- 1My ThoStop: 4 hoursA one-day Mekong Delta tour for private group with requested language. Depart at 8AM from the starting point (Kim Travel office) and head to the Mekong Delta by car or minivan or bus. It takes you around 2 hours to My Tho. You'll arrive in My Tho at approximately 10:00 AM and then ride on a local motorboat through Dragon Island, Phoenix Island, and Turtle Island. Then stop at the famous Unicorn Island to visit a natural beekeeping farm, and taste honey wine, rice wine, and banana wine. Then take a walk through the village and row along the coconut canal to learn more about the traditional rural lifestyle of the Mekong Delta inhabitants. Continue your motor boat trip to Ben Tre province to visit a handmade coconut candy workshop. Then transfer to a small motor boat and travel along the lush, green canals, stopping at local Vietnamese restaurant for some traditional food. Later on, enjoy various types of tropical fruits at the orchard garden and listen to traditional music. At the end of the tour, a local boat will take you back to My Tho. From there a bus will drive you back to Ho Chi Minh city, arriving at around 4:30 PM - 5:00 PM.Read more

We chose this trip to have identical experience of Vietnam and we were so excited. Everything was greatly arranged, we´ve met bunch of great people from India, Philippines and Korea.
The best part was visiting Pagoda, it was breathtaking, but Mekong river by small boats and canoes, it´s whole life experience.
Our tour guy, Lee, has great English and he explained to us everything, answering all the questions :)

We had a great day out with our guide Larry, who was very informative and helpful. I was a bit skeptical of the tour as this kind of tour usually includes lots of “stops” for tourist traps, but I was proven wrong. There were a few stops for honey products and coconut candy but they were actually quite interesting and no time was wasted pressuring people into purchasing anything. I think it was as best an impression as you can get in a single day, so very pleased.

We took a one day tour to the Mekong delta from Ho Chi Minh City with Kim travel. This included this included visit to Honey farm, fruit farm and coconut - candy farm. Also Motorboat and row boat tours of then delta. The tour finished with a visit to the Vinh Trang Pagoda. Our Tour guide Larry looked after us really well. He was informative and covered many aspects of the Mekong history, geography and culture. This really added to the quality of the trip. Our excellent guide made for an excellent day.

We spent the day with guide Niệm at the Cu-Chi Tunnels and the Mekong Delta. He was great. Knowledgeable, friendly, welcoming and funny. And his English is great, even if he doesn’t agree. I highly recommend Kim tours and be sure to ask for Niệm. He’s fantastic.

We have chosen 2 days private tour and it was amazing. I appreciate a smart programme, a lot of interesting things to see and comfortable transport without any delay. Booked hotel (West hotel), where we stayed overnight, was chosen very well too. And the best was every time good-humoured and helpful tourguide Mr. Tainguyen ! 😊

Wonderful trip to Mekong Delta .
Calm, serene waters , pretty islands , nice boat ride , good food .
Enjoyed the kayak ride , coconut candy making , cycling , traditional food , saw crocodiles , snakes , porcupines & fishes & a beautiful pagoda .
Nhu , our guide was especially nice .She gave us all the information & was very warm .
Ate tropical fruit & enjoyed to Vietnamese music .
A relaxing day ,in nature !

This is the best 30usd spent! It was super worth it. I gained new friends, the tour is very organized! Xem was the best!! He made sure we knew every places we went and very friendly and easy to understand. He is the best!! Dont ever let him go. More so give him raise in his salary. Definitely will recommend this tour. More power!
