About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- Kim M0 contributionsWe had a brilliant time, with great organization! We had an amazing time with our guide Tom today. Brilliant organization! We initially booked todays sunset tour. after realizing we probably wont get to Mui Ne before 13:30 we changed it to 9am tour tomorrow without any problems. After confirming our hotel for tomorrows pickup we received a call. We were informed that tomorrow morning it will be super hot, if we would be interested to change it to tomorrow afternoon. unfortunately we are busy in the afternoon so we had to decline. Instantly we got offered IF we happen to be in our hotel and ready to be picked up in 15 mins, we could do our initially booked tour. Even though the rest of the tour has already arrived at fairy stream, our lovely guide Tom came to pick us up. Our hotel was just around the corner to be fair so the rest wasnt on their own longer than 20 mins, enjoying the stream. and by the time we got there we still had 35 mins - which was plenty of time. The reason why I am explaining this so detailed is because we really appreciated the spontaneous offer and loved being able to do the tour we wanted to do in the first place even with a slight delay 🥰 The ATV drive was super fun, worth paying extra. All in all we are very very happy, thank you! ☺️Written January 20, 2025
- cal20202020200 contributionsDon’t go if you don’t want to quad bike!A little confusion with pick up. It says that you will be picked up if in Mui Ne town centre. We were staying at ‘Serenity by the Sea’ which we didn’t think was in the town centre so we went to the pick up place where the man had no idea about our booking. We went back to hotel and waited- luckily Tom came to pick us up. We were in a group of 6 and set off to Fairy Cove in a Jeep. Fairy stream is a small stream that you walk up. A little disappointing and nothing special but nice and cool on your toes. We then went to the fishing village. This was a small beach with hundreds of boats and lots of shells and fish to look at. We then set off to the white sand dunes. I had seen that you had to pay for the quad bikes from previous reviews. It was 600000 dong to get one and you and a driver were on it. You had the option of you driving it or your driver but you must have a driver with you. If you decide not to quad bike, there is little other option. I would not go on this trip if you don’t want to pay for the quad bikes. There are 2 different views to look from. Both beautiful. We then went to the red sand dunes to watch the sunset. You can sand surf in both dunes if you want to. We stayed to watch the sunset (unfortunately, the clouds were covering the sun so we didn’t manage to see it) We then set off home. Tom was very friendly and would answer any questions you had.Written January 20, 2025

- Travel005346205110 contributionsTrip to cu chi tunnelsWe went on a trip to the cu chi tunnels with Rose. The trip was easy to arrange as we were picked up exactly at the estimated time. They supplied us with water and a snack afterwards. During the trip she was very friendly and helpful. She offered to make plenty of photos. All in all a very friendly host. This was in stark contrast to the grim nature of the place as you will be reminded.Written January 19, 2025
- MiloradE50 contributionsCu Chi TunnelsI was on one day trip to visit Cu Chi Tunnels and my tour guide was Ken. The tour was great, Ken provided a lot of valuable information from the beginning of the tour in the van and at Cu Chi as well. He is also funny and keep your attention all the time. This was great experience!Written January 19, 2025
- markpP7012JX0 contributionsHong - Great Tour Guide! We had an incredible experience exploring the Cu Chi Tunnels and Mekong Delta River thanks to our amazing tour guide Hong. From the moment we met her, she was welcoming, friendly, and made us feel at ease. Her knowledge of Vietnam’s history and culture was exceptional, and she shared fascinating stories and insights that engaged us all. She was attentive to our group of six, always ensuring we were comfortable and engaged. Her passion for her country was evident, and her ability to answer all of our questions with detail and enthusiasm made the tour even more enjoyable. We particularly appreciated her patience and warmth, which made the day feel personal and memorable. The balance between education and fun was perfect, and we left with a deeper understanding of Vietnam’s rich heritage. Thank you for an unforgettable experience—highly recommended!Written January 19, 2025
- Paminlondon0 contributionsGood value trip with small group.Good value visit. Everything delivered as advertised. The journey out of the city is slow but that’s nothing to do with the tour operator. The war museum can be harrowing but is so worthwhile and informative. We went with this one as it was a little cheaper but reviews still good. Would recommend.Written January 19, 2025
- delenej20250 contributionsTour Mekong and TunnelsRose was Amazing. I would definitely recommend her & the tour. Thank you . Especially when we conquer tunnel underground. - Janine R0 contributionsInformative and well led tour, travelling through four different tunnels, the longest around 100m long.Tony was a great tour guide, knowledgeable & helpful. Worth going the extra distance, just didn’t need the rifle range.Written January 18, 2025
- 508ro0 contributionsgreat half day trip to cu chi tunnelsTri was an amazing guide and the tour was overall well organized. Pickup was done around noon with a modern minivan at the hotel and drop off as well (3. district). On the way there, we stopped at a fabric but were not pressured to buy anything. Also, the stop gave us time for a short toilet break. So no big deal. I skipped the shooting range as it was an extra 600k for 10 shots with an AK-47. The cu chi tunnels themselves were extremely interesting and much harder to crawl through than I expected. You really learn a lot about the Vietnam war and the hardship the Vietnamese had to go through. In order to already have a good understanding of the subject matter, I recommend visiting the war museum in Ho Chi Minh before visiting the tunnels. I would do it again, even though I would probably opt for the early morning tour instead of the afternoon tour to avoid heavy traffic. Overall, a great trip.Written January 18, 2025
- 834donalm0 contributionsKen is handsomeAmazing and informative trip through the cu chi tunnels. We choose to do Ben Duoc as it’s less busy and is more authentic to the original tunnel size. We really enjoyed the tour, would definitely recommend. And the tour guide Ken is very handsome :)Written January 18, 2025
- GreggoJo0 contributionsGreat tour - less peopleHad a great trip with Tri from Hana tours. Tri was helpful & informative & we enjoyed the tour. I did the Ben Dinh tunnel tour last month - the experience was very similar only with less tourists around. We saw the pagoda from the bus on the way out.Written January 17, 2025
