          Amazing Tour
Sapa was the highlight of our 1 week in Vietnam. The landscape is amazing, with beautiful valleys, high mountains, waterfalls, and cool natural pools. We loved the yellow rice paddy fields in the spectacular valleys. We did a trek into the valley and visited H'mon villages, where the minority groups live. Now I understand how they prepare for rice planting, how to cook, and how they go to the market for shopping. I still keep some pictures about friendly local people and this beautiful landscape. We really enjoyed our trip, and Sapa should not be missed if you are considering visiting Vietnam

Amazing cruise experience in a more exclusive bay with less traffic
I highly recommend taking this cruise on Bai Tu Long Bay, which is just as beautiful as Halong Bay but much more exclusive with not as much tourist traffic and the water is cleaner. We enjoyed the spectacular view, high-end accommodations, amazing food and excellent service. The cruise included a beach dinner on one of the Karsts that had a path which wound up to the top with spectacular views - magical. We also did some kayaking and reading on the deck. I do recommend two nights because you truly have time to relax and enjoy the bay. It was the perfect way to end our Cambodia/Vietnam trip.

Great guide, beautiful surroundings, not too touristy (like Halong) and amazing food!
Our 2 day/1 night on the dragon legend 2 to Bai Tu Long was brilliant from start to finish. The staff were friendly especially our guide, Smiley 😃 Whilst on the trip we ate so much, the food onboard was the best we have had in Vietnam, so tasty. We went Kayaking (and I actually enjoyed picking plastic out of the water, this is a big issue in Vietnam), had a massage, went swimming, visited a cave and a little beach. Overall the trip was a big thumbs up. The rooms were a nice size and most importantly clean. There was also a big corner bath in our room! On the way back to Hanoi we stopped off at a water puppet show which broke up the journey back to the city. I would definitely go on this trip again if I had the choice.

          Trip to Halong Bay
Everything was perfectly organized, the guide was very helpful and he spoke fluent English. He had a great knowledge about the place. They picked us up at the hotel in Hanoi and they brought us back. Everything was perfect!

          Amazing
We stayed in Hanoi holiday diamond hotel (really well located, very clean, perfect breakfast, friendly staff...) and their travel agency helped us to arrange our trip before arriving in Hanoi. Following their recommendations we booked the Renea cruise in Bai Tu Long Bay (adjacent but less crowded than halong) 3D/2N which was a dream come true. They also arranged transportation from the bay to Ninh Binh which was perfect (very comfy van for 8 people, good driver). Our experience with this agency couldn't be better!!! Sara and Daniel, Spain.

          Captivating Experience
The cruise was two days one overnight stay with the wooden boat in anchor. We had an outstanding tour guide in Cong. Had information and communicated them in very good English, and above all he has a sense of humour tastefully displayed. The fellow travelers we had were also 'tuned in' and responded to all features of the trip. The weather was excellent, which helped. The slow pace and the camaraderie that was fostered by Cong did much to contribute to a completely relaxing time on board. The on board chef, and young man of 17 excelled in his culinary art. He also shared some tricks in food preparation, which again proved winsome.

          An Amazing Experience!
Went with my family on the Unicharm 3 days/2 nights cruise and I was at a loss for words. Amazing location, stunning food and an unforgettable experience. The cruise ship itself is superb - new, spacious and comfortable. The rooms are relaxing and there are various spots on the cruise to just have a drink and enjoy the scenery. The location itself is far away from too much activity so you don't have to worry about the waters being packed with other ships and ruining the scenery. The scene around is beyond words and the activities that allow you to explore the waters and surrounding islands are perfect. The food was on another level - the bbq was delicious with a large variety for any taste ranging from vegetarian dishes to fresh seafood and standard bbq glory. All the food was well-prepared and fresh as could be. You will never go hungry. The best part of the entire experience were the friendly staff around the ship and behind the bar who were always helpful and smiling. They make you feel at home and are happy to assist you whenever you need. Our tour guide Hi was exceptional - funny and full of charisma. He really added to the overall experience. The trip overall was a great value for money and wouldn't consider doing this trip through anyone else. Highly recommended and will 100% do it again. Don't miss out on this gem.

          Choose Another Cruise!!!!
Worst experience in Vietnam! The nightmare started on the bus, the guide ‘Benny’ was rude, arrogant and forceful. Demanded extra cash in front of other passengers for a transfer fee that wasn’t prearranged. He forced a payment at the toilet stop, by unloading our cases and holding his hand out. Arrival at the boat was just as bad, the ship looks okay in the photos. Don’t let them fool you. This is an old, beaten up, worn out boat that looks like it could break in two any time now. Anything but premium. I hate to think what the standard tour is like. We were shown to the restaurant deck for a welcome drink. Avoid this! Not sure anyone drank it. Then given the keys to our rooms. We had a ‘suite’ which was oversold. This was the smallest room possible with two single beds pushed together to make a double bed. The sheets were dirty plus the bed had bugs crawling under the covers. Disgusting! Not to mention the dirt and mould next to the pillows. The toilet was cleanish but there really wasn’t enough room to get in the cubicle, let alone use the toilet. The shower cubicle was much the same. This was temperamental and was rarely warm. There were missing rails and handles and the doors were barley closing. There was a balcony, if you could call it that. Just enough space for a chair is overselling it. The door was open, permanently letting bugs in, by about an inch away from the frame. We asked if we could leave at this point but we were ushered off to our activity. They took us to the caves, which were really really stunning. This was a nice part to the trip, however the guide left us behind and continued his tour with the rest of the boat. He clearly didn’t like us much. After the caves we had been told we could hike or swim on another’s island. We choose to hike to see the views as the swimming area was so over crowded as there was about 20 full cruises in at the same time! When we arrived we were then told to hike then swim! Of course, we didn’t bring any swimming kit (not that we wanted to) but then had to sit for 1 hour to wait for the rest of the group to finish their activities. Miss-sold! The boat served ‘dinner’ none of which was hot or edible. The fish tased off and the meat very dry and over cooked. Then straight to karaoke. This was the grand total of entertainment on offer. The room was terrible, the food was inedible, there were cockroaches on the deck, the drinks were overly expensive, we got no sleep, the boat was old and beaten the experience was unfortunately one i’ll remember for life for all the wrong reasons! If we could have gotten off the boat early we would have. Avoid at all costs!!! Please don’t spend your money with this company!

          Fantastic trip
I had the pleasure of meeting Toni our guide at my trip to Hanoi. He was very helpful, from booking cabs to changing rooms without a hiccup to even last min changes to our reservations. He did it with a smile on his face every time. Plus such a kind person I give him 11/10! I had a great time here

From recommendations to bookings to even accommodating a last minute change in our travel plan, he’s the best! And what an incredible sweet guy. I’d give more than 5 stars if possible! It seems complicated to get to Bach Ma from Hue. It requires an initial driver to get you to the gates. And another to drive you the 18km up a winding steep road until you are above the clouds. He leaves you to hike the five lakes and you make your way to the agreed meeting spot (not 18km away - but frankly the steepness and difficulty of the hike it may as well be 18km). The Forrest is lush. The water of each lake crystal clear. Some people had guides. Thank god because one of the guides was kind enough to give us pointers on how to not slip when crossing rushing rivers. And avoid pools of leeches. One of the lakes is deep and a few people were swimming but we were there for the hike. There are guide ropes for a lot of the route which is extremely helpful. To see the recovery from the destruction Agent Orange caused is heart warming. To read an American’s account of his tour near the peacebell is moving.

Whilst my thighs paid me back for two days after the hike Back Ma National Forrest and the 5 Lake hike is a MUST do.
