I loved it! Sam my tour guide was very informative and accommodating, learnt so much about the history and traditions of Vietnam from him. Would highly recommend.

I booked the Hue perfume River sunset. It was a great experience. Hua confirmed everything shortly after I booked, he was on time picking me up at the hotel and drove me to the boat where we went to the Pagoda and then through the river. It was an overall great experience with a knowledgeable and very nice guide. Strongly recommended!

We enjoyed a great tour with Sam. He was on time picking us up for our tour. He was very informative on the drive to each of the locations. He leaves you at each attraction to explore in your own time and gives clear instructions on where to meet him afterwards. During the drives he gives insights into life in Vietnam. He also gave us some great local tips on where to eat in Hue and for our next stop in Hoi An. I would be happy to recommend this tour.

I contacted stop and go travel about 6 months ago to first arrange an airport pickup and transfer. The communication was easy, the price was reasonable and they felt professional so I added a tour of hue (5 sites) and a trip not normally offered a pick up from our hotel in hue and a tour via lap a lagoon and hoi van pass with a drop off at ban na hills our next hotel. They were more than happy to arrange a different trip. Prices were easily agreed online with a small discount for booking multiple trips. Thine (our driver) was brilliant. Always there early, always smiling and a very safe driver. He looked after us, made really good recommendations but it was always our decision where we stopped and for how long. The car was a very clean Toyota fourtuner that easily fitted 5 of us with a lot of luggage. Everything you need from a pick up or tour. The driver offered change readily when I paid the previously agreed price at the end of each trip although I never acepted as a small tip felt well deserved for the service that was offered.

I believe this company uses multiple drivers and during our trip Hien was our driver. Hien picked me and my partner up from our hotel in Da Nang and drove us to Hai Van pass and the My Son sanctuary before finally dropping us off at our destination in Hoi An. It was a pleasure to have him for the day. He was very informative about the two locations. It was also great to exchange (in English) with him about the Vietnamese culture. In the end we were joking and laughing. We spent a very nice day enriched by Hien's tips on how to bargain and vietnamese tradition. Tour is interesting to learn more about the Vietnam war. Driver picked us up at the hotel, but guide only joined half way after visiting the first two points of interest. The driver was a nice guy, but hardly spoke English so he could explain hardly anything. His irregular driving style was unfortunately not so comfortable. The English speaking female guide was excellent, which compensated a lot. Would be better if guide can join from start.

Beautiful and interesting visit of Hue. Hao is very nice and found a good place for a local lunch (banh mi). I recommend this experience (even if it’s hot during summer) Seb

We had a wonderful day with Hòa our guide. He picked us up at our accomodation and was very punctual. We felt comfortable and relaxed in his car as he took us around to the sights giving us some interesting intel ahead of arriving at each place. He also gave us a fantastic recommendation for a lunch spot where we enjoyed traditional Huế dishes. Hòa is knowledgeable and very courteous and I would love to recommend him to any of my friends that will be visiting Huế in the future. Thanks again for a seamless experience, Hòa.

It was super good! You will go to the main turistic spots in Hue and you can take the time you need I each of them. It is a good way for sightseeing if you have limited time.

This was the ideal way for us to see and appreciate the historic sites of Hue. The distance between each and summer heat were much easier to manage in a comfortable, air conditioned car with our informative, safe and delightful driver, Sam. We had as much time as we liked at each site, Sam really gave us a lot of flexibility to suit our interests. Sam also generously shared much of his interesting family history and provided a lot of insight into current social and cultural aspects of the local area and Vietnam generally. Great tour with interesting sites to see, you learn a lot about the history of the Vietnam war from a different perspective. I really want to point out the polightness and driving skills and the overall quality of our driver Sam. He knows a lot of stuff and gives you good advice for your stay in Vietnam!

Sam was the perfect tour guide for the entire day. He was incredibly knowledgeable and it was really interesting being able to learn more about Vietnamese culture and their way of life while we were driving to the different stops. Sam was really friendly and gave us fantastic tips and advice and even showed us an amazing local seafood restaurant and helped us to order and converse with the locals. Along the way we saw Lang Co beach and swam in the sea, the high van pass, monkey mountain and marble mountain. All were fantastic and well worth the visit! We had as long as we wanted at each place and when we reached Hoi an, Sam also showed us a tailors he recommended after we had suggested we would like to go to one while in Hoi an. We said we would just go tomorrow but he said it was still early and he would take us and wait for us, it was so trouble. I would really recommend this tour, Sam was great! Thank you Sam!

Sam took us from Hue to Hoi An with stops along the way at Lang Co beach, Monkey Mountains and the Marble Mountains. Sam was extremely knowledgeable and fantastic at communicating recommendations and information about Vietnam. We would definitely recommend this as a way of travelling between Hue and Hoi An and seeing the sights along the way!
