About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- b00nchuc0 contributionsThis outing is definitely worth the effort! This trip is so worth it! It was well organized from start to finish. My driver, Sang, was great. He picked me up on time and was friendly. He also Waited and allowed me to leave stuff in the car. My guide was also excellent. He had been walking the mountain for 15 years so knew lots of great facts and all the less waked paths! He is also great on the camera. Would definitely recommend this trip!Written March 9, 2024
- A3533NBelenac0 contributionsBest sights and yummiest bites! My friend and I had the best time on this tour. Ant was amazing and gave us a delicious and unforgettable experience of Hanoi City! It was one of our favorite nights of the trip. This is a must do in Hanoi... Especially if Ant is your guide!Written March 9, 2024
- jackbB1528SL0 contributionsBest experience of my lifeOur journey through this eclectic city filled with colorful surprises! The local cuisine promises a sensory delight that enchanted our taste buds. - mailE5277XA0 contributionsA Cultural journeyIndulging in the captivating ambiance of Mango was an absolute delight! The impeccable service, warm company, and welcoming atmosphere made for an unforgettable experience. Roaming through the vibrant market stands out as a cherished memory, offering an enriching glimpse into diverse culinary traditions. Savoring the decadent Vietnamese egg coffee was a delightful surprise that added an extra layer of charm to the day. The general experience was downright staggering.Written March 5, 2024
- miapD2365PH0 contributions10 of 10 Hanoi City TourThe experience lived up to its advertised promises, with a generous and knowledgeable guide leading the way. The lunch provided was enjoyable, adding to the overall experience. However, when competing with other groups, the guide's strained voice made it difficult to hear. To address this, I suggest providing more information while in transit or outside venues, where there's less ambient noise. Despite this minor issue, the tour provided a very comprehensive introduction to Hanoi, and I came away with a deeper understanding of the city.Written March 4, 2024
- jackbB1528SL0 contributionsSapa was truly enchantingOur time in Sa Pa and its neighboring villages was truly memorable. Guided by the exceptional Su, we were immersed in a world of warmth, information, and cultural richness. Su's friendliness and knowledge enriched our journey, offering insights into local customs and fostering positive interactions within our group. I wholeheartedly endorse the hiking tour through the villages; it provides a profound understanding of the diverse peoples inhabiting this region. A big thank you to Su for her outstanding guidance—we couldn't have asked for a better experience!Written March 4, 2024
- datt7240 contributionsGreat value! The young female guide was truly excellent, possessing a commendable command of English and a wealth of knowledge that made our tour engaging and informative. We were fortunate to witness the changing of the guard at the mausoleum, explore Ho Chi Minh's residence and government buildings, and admire the vintage cars he once used. Additionally, our itinerary included visits to the university, temples, and a nearby art gallery, providing a well-rounded cultural experience. To cap off our day, we enjoyed a delightful Vietnamese meal at a charming restaurant near St. Peter's Church in the Old Quarter, conveniently close to my hotel.Written March 2, 2024
- 946trangm0 contributionsExcellent tour with lots to seeWe had a fantastic guide who not only ensured we saw all the key sights but also went above and beyond by assisting us with changing hotels—an example of excellent service! The Temple of Literature left us in awe with its impressive architecture and history. However, our experiences at the 'Hanoi Hilton' and War Museum were less impactful. Understandably, historical presentations often reflect the perspective of the victors, and this was noticeable during our visit. Nevertheless, considering the immense suffering endured by the Vietnamese during the 'American War,' this bias is understandable.Written March 1, 2024
- mailE5277XA0 contributionsGreat experience in to Northwest of VietnamSu was an excellent tour guide, with proficient English skills. Although February weather brought foggy cold conditions with a chance of rain, we were fortunate to experience rainfall only on the last day. The hiking trails spanning 3-6 miles through hills and streets were muddy and slippery, emphasizing the necessity of wearing hiking shoes. Despite the rice fields not being planted yet, we witnessed picturesque hillside landscapes adorned with grass and puddles of water. The accommodations, including the hotel and homestay, were satisfactory, while the food met our expectations. Overall, the tour provided good value, though it's worth noting that it may not be suitable for elderly individuals or those with mobility issues. Nevertheless, it was a delightful opportunity to immerse ourselves in the culture of Sapa and gain insights into its rich heritage.Written March 1, 2024

Irrawaddy dolphin trip on the Mekong river was relaxing and magical. We did see the dolphins. Royal Palace is a MUST!!! Steeped in history. The magnificent silver and gold items gave one insight into Cambodian life and the Royal family. Exquisite ornate architecture clearly in abundance . Loved every moment. - 538thanaw0 contributionsGreat Day CruiseThe success of any tour hinges on the efficiency of the agency in orchestrating pickups, deliveries, and itinerary fulfillment. I am delighted to report that this was executed flawlessly by the agency. Mr. Toni played a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth service for my family of four. Remarkably, communication was maintained seamlessly through WhatsApp from the time of booking until the day we departed from Hanoi. The journey, which involved complex logistics such as airport and hotel pickups, train station transfers, and tours to Sapa and Halong, was navigated with utmost assurance by Mr. Toni. Despite my initial expectations of potential hiccups, everything went off without a hitch. I highly recommend this tour agency to anyone contemplating a trip to Vietnam's captivating and unforgettable north.Written February 16, 2024
- nareeb20240 contributionsBest experience of my lifeTotally astonishing! Notwithstanding the end of the week swarms and the intense intensity, my better half and I lived it up investigating the Castle. We chose to enlist an aide before our visit, and it ended up being a beneficial speculation for the canny stories and data gave in English. One significant hint for future guests is to be aware of the clothing regulation. While many people believe that covering the shoulders and knees is sufficient, I discovered firsthand that there are specific requirements. I wore stockings under a miniskirt, just to be educated that I expected to lease or purchase a sarong to conform to the clothing regulation prior to entering. It's really smart to be ready and guarantee your clothing lines up with the rules to partake in this fantastic experience completely.Written February 16, 2024
- Q9885UXjacobh0 contributionsPhong, our knowledgeable guideEscape the hustle and bustle of busy Hanoi with a refreshing getaway to Ninh Binh. Under the expert guidance of Phong, our knowledgeable guide, we embarked on a journey ascending the 500 steps at Hua Loa limestone mountain. Throughout the climb, Phong shared captivating historical and cultural insights about the grottoes and the ancient temple, which once served as the first capital of Vietnam. Wrapping up the tour, we enjoyed a serene sampan ride skillfully steered by the warm and friendly locals of Tam Coc, exploring the breathtaking limestone caves. Truly, this place is aptly described as "Halong Bay on land" !Written February 15, 2024

Our day in Hue was truly great, all thanks to our driver Hoa. Not only did he transport us safely, but he also enriched our experience by providing detailed explanations about the tombs, pagodas, and the citadel throughout the journey. His thoughtfulness was evident as he provided water to keep us refreshed on the hot day. Additionally, his humor added an extra layer of enjoyment to our trip. Thanks to Hoa, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Hue and appreciated his invaluable contributions to our experience.

We were lucky to have our guide!!! We visited all the historical sites and our guide gave us loads of info and was able to answer our questions on some broader historical events. Having read the reviews we skipped the Resturant on the tour and instead went to a place recommended by our hotel - good decision!!
