We booked the private transfer from Dong Hoi to Da Nang.
Our driver Mr. Hau was very attentive. He took care of our needs even though we cannot communicate very well in English. We stopped at a few tourists spots for photo shooting and a lunch break with no extra costs.
The support team is always responsive on WhatsApp.
I do wish the deposit can be paid via credit card without additional costs.

From the minute we booked we knew we made a great choice. It was very easy to organise and We had a fantastic trip to paradise caves with xi and our driver Luu they both went above and beyond what we expected. Xi has so much knowledge and we really enjoyed learning from her and we felt like we left the day with a friend.

My driver was Mr Hau. I needed a private ride from Don Hoi to DaNang after visiting the caves. Mr. Hau picked me up on time. He was very professional and a very safe driver. He was very considerate. I needed to find a pharmacy. He googled the nearest pharmacy took me there and came inside with me to help explain what I was looking for and make sure was what offered was what I needed. We made several stops along the way at historical sites. My favorite part of the trip was the beautiful

We arranged a Private transfer from Oxalis Tu Lan Lodge down to Hue after our Oxalis experience. We changed pickup times and the number in our group and Culture Pham was super accommodating.
Mr Hau came and picked us up right on schedule, even with a Tropical Depression growing into a Thypoon with torrential rain…and he got us to Dong Hoi to drop off our new friends and then onto Hue in the most professional and skilled driving manner I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing.
I recommend anyone looking for a great transfer to make use of Culture Pham, absolutely fantastic service

Today we went from hue all the way to the Phong Nha Caves. On the way we stopped several times. Our tour guide, Mr. Hau, told us a lot about the war, the history of Vietnam and the cave. His English was very good. Overal it was a great day and both our guide and our driver were really nice.

Today we went with private driver Hau from Dong Hoi to Hué. During the day, we stopped several times to see the Vinh Moc tunnels, Hien Luong Bridge,…
When you need to drive from/to Hué to/from Phong Nha/Dong Hoi, I strongly advice to hire a private driver and take advantage to make these stops along the route.
Hau is a good driver. We felt very safe and he speaks good English.

Mr Hau was fantastic. Our previous tour finished early and he was able to quickly change our pick up time so we didn't need to wait around. He got us to our destination safely and was a great driver.

We took a trip from Hue to Phong Nha caves and Paradise caves. Although the traveling time was long (spent 8 hours on the bus), the experience and splendour of the caves were well worth the effort. Love both caves - phong nha accessible only by boat and paradise accessible only by a hike up the mountain. Paradise was indeed a “paradise”. What you see is pretty much out of this world. Everyone in the family, the young, the old, loved it.
We also had a great guide Mr T. He was well-versed in Vietnam’s history, and took time to share about the country, the place and the culture. We enjoyed the learnings and the short time spent in Hue. Wished it had been longer.
