most delicious yet simple ingredients. We met Captain Jack at his boat and set off for the sunset. The brilliant pink hue of the sun setting above the Cai river was a once in a lifetime experience. Seeing the local houses and restaurants along the riverside and watching locals get about their daily lives was fascinating. Just when we thought it couldn't get any better, Monkey Boy offered us a beer and began the BBQ on a simple clay pot containing hot charcoals. Watching King prawns, lemongrass chicken and pork skewers being cooked was a very humbling experience. Monkey boys special sauces were the icing on top of these dishes. Accompanied baguettes to make our very own banh mi style rolls left us feeling very satiated. Finally out came the most ripe juicy delicious mango.... the gentle put put back to the land was serene. We felt very safe in the capable hands of captain Jack at the helm, along with the local knowledge imparted to us by Moneky Boy, this has been an outstanding memorable tour for us. I cannot recommend this enough. I hope you get the opportunity to do this on such a beautiful evening.Written April 14, 2024
- Angela R0 contributionsFantastic company - Mr Benny and his team will look after you - nothing too much trouble. We met Benny and his team the first day we arrived in Nha Trang as we had booked a half day city tour on motorcycles via Get your guide our tour guides Stefan and Kevin where fantastic, so informative, it was like being with friends. What a find! they were fantastic so helpful friendly and nothing to much trouble for them. We used them all week for various trips, three island tour, transport to IResort mud baths twice-from their recommendation and certainly didn’t disappoint. We went to Nha Tinh and used them to take us there too- Mr Benny’s wife has a lovely cafe just by their office well worth a visit for Vietnamese spring rolls.Written April 4, 2024

I’ve just finished 3 days riding with Benny and really had the time of my life. Getting off the beaten track was high on my priorities and we certainly did that. The countryside and little villages we visited were beautiful and the experiences were memorable. Benny was a brilliant guide and knew what I wanted. He delivered! Five stars and I’ll definitely be back for a more extensive trip.

Myself and my girlfriend had been speaking to a number of different
"easy rider" operators around town.
(Of which there are many)
When we spoke to the staff member
"Vu" he immediately put us at ease.
There was no big pressure from him and he was full of helpful information on our potential journey.
So after ironing out the details we booked in for the next morning.
"Vu" and his colleague "Bo" arrived at our hotel reception the next morning at 08:30 to collect us as planned.
(Please Excuse the spelling of your names lads😉)
So the two guys were very friendly from the off and we headed on our way.
The bikes were comfortable and we had no worries regarding road safety as the lads put us at ease and seemed very competent.
We made many stops along the way ;
local fish markets, small villages in the countryside where we chatted with locals, coffee plantations..beautiful waterfall at Draysap amongst the highlights.
We enjoyed them all and I was pretty inquisitive and they were more than capable of answering my questions regarding local lifestyles ... Vietnamese history and then just general chit chat as well.
So the overnight accomadation in "Lak Lake" was surprisingly good.
It was a very modern hotel only recently built.
(We spent the evening here with our guides.
We had dinner together and afterwards we sang songs and told stories.
(I was enjoying a few local brews but I'm not willing to speak for anyone else regarding that 😉)
We stopped for coffee and food many times along the road in local towns in local cafe's.
The local food was great and we had zero troubles as the lads ordered our lunches and got our coffees etc.
The pace was relaxed and the company was good.
The scenerary was amazing and it was really great to see the rural Vietnamese lifestyle as opposed to the sky scraper cities.
It is most likely going to be the best few days of the trip for me
(Still 1 week to go!😁)
Highly recommended and a big thank you to our two guides Vu & Bo for an unforgettable trip through the Vietnamese highlands.
You never know....We might meet again

We originally started on a 4 day trip but enjoyed it soo much we added an extra day. Our guide Nhan was amazing, very knowledgeable and informative, we stopped at a lot of different hidden places that you would have no idea were there without local knowledge.
This is a trip I will remember forever, thanks to our guide Nhan, it could not have been better and I highly recommend True Friends Easy Rider to anyone who wants to see the real Vietnam.

Fantastic trip with my Fiance in 2016 but only just got round to writing the review - sorry. Can't recommend the guides enough - perfect mix of freedom and attentiveness to danger with an excellent safety record. Very well looked after whilst feeling like we were doing it ourselves which for me doesn't get any better. Loved the scenery and some of the educational stop offs like the rubber trees, rice pancakes and noodles. Would probably have stopped at a few less monuments if I was on my own and maybe a bit longer at some of the mountain views but can't really fault the itinerary or the ('why the hell not?') attitude of the guides. Great fun. Best way I've found to see some of real Vietnam and get 'off the beaten track'!

Had an incredible 3 days with our knowledgable guide Vu who introduced us to some local foods, great sights and best of all some amazing scenery for riding. Visited lots of plantations such as coffee, sugar, black pepper and cacao bean, waterfalls and visited some great locations. I’d never riden a motorbike before this trip but Vu was patient and encouraging when I rode on the quieter picturesque roads slowly progressing me over the three days. Had a great experience and our favourite in Vietnam!

Had an epic adventure with an amazing guide!
My girlfriend and I were hesitant to go on this trip as I did not have much experience riding motorcycles and didn't even know how to use a manual transmission but they taught me in about an hour and all went well! Tino was our guide and was an incredible teacher giving us insights into many different parts of Vietnamese culture. The first day we traveled through small villages waving to children as we passed. That night we lived in a home stay with the m'nong people of the central highlands. That night they shared "happy water"(rice wine) with us and we couldn't have had a better time. In the morning we rode elephants through a lake which was an incredible experience. We were told they treat the elephants there very well. After that we got back on the bikes for the most difficult part of the journey. A trek up shoddy mountain roads through downpours of rain to Da Lat. Not a fun drive and by the end we were so exhausted all we could do was find dinner and go back to the hotel for the night. We really wish we could have explored this city more. In the morning Tino took us to a large pagoda outside the city that was beautifully decorated all mosaic. Building was began in 1950 and has been added to ever since, it is an incredible example of Buddhist architecture and we feel lucky to have seen it. After that we started the trip back to nha trang over a peak which reached 1500 meters. With much better roads, this time was the most enjoyable part of the drive. We stopped multiple times to take in the landscape as you could see down into the luscious green valleys below with long waterfalls stretching all the way down.
Overall we had a great trip. The second day of travel was very difficult on the bumpy mountain roads with torrents of rainfall, but we were very glad to have done it. We were most happy with our excellent guide who was as helpful and knowledgeable as we could have hoped for, giving us real insights into the rich culture of the many types of Vietnamese people and making a new true friend!
Thank you Easy Rider!
