We had a great time tasting delicious local foods in Hue with Anh. Riding on the back of scooter was great way to see night beauty of Hue. Choices of foods were interesting and plentiful servings were provided at each stop, so come with appetite! Thank you for great experience!

My sister and I booked a vegetarian cooking class with Anh in Hue. We started the day with shopping at the market and then we prepared 4 dishes. We had a very good time and the food was amazing! We learned a lot and we got to take the recipes home, we will definitely try to cook some of the dishes. I can only recommend booking a class with Anh!!

Can’t thank Anh enough for this tour. It was such good value for money. He has a distinct passion for the food in Hue, and took us round his favourite spots, and provided expert details on all the dishes we were served: the salted coffee was a personal highlight. Inbetween meals, he gave a guided tour of the city, with an in depth knowledge of the area, and this history of Vietnam in general. I also want to mention that we done this tour during a monsoon, and the 4 of us trudged through knee deep water with smiles on our faces the entire time, you cannot fault his commitment or passion for his work. Hue really is a food capital of Vietnam, and if you are considering experiencing it for yourself, do yourself a favour and go through Hue Cooking Class.

Anh is a knowledgeable guide, a great chef & a wonderful person. We had a fantastic time doing a cooking class in a very authentic setting. Anh speaks perfect english and is very patient, really taking the time to connect with us and to teach us all about the Vietnamese cuisine. The food was incredible!!! We had a fantastic cooking class with Anh! Starting with a taxi pick up from our hotel, he whisked us to a fresh food market where we got to see how locals learn, cook and eat. We then made three delicious meals at Ann's sister's house: green mango and prawn salad, beef in betel leaves and lemongrass chicken. Anh was super friendly and helpful, and happily amended the planned menu so there was no pork. Thank you so much! We would highly recommend Anh to other travellers!

Wonderful afternoon spent with Anh going to market to choose vegetables to cook for a late lunch. Anh speaks excellent English and can explain about the flavours and different ingredients and then demonstrate perfect tofu spring rolls. Yummy and good fun. Recommend!!

We did a cooking class and a food tour (both vegetarian) with Anh and thoroughly enjoyed both. We were the only clients for both sessions and we enjoyed a very personal experience. For the cooking class, Anh took great care to explain all steps of preparing and cooking the ingredients and we were able to put his advice into practice as we actually cooked the food. The resulting meal was great and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. For the food tour, Anh managed to find some interesting food in places we probably would not have dared try by ourselves. He speaks excellent English and we really enjoyed our chats about food and life in Vietnam. Anh was really fast to respond to any messages and when we had some scheduling difficulties (of our own making), he was happy to juggle things around to suit our over-complicated agenda.

It was amazing, our cook took us to the market, he knew every fruit or vegetables. He was very funny, he spoke perfect English. Since we are a family with young children that can't cook by themselves. He gave them leftovers from the fruit to cut with kitchen knife. Overall I STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU PICK THIS COOLING CLASS YOU WON'T REGRET IT.

We went with another couple for the vegetarian cooking class. Anh came and met us at the hotel and took us to the market. It was great to wander with someone who knows what to look for and where to go. We then went on the make three I crédible dishes. It was great to chat with Anh and learn more about life in Hue. We finally sat down to eat a great meal together! It was delicious!
